Highly recommend! Our old HVAC unit died and Jon Wayne Heating & Air was incredibly quick to schedule an estimate for a full replacement. The installation was done fast and professionally, and we received excellent customer service from start to finish!

Our 18 year old Trane air source heat pump quit in June when we need AC the most. We called and Will, the service technician came out in the evening and worked all night until the early morning hours to get the AC functioning until we get a new unit installed. Will, JR, Bradley and the entire team are awesome. Highly recommend!

AC unit was completely knocked out. Jon Wayne our normal HVAC company was contacted and worked to determine extent of problem. Once they found the AC unit had been fried they proposed installing a new system. A new system was installed and is working well. We appreciate their timely response to our situation and their work crew was very efficient and did a great job

Very pleased with our purchase. Ron took the time to go over everything up front with the pricing, answering our many questions along the way. Clay, Roger and Quentin were phenomenal with the install. And Aaron was extremely helpful as well. No surprises and everything went as smoothly as we were promised!

They explained everything they were going to do and what to expect with our new heater and air conditioner, including tips on how to maintain our new equipment, along with the warranty information. They were on time, installed everything quickly and efficiently. And left the areas clean. Would highly recommended this company.

We recently had to replace an older package unit. We really liked how the owner, JR Gardner, came out and explained the cost, pros and cons of replacing our older unit vs constantly repairing it. We never felt pressured and really appreciated the honesty and time he gave us in answering our many questions. When they replaced it, the guys were very courteous, even putting on booties every time they walked in the door. They were very thorough in taking pictures of the installation so we could see the up close finished product. I would definitely recommend them every time.

Had new heating and air put in today. Shawn and Chris were polite, courteous, and worked quickly to install the new unit. They cleaned up the area at the end of the day and we are very happy with the installation.

The young men who cleaned the vents were also very customer oriented, super friendly and just a joy. Our team that put the AC unit in were top notch. Friendly and again customer oriented. After furnace failure over the winter and AC failure this summer we knew we needed a completely new system. Got a great recommendation from friends in our neighborhood so we called Jon Wayne. Communication is very important to me with as much as these things cost. Bradley patiently answered all my dumb questions. Install went great. Very happy with everything!

I had them come out to check my hvac ducts under the house. I paid about 200 dollars for them to peek under the house and tell me that no critters could access my ducts because the insulation. Even though I knew I was hearing an animal walking on my ducts. I dismissed my own concerns and thought maybe I was crazy. Nope. The very next day I heard it again and remembered that he said he never even went under the house. He just peeked for 30 seconds. I still have an animal walking on my ducts periodically more than a month later because now I don’t trust to call anyone since I already paid 200 for it to be “looked at” and dismissed. Tonight once again I was woken up to the noise of my vents being walked on. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY.

Met all of my expectations. Ron outlined the process and proposal for my HVAC replacement items, included items, and warranties. The morning of the installation both Ron and Chris went over the extra changes I wanted for location of the condenser and condensate drain. During the work, Clay kept me appraised of the progress of the installation. Outstanding professionalism and communication by Chris, Clay and Brandon. Highly recommend Jon Wayne Heating and Air!

Very pleased with the entire process. The salesman presented all the information on a new AC and Furnace in a patient and thorough manner. The repairmen were polite, cleaned up all the left over debris and walked us through the thermostat instructions

I called to get a service quote on air conditiong and duct cleaning. I was told they only give free quotes on replacements. Customer service was shoddy and I was passed around to two ladies who were confused about a request for a quote and wished to charge for it. So, I suppose their quotes are not free, indeed.

Bradley and Lane came out today. They both did a excellent job cleaning out the trunk line and all ductwork in my home. Had a new trane 96 percent efficiency furnace with new a coils and 2 ton 16 seer condensing unit installed. Also installed a new 40 gallon water heater. Looking forward to see how much money this will save me on natural gas bill with city utilities. It’s going up 40% this year. Regards Ron B

I had a older R22 system that worked good, needed a little freon added which they did, they told me it was outdated due to R22 is obsolete and no longer redley available along with very expensive. John Wayne then explained that its best to change out system while it was not an emergency in 100°+ conditions when everyone is busy and couldn't get to me (makes sense right.) So I did; Well thats when it all went sideways. They came out installed new system the first time yes the first time, it was so bad that i called them and they sent someone to check it and they agreed. Nothing about it was right overcharged , blowing and sucking air where it shouldn't be, running constantly and not cooling the house. They totally reinstalled the whole system. The install look good but it runs constantly and still not comfortable in the house (remember my old system worked fine) oh and my electric bill is higher now also due to it running all the time. I call they send out someone else he found that the new thermostat that they had installed was wrong and was making it run like that and adjusted the fan speed to try and help it also. This has all taken almost 2 months to get to this point. I had another company come check the system and they told me it was too small and I relayed that to them and was told they would work the numbers again and get back to me that hasn't happened. Still not comfortable in the house. So at this point I can not recommend John wayne to anyone I will update this if and when this gets resolved.. **************************
Update they came out and totally reinstalled the whole system and it looks like it should now.

got a new package unit installed today by Bradley and Carson. They did a great job and everything works wonderfully. They cleaned up all the old unit and I am very happy with the results.

Everyone was so helpful, caring, and determined to do the best. They put in a new hot water heater as well as the HVAC, and even the did my floor . They went about the call of duty and I recommend these people to anyone.

We recently had our entire HVAC system replaced and we were very happy with everyone involved, from coming to our home to provide us with an estimate to completing the install. Unlike another company, they were honest about what we needed and did not push for up-sales. They were friendly, punctual, and followed through on everything they promised. Very impressed with this company. From our meeting to get a quote all the way through installation, they were very professional and easy to work with. Our installation guys, Clay, Roger and Quentin were very nice, polite and respectful. They did a great job and Clay made sure to explain everything they had done, how it all worked, and walked me through how to use the new thermostat when they were done with the job. They also cleaned up everything after they were done so well, you wouldn't even have known they had been at our house installing! It was a pleasure working with them. Highly recommend!

Great job installing New HVAC. Apoxamenly $14,000.00 After the sale, office staff service is lacking.

Did have a very Cordial outside staff member address the issue and stop by to view AC. He assured that the internal damage / missing inside the AC unit is normal. (Cross tubing)
