While I ultimately did not need Hendrickson's tree services at this time, the company is exceedingly professional with fair and thorough estimates. They are responsive and loyal to their customers.

I recently enlisted Hendrickson Tree Care for an estimate to remove a mature oak tree. Upon review, I was told they weren’t interested in the job if I had gotten estimates that were more competitive. Throughout our exchange he continuously talked over me, interrupted me and wouldn’t listen to me. I found this gentleman to be arrogant and rude, and clearly only interested in high-dollar projects.

They did a great job on our trees, were very polite and professional, then cleaned up so well it's like they were never there. Worth mention that, despite a minefield of wooden fences, rooflines, large clay pots filled with big trees, a crazy flowerbed with 6' tall flowers and bushes, nothing at all was damaged. The things they moved on our back patio were back in darn near the same spot where they found them.

We recently had Joe's team trim a backyard maple. Our original thought was to cut off a VERY large branch that was toward our house and a lot of weight on it. Joe rather suggested to remove weight from the branch thus reducing it's risk of breaking during a storm and still maintaining the shape of the tree. Joe's team did a Great Job on the branch we were concerned about as well as trimmed several other area we didn't even notice were in need. The tree looks awesome! Thanks

I called based on seeing my neighbors use their services. I thought they did a good job on their house and spent a lot of time cleaning up when they were done. I called to have them do some work at my house. They came out and evaluated our trees and said they would provide an estimate. I finally received the estimate and had a couple questions about it. I also wanted a quote for them just doing the tree trimming only and I would take care of the debris. I never received that estimate. I'm assuming they thought it wouldn't be worth their time. I tried several times to get this estimate, but they stopped responding. Unfortunate since I initially had a good feeling about them and their services.

This is the response from them, 5 YEARS LATER: "I guess we didn't have a good feeling with our interactions with this person. Just like you we can also choose if we want to work with someone. It's not just a one way street."

I'm self-employed, I would never speak to a customer like this. Shocking. Let alone wait 5 YEARS to respond. Businesses are built on reputations. I'd leave 0 stars if that was possible.

I have been using Hendrickson Tree for years. Because of their emphasis on knowledge through certification and other education, I am always confident that my trees are in the great care. My neighbor told me four years ago that my pine trees were too sick and I'd have to cut them down. But the guys from Hendrickson determined mine did not have the tip blight that was killing pines in the area and suggested a spraying treatment program, along with some careful trimming. My trees look so much better today.

We rely on Hendrickson for annual pruning of all trees on property as well. I know they will never cut more than is healthy and they also have an eye for doing what looks right. The crew always cleans up the area terrific so that we wouldn't know they had been there.

Joe showed up two hours after I called to give me an estimate. He saw a limb in another tree that needed attention as well and gave me a fair price for both. By the time I got home around 4 that same day the broken limbs were taken care of and everything cleaned up. I was worried the large limb could have fallen and hurt someone but their crew took care of everything before anything bad could happen!

The crew that came out was very professional. They addressed any questions and concerns I had about the trees. The attention to detail in trimming and removing limbs and cleaning up was absolutely some of the best work I have ever witnessed.
Craftsmen, artisan, for sure .They took great pride in their work. Even the neighbors commented on the quality.

We recently had Hendrickson's out to trim some much neglected pin oaks, and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. From beginning to end, Joe and his team were receptive and responsive to our questions and needs. They went above and beyond in caring for both our trees and and our entire property while they were doing their work.

We are looking forward to utilizing them for upcoming projects!

Searched around for somebody to take out a plum tree and its stump. Called Hendrickson tree care, they gave me the best price, set a date and then followed through. The crew that came out was very professional and considerate of our property. The tree was cut down in no time, same for the stump removal. Cleanup and haul away was thorough. The next week we planted a Whitebud in the spot. The owner even took the time to review the tree we intended to plant in that spot as a replacement to ensure it fit the space based on the trees height and width. I spoke with the owner and definitely plan to use them to do a trim of all our trees this fall.

Our homes association was lucky enough to find Hendrickson Tree Care Company many years ago and they have done an outstanding job in managing the many trees in our community. Their expertise, follow through, as well as being great people to work with, is a great benefit in keeping our community beautiful. I would highly recommend them for any tree service utilizing their expertise in maintaining the beauty of a home or community.

We have used Hendrickson tree service for annaul maintenance for several years and also for tree trimming every few years. We just had tree trimming completed last week and once again they provided a great service. They definitely know trees and we love how ours look when they are finished. Great service. Billie and her crew were amazing to work with. She was super responsive and answered all of my question...before, during and after the process. They arrived when they said they would and went above and beyond what they said they would do. The crew was great in dealing with our neighbors and left my yard cleaner then what it was when they arrived. This is my third time working with Hendrickson Tree Care and will not be my last!
