Kelly M.I was referred to critter care by 2 different pest control companies, speaking highly of them. My experience unfortunately has not been anything short of frustrating. Ads for exclusion services/removal experts...senior tech sent out, was unsure what exclusions were needed and reported rats. Required multiple call ins to track down follow up services, he refused to do repairs/sealing so they sent a 2nd senior tech who claimed "i think you are imagining a problem that isnt the situation" undermining my concern. Claimed no rats and possibly a few mice (yet burrow holes all along foundation). Wrote up a bid for minimal exclusions, including parts priced at 4 times the cost of supplies if purchased at home depot. I requested modifications to the bid, and never was responded to again by technician. 3 calls into office, still cannot get these folks to do more than bait some traps. Exclusion services is Not something they are interested in doing, nor do they have an expert with knowledge of inspection determined needs. A waste of hundreds of dollars, over a month of waiting. Still incomplete!

Maybe my bar was set low with another company but when Colton came out, he was able to give me actual answers to the noises I was hearing in my chimney. The other company led me to believe it was racoons and were fully planning to dismantle my chimney to get them out. They also told me about some egg in my attic that they just left there and were unable to identify. Colton removed the egg (don't worry, wasn't a snake. Just an old bird egg) and gave me an entire plan for bat prevention in my attic. He came back in August when he said he would to finish the job when the bat babies would be guaranteed to be gone. Great at communicating with me throughout the process. I felt like they were honest and so incredibly helpful. THANK YOU!

Adam S.We had a family of yellowjackets decide that the overhang to our front door would be a lovely spot to move into before winter. My regular pest guys don't mess with hornets, and if they don't, I don't either. Enter Critter Control. This group has good reviews and also came recommended by the other pest group, so it felt like all signs pointed to them. I don't love the whole "fill out this thing on our website for a quote" only to have the convo moved to a game of phone tag that ensued, so I'd recommend just calling them. They were able to get the tech out (Colton) almost right away. He got up on a ladder, slapped some kind of instant-kill dust on them, and hightailed it out. After the dusty corpses fell to the ground, he came back the next day to seal it up and remove the portions of the nest he could reach. So far so good, and I'm hopeful that this was the end of it. It stinks to pay for something like this but it beats the alternative of getting up on a dodgy ladder with a couple dozen angry yellowjackets coming after you. Alternatively, if you leave them or seal them, they'll grow like crazy and maybe even burrow into the house. No bueno! So yeah, I'd recommend this group and will update if this effort didn't take but seems to be all good.
