Recently we had new windows installed by Apex Energy Solutions. Ours were original to the build and falling apart - literally! Not only are our new windows beautiful and our heat barely ran during the FRIGID weeks recently, the crew was amazing and the pricing was unbelievable. We even had a question at 6pm on a Saturday before the Chiefs playoff game. I sent a quick text not expecting a reply until Monday and he called me right away! Couldn’t ask for better product AND customer service.

Honestly, if you’re even thinking about new windows, this is the company to use!

Charlie, Joe and the entire Apex team were amazing to work with. This company provided us windows thousands of dollars less than the companies that advertise on tv. Because they don’t advertise they pass those savings onto their customers. Our windows look amazing and I can’t wait to see the difference they make to our energy bills! If you are looking for an amazing company, look no further!

Love my new windows. Seriously! I thought the whole process was exceptional. Great sales team and we really enjoyed having the installers here - they were fun! Such an upgrade for our home. We especially feel good about the energy efficiency and green practices that APEX uses. Highly recommend.

Couldn’t be more happier with my new windows, before the house was extremely drafty in the winter and summer, so hot that the a/c unit wouldn’t keep up! We have only had these windows for a short time but we can already feel the difference. We can’t wait to put them to the test this winter and next summer. We decided to split our new Insignia windows with Apex into a 14 window set and a 10 window set. The phase A 14 windows have been installed and the installation team were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend getting these high energy efficient windows. Apex was incredibly great to work with. Very easy and smooth process from start to finish. I worked with Brandon Oehm, highly recommend. He’s not high pressure and really takes the time to sit down with you and understand what your issues at hand are and the best way to overcome them, while not breaking the bank, which is always a plus. The installers they have are well qualified and do A+ work! I will definitely recommend them to anyone I know of down the road.

I went through the exhausting process of an exterior remodel, and I want to share my experience for others who may be on the fence.

The Hardie siding we did with Ryan at KC Exterior Professionals was the easiest part—Ryan was amazing, honest, and professional. I’d use him again without hesitation.

The window process, however, was a very different story. I ultimately chose Apex because my salesperson, Brandon, seemed like the least of the evils, but even then I caught him being inconsistent or confused about warranties and product details. For example, he assured me a slider screen would be available for our kitchen window, which turned out not to be true after installation.

Those issues were frustrating but not deal-breakers. The real reason I’m leaving this review is because of the installation experience. Their lead installer (if I remember correctly, David) was extremely rude. I would never want him leading a project on my home again. Some of his crew were polite, but the overall attitude from the lead was dismissive and unprofessional.

On top of that, the team tracked mud through our stairway, dinged doors in my house, and even broke my microwave. When I pointed these things out, instead of taking responsibility, they implied I was making it up or that it wasn’t their fault. Two of the windows and some screens also arrived broken (which happens, and I don’t blame them for that), but the dismissive way issues were handled was what upset me most. The whole time it felt like I was the problem for even mentioning concerns—even after spending over $30,000 with them.

Brandon didn’t seem to care much either, and overall I felt like my concerns were brushed off. Since then, several people have asked me who did my windows, and I’ve recommended other companies instead. Apex does have a proprietary line of windows, but you can find similar products (Gentek, for example, has a comparable 3-panel option at a better cost). What really matters is finding a contractor and installation team you can trust, and my experience with Apex was well below that standard.

I know this is a long review, but if you’re considering window replacement and feeling the same exhaustion I did, I hope this helps. I’m not looking for anything from Apex here—just sharing my honest experience in case it helps someone else make their decision a little easier

We have been thrilled with our new windows from Apex Energy Solutions, Jonathan, literally approached me at my driveway a year ago, offering information and pricing for new windows. I explained new windows weren’t in the budget this year, and he could check back again next year!
Well guess what he did exactly that, he rang my door bell and when I answered he quoted what I had told him a year prior! I was impressed and in the market for new windows. Jonathan explained everything so well and our final bid for replacing 8 windows was shockingly lower than competitor’s ,who were selling double panes, Apex windows are triple pane! Once we decided on style and placed the order the worst part was waiting the 8 weeks for delivery, we got lucky our windows came in early and I have to say I was equally impressed with the installation crew-Patrick, Jacob, and Clayton, they were all so professional and respectful of our homeI The installation took about 6 hours, and they cleaned everything spotless! I highly recommend their services.

