Apex delivered what they promised. I had recently replaced 6 of my windows with the best in store windows from the local chain store. I thought the windows were of pretty good quality and was about to replace the other 7 windows. Thankfully Brandon O. with Apex convinced me to not use the inferior windows that I was about to install. After seeing the quality of their Insignia made window, I made the right choice and had Apex replace all 13 windows. Yes, I had them take out my junk windows I had just installed less than a year ago. I also had Apex replace my sliding back door that faces a very busy street. (SEE/HEAR VIDEO ATTACHED). Brandon was able to save me even more money by suggesting I make two windows into one tall one. My wife and I love the new one tall window look which saved us money. It is amazing how much noise reduction these windows and the sliding door provide. (Just as promised during presentation.) Like I mentioned earlier, we live on a busy street and noise has always been a nuisance when watching tv or just talking with each other. NOT ANYMORE. I honestly didn’t think windows would make that much difference but they do. I’m excited to see how much our utility bills will go down. With these triple pane windows. I know we will use less energy. I highly recommend Apex to help make your home value increase with the installation of these great quality windows and sliding door. Your home will look better, be quieter and maintain a more consistent temperature. My wife and I enjoyed visiting with the installers and felt comfortable with them working around our house. They were very professional and knew what they were doing.

My wife and I recently used Apex to replace about 10 windows this Spring even though we weren't originally in the market for new windows and I have to say that we've been extremely pleased with our Apex experience. I know that a few of the negative reviews on here mention poor communication, or damage to windows which originally made us hesitant, but that wasn't our experience at all. Our sales rep RJ was incredibly professional and quick to respond to any/all of our questions and concerns. All Apex employees who visited the house as part of this project were friendly and willing to answer all of our questions in a way that made sense to someone not well-versed in the window industry. The windows even came in about a month and half ahead of schedule, which was fantastic. Based on our experience, I would highly recommend Apex to anyone looking for new windows.

We used Apex Energy Solutions when we needed new windows in our newly bought home. The team was nothing but pleasant, informative and thorough throughout the whole process. Installation was incredibly efficient and 17 windows were placed in less than 2 days. The curb appeal is amazing and the windows are so much better at keeping the cold out and the cool in than our old windows! We still have about 13 to replace and we will definitely be using Apex Energy Solutions to finish the project!
