Cynthia F.The crew was supposed to be at our home on Oct 30 8a-10a. I called them at 0936 and while I was on the phone to speak with someone to see if they were coming they sent me a text that they were not due to weather earlier in the week. WHY DID THEY NOT CALL SOONER IS BEYOND ME??? Then yesterday the crew that showed up parked in an area I specifically told the company the day before not to have them park in, walked through our landscaping and left probably a million metal/aluminum shards all over our driveway, sidewalk and steps. On inspection the railing has several scratch marks and both top railings have flaws on them (no paint). The salesman Ed came out this am and when I tried to tell him about the problems he said he did not walk to talk about that - only look at what was wrong with the railings. I told him we needed to discuss and he laughed at me. I threw him off of our property and told him if he did not leave I was calling the police. He asked what for and left. The owner Robbie was supposed to call today and did not. No pay on this job until he comes out and fixes the bad job that his crew did!!

I had found this company by spotting their sign on a fence in my neighborhood. That fence looked crisp and well constructed, so I gave them a call. I did want something fresh and updated since the fence it was replacing had been about as plain as fence could be. The owner of the company is the one that came to design and quote. He was friendly and creative. We designed a horizontal fence with a multi height design since it goes uphill. The price quote was very reasonable so I signed up and a couple of weeks later I had a beautiful fence in place. They built it in about 4 hours. I will admit I was a bit worried as my tulips were sprouting right in front of where the fence goes. They were very careful and the tulips survived!

In the fall of 2023 I had Coop Fencing and Construction come out and give me a bid to replace/haul off a 3' fence on one side of my yard. The representative came out within a day and gave me a quote. I was so impressed with the service that I called again within a month to replace the other side of my yard fence. It was a chain link fence which are hard to find companies to install. They replace both my neighbor's gates as well (one wood and one chain link) as they were attached to the original fences being replaced. My neighbors were happy. I have since had storm damage to one side of the fence. They were out in one day after looking at the fence to repair. It is amazing how the fence looks. It looks like there was never any damage. I will definitely recommend Coop for service and price. Thank you, Sean, for your great service. The Stackhouse

OUTSTANDING!!! Needed to fence in the back yard. The Coop Fencing team did so in a timely and affordable manner. The whole crew was friendly and professional. One of the gates needed a minor adjustment after installation was complete and the crew had left, but they were back out the next day with a solution. HIGHLY recommend Coop Fencing and Construction.

I met Sean and Coop Fence when they built my neighbor's fence. They were so friendly with my super bothersome kids. I knew then they were the ones to replace my fence. I never questioned if they would do a good job, since I saw how my neighbor's fence looked. But I must say, my fence is even better. They do fencing with a 10 and customer service with an 11! I'd choose them again.