We had the windows at the front of our house replaced by Apex. Brandin did a great job of presenting all options that are available. The price they quoted us beat the other estimates that we got. Even though the wait for the windows to get delivered was so long, it was explained to us upfront, and we got text updates. When their crew came to install, they were very professional and finished the job in half a day. We are now preparing to have them do our backyard patio door too.

From sale to install, Apex Energy Solutions knocked it out of the park. When you're making a large investment in your home you want to go with a company that makes you feel like they're looking out for your family's interests: not just saving you money but also getting you the best product. Brandin made sure post-sale that I got every one of my needs handled and even paid a visit on the day-of to check-in. Customer service and quality are the two priorities I have when I look to hire someone to work on my home - Apex Energy Solutions checked both boxes in emphatic fashion! Would highly recommend,

He always arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. We had received his name from another very satisfied customer. I would suggest talking to Brandon if you need windows.

We just had the last of our windows and one door replaced by Apex. The product, the workmanship of the crew, and the people we dealt with were top shelf from start to finish.
We were very nervous about doing such a major, and expensive, renovation, but we couldn't be any happier with the result. It's almost like living in a brand new home.

My family’s experience with Apex Windows was excellent. The staff is Top Tier. From the start of my window project Jonathan was upfront, honest and very professional throughout the entire process. He gave a very detailed presentation and is very knowledge about their products. Mark was my installer. He is the most experienced and efficient installer on staff. Please do yourself a favor and request him after purchase. Mark did an excellent job and is literally one of the cleanest in the trade. Work space and install area were cleaned everyday. Cari handle our invoices and pay options. The entire process was easy and communication seamless. It’s not often that you find good people, quality service and excellent products in the same place but Apex Windows is exactly that.

I was very satisfied with the entire process, from the window estimate to the signing of the work completion form. Brandon did an excellent job with the estimate & communicating how the entire process was going to be done. Mark, the window installer, did a fantastic & professional job of making the windows look great! I would definitely have Apex work on my house again.

Amazing!! Wow - what an IMMEDIATE difference my new windows have made!! My a/c no longer kicks on every 10 mins because these Apex windows are so energy efficient and insulate soooooo much better - And, I no longer hear the a/c kicking on like before because of the reduction in the outside noise pollution. Brandin (my sales rep) was easy to work with, and Mark (who installed / insulated / fit) the 8 windows was a pro. I HIGHLY & HONESTLY recommend Apex Energy Solutions- I’m just sorry I waited so long to get them!!!

I am really glad I had apex replace all 11 windows in my townhome. They were always friendly and responded quickly. Furthermore, the installers were amazing. I DIY a lot of my projects because I don't trust contractors to do things correctly. I can assure you the install team knew what they were doing. They did it right, and worked together like a well oiled machine. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. They were that good.

Our experience with Apex was awesome from the initial presentation to installation! Brandon Oehm was our main contact, was flexible with scheduling appointments and answered all our questions! Measurements were done quickly and windows arrived in the time frame promised! Installation was completed quickly and efficiently. The crew was very kind and cleaned up all construction debris. We are thoroughly pleased with our replacement windows from Apex Energy Solutions. Brandon Oehm was our salesperson. The windows were installed within the exact time frame we were expecting. The crew was professional and courteous. It was a one day job for removal and installation of 12 windows! They’re beautiful, sealed well and we’re ready for winter weather with these. They’re triple pane and argon gas is sealed between the layers to keep the elements from affecting our utility bills!

Apex just completed my last project on my house, I used them to install 30 windows and 5 doors in my house, for 5 installs total spanning 3 years. They weren't perfect installs but they did make things right with me, the windows looks great, I have noticed energy savings and the price compared to others companies is awesome! I worked with Brandon, he was very nice and professional on the sales side. Dave the lead installer answer my questions and helped make things go to plan on the door installs, and Sean is good guy that needs to be noted with as well, overall I had very positive views of Apex. Doors and window installs don't always go to planned as people think they do, but it's nice to work with a company that can correct the issues and leave me as the customer satisfied.
