Read moreI purchased a side-by-side fridge in July 2025. All 3 doors were damaged at delivery by the delivery team, and I filed a complaint. I STILL have not gotten all the replacement doors, despite them giving me dates twice for when they would come to my house, and it is July 2026. One day I took a 1/2 day of work waiting for them to come and replace the doors. The doors came without the correct screws. I waited another 3 months. The top doors were finally replaced, but the bottom door was shipped damaged, the installer told me. I have since been given 2 different replacement dates, and TWICE they have not come. When I go inside the store to inquire, I feel as though I am being pushed off to someone else, and none of the employees know what's going on can get the job finished for me. They are always very busy eating at their desks. I will never shop at Appliance Discounters, and I have not had any accountability from the sales team. I was/am so disappointed with the Deer Creek store employees. There is no excuse for the lack of communication and effort to right a wrong that the delivery team caused.
Good price, quick delivery. Delivery guys were super helpful in explaining new refrigerator features and careful with removing our old one. shop local!
Do not waste your time dealing with these slimey sales people (scooter) or their managers who are just as disdainfully awful. We bought a Zline panel ready fridge and iLVE 36" range. We had a long wait time because apparently the fridge had to be custom ordered, fine. Spent a decent chunk of money on the 2. When they finally delivered they didn't come at their scheduled day, said they were running too behind and it would be the next day, when we went to check on our renovations they had in fact come into our house (no one home) and left the appliances sitting in our unfinished addition that also has stairs leading down to it (making it impossible for us to move the appliances). The refrigerator door had warped screws and doors fell off, ice machine broke first week, the bottom of the fridge foot was broken and ruined all our brand new wood floors. We wrote a lot off but our contractor told us we needed new doors (mind you the fridge can't be opened without proper panels and hardware of which we cannot install until we have doors and screws that actually work),we have been waiting months for new doors to arrive. They have been unhelpful, unbothered, haven't done anything, after 2.5 months they told us to call the manufacturer and that we would have to put the doors on (costing more money to hire people)... I have gone in the store several times and each time they have gotten more indignant and I'm frustrated, it's the worst customer service experience and wish I would have spent the $17k+ elsewhere.
Purchased a dryer and delivery and installation. The installers say the cord is too short to reach the outlet. I call and the swarmy sales man says that's my fault and he doesn't sell the long cord. He's been doing this for years and has only ever had this happen once... Why not let your customers know how long the cords are at the time of the sale? We dont all live in the "standard sized house." Wikl never pircjase from them again. Should've gone woth a big box store!
Today James installed our new built-in microwave and did an excellent job. He and his teammate were efficient and nice, and cleaned up on their way out. Scooter sold us the microwave - we have bought multiple appliances from him these past few years. He's a young guy with old school-style knowledge. He knows his stuff! He will be my first call when it's time for a new appliance.
We were in the market for a new stove. And we went to the one in Ballwin Mo. Casey was wonderful. No pressure sales. Let us look without following us around. We bought one from there. And we also got a microwave. Good pricing and great selection on all appliances. Will definitely go back when we are in need of another one!!!
