Weston came out within 2.5 hours of our call. He was social, a good listen & fixed us up within 45 mins we had our heater! Thanks so much! He was knowledgeable in the services provided & set us up on an annual maintenance membership that will help us out tremendously. We were scared & uncertain who to call to check our heater & so glad we called Air Services! Thanks again Weston

Dakota was extremely nice and professional coming to my house to address concerns with our furance. Dakota was very knowledgeable about the system and not only diagnosed and fix the problem quickly, but explained what he was doing and why. He also shared preventative steps we can take to ensure everything continues to work well and informed me of the maintenance plan available at Air Services Heating.

Very nice lady answered my call and after I told her the problem she knew right away what was wrong. ( I think even ordered the part) They then proceeded to charge 120.00 for service call AND a 120.00 for an hour of labor! Sensor flashing pointing directly to what the problem was plus she (Amy) had already diagnosed the problem.! When it came to the estimate, this is where I really realized that I been taken advantage of. When he went out to get an estimate, I looked up the part online. The most expensive one I could find online was 74.00. And the estimate to put a defroster board was over 500.00. I called them back and said I think you have over charged me for the service call but nope I was told I had to "pay for her to answer the phone and gas" I chose them because they were local here in Rogersville. Not sure if they charge everyone that much, does not seem to be an average amount as I called several places. Possibly priced the neighborhood? Nice hood but only average IMO. Partly my mistake for not asking up-front long story but I had it put in today for 20 dollars more than that very pricey service call.

Blake Todd was my technician. He called ahead, showed up on time and figured out the problem within 10 minutes of being here. I am so thankful I called Air Services and received same day service! I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them.

I had an excellent experience with Austin Buck. He came out to handle a main service clog issue and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of properly. Austin was professional, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything in detail and made sure the system was working perfectly before he left. Highly recommend both Austin and Air Service and Heating truly outstanding service!

Lexie did a great job on our installation. She got it done just in time before the rain came. She showed me how to run the new mini split and was on her way. Everything was picked up and done very professionally. Thank you so much Lexie!

Christian did a phenomenal job and was incredibly knowledgeable. They were able to show up and fix my furnace and install new air filters within an hour of calling and didn’t BS me with promos. Great service for the price.

Great experience with Taylor. Extremely knowledgeable and spelled out all my options for a water softener/filter. Found a leak and some misconfiguration on my water heater shut off valve. Won’t hesitate to recommend Air Service! Would 100% recommend the membership program as well!

Dirk was able to offer several price ranges for my ac/heater replacement. With all the work I needed done, it was a very fair price. Plus, their 10 year warrantee for parts and labor. They were able to install the next day. So far have been very pleased with Air Services. Jacie and Lexie, who did the main install in the house, were professional and put in an 11 hour work day to get things installed.

Oleksiy was patient, courteous and professional. He gave a detailed report, took the time to answer my questions, patiently explained my options, and did not pressure us on any services that were not immediately necessary. Thanks for all the years of great service technicians, All Services!

Merle arrived and found the problem. He then setup the repair which was completed very quickly the same day.
Happy with his efficiency and knowledge. Very friendly and fun to talk to.

Austin was very thorough and professional. He explained everything in detail including different ways of fixing the problem with prices. He worked late in the evening to complete the job. This company is the best I have ever worked with, including text and email updates.
I would definitely recommend them !!

Christian and Taylor were very professional and courteous. Explained everything in detail and took time to look through all the aspects of the house. This was a visit for a quote on redoing the ventilation system and adding whole house filtration system.

9/21/24 Updating our review from 4 months ago. -
This is now our second experience with Air Services. We could not be more pleased. This time they came out to check our air conditioning that had stopped cooling. Our service technician, Blake, was exceptionally knowledgeable and personable, he stayed late to finish the job, and thoroughly explained everything that was going on with our system. We have a lot of house to cool and it has cooled down from 81° at 7 PM last night to 72° at 8 AM this morning, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Air Services had a technician out here in less than 24 hours from the time of my call, and they didn’t charge exorbitant fees. Their rates are very fair, and our membership that we signed up for last time got us a discount for this repair. If I could give six stars I would. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was our first time using Air Services. I wanted three outdoor lights replaced, my hanging porch lantern and both of my garage sconces. Kaleb came out on Wednesday afternoon, did an evaluation, and then thoroughly described the quote and the process for the replacements. He also gave me a quote for my backyard lights, which I plan to have done next. He came out today to do the front light replacements (they got me on the schedule just two days after my initial quote). Kaleb did a fantastic job, he was on time to the appointment and he was finished in an hour. My husband and I decided to sign up for their yearly membership program which we’re thrilled about because now we’ll get routing maintenance on our HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical, as well as priority scheduling and 10% off repairs! Five starts, for sure. If I could give more I would!

Technician was very nice. Showed me what was wrong and updated me with pricing of the new part. It was something I decided I could replace myself and save money. He was understanding and said if I had any problems to give them a call.

We had a boiler replaced by Blake Todd & team, and it was an easy and reassuring experience. He’s extremely knowledgeable about how the systems work, and was happy to explain all our repair and replacement options in detail, answering all my many questions as well. We feel confident in our decision and are glad to be back up and running with our new boiler.

Logan was awesome! Came to my house and got my heat going before the brutal cold this weekend, even made a new friend with my 3 year old son. Knuckle bumps as he left lol 😂. 10/10 recommendation. if only they were all that amazing!

Logan did a great job taking care of the problem and getting heat going again during those cold days and snow when the furnace stopped working. He was concerned with getting that heat on again fast. I appreciated the care he took. He is top notch!

Kaleb was very nice, personable and knowledgeable. He came out to do the estimate and planning portion of the project. Chase did the installation. He was prompt and did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. So far, everything is working great all at the same time, just like I wanted.

Complimentary HVAC check up, that you offered. The technician did a fine job, changed filter and thermostat battery's and inspection on equipment in basement. Thank you sir services. You installed my Lenox system HVAC a few years ago. Maybe 5 years. No problems with equipment and it has been a godsend. Thanks again Aaron Brown and Air Services.

DO NOT recommend for elderly. Grandmother sat in triple digit heat last summer because JUAN rewired the compressor wrong and said it was bad. Grandma didn't have funds/credit to replace at $12,000. Her pastor FINALLY sent Signature Home Comfort to her house and 45 mins later she had cool air and has had working unit ever since. I attempted to call them twice and never heard back. They lied when I called back the second time and said they did call me. I have NO MISSED CALLS OR VOICEMAILS LEFT. They just called to set up her services for this year so they DO INDEED have my phone number. She has been a customer since 2010 and has had the unit routinely serviced 2x a year by AIR SERVICES and this is how they treat her??? 0 Stars
