Alex came to the house at the exact time I was told he would be here. He went to dobthe inspection on unit inside the house and did some adjusting and also worked on the a.c. unit outside.He was very professional doing the inspection and told me that every thing was working fine.. I am very glad that I chose your company to do the initial repair work. I have experienced nothing but excellence and extreme competence fron the repair techs thatchave come here.

Thank you for having the best techs out in the field working! My tech today was Claude he was very knowledgeable, personable and polite. The PROFESSIONALS at air services are just that: PROFESSIONAL. A text before arrival, letting you know they are on their way is so helpful. Once they start a job they don’t stop til it’s finished, no smoking or other breaks. Very considerate of not interfering with the normal rhythm of the customer’s day. They always bring enough staff to insure expedient work. They have done a number of jobs for us in the past (including a new HVAC system) and they provide a consistent service which always leads us back to them.

The crew that installed our gemstone lights were no exception. We love our lights and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with them and Air Services before they left. They left our home clean and neat, picking up after themselves. Thx to Kaleb, Dalton and the other crew member (didn’t get his name.) All 3 were great!

Since this post I reached out they sent tech back and did the other outlet we wanted for no extra charge. Did have to cut up some drywall and the tech still tried to have my wife pay. But they did come add it.

Paid $650 for one outlet wich seemed high. The tech left hole in celling leaned on our cabinet trim and it popped off had to re attach it. Normally wouldn’t complain about these things but for the price should be closer to Perfect. Disappointed heard good things from this place

Dirk did a thorough job explaining the Split System installation. I was presenting two different options and given the estimates the next day. All my questions were answered thoroughly. Overall, a great job.

Chris, Caleb, Jacie, And many others did a great job of installing my split System AC and heating. They answered all my questions and showed me how to operate the system. I would recommend Air Services to anyone inquiring. I had three independent systems installed at a very competitive price.

Our tech Thomas was exceptional! He was respectful, mindful, and kept us in the loop with each step. He did this so politely, with a smile on his face...even after being in our 137 degree attic. If we ever need service again, we will be a lifetime customer.

Anthony's visit today completed SS&B's annual checkup of my HVAC system. He provided the winter service last January and the summer service today. His work was thorough as he kept informed as to what he was doing and why. Very helpful information. I will be using this service from SS&B next year and beyond. Given everything that could go wrong when an HVAC system is left unattended, it's worth the company's reasonable and competitive charge to have the annual service done.

We recently had some HVAC upgrades done to our secondary home and chose SS&B. We couldn't be happier. The team gave us multiple options to choose from and never pressured us to spend more than we wanted to. We also decided to do a smart thermostat and I was a little nervous (I'm 68 and not always the most tech-savvy) but they made sure I was comfortable with using the system from start to finish.

Excellent service, no pushy sales tactics, and just good, honest help. Highly recommend!

I wrote the following review (about Charles) some time ago and today, again used SS&B maintenance services. Joseph was also the friendly, knowledgeable and prompt service provider I have come to expect from SS&B after nearly 20 years service. Please keep up the great work! Charles was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He repaired my system without delay and ensured I had no further questions. We have worked with SS&B for years and have always been pleased with their service.

Thanks to our periodic maintenance with SS&B we discovered that our old heat pump was going bad, which had lasted well beyond the average life span for our system. We had SS&B replaced our old HVAC system with a more modern system. Hudson and Jason did the installation. They were very professional and did a great job. I have been using SS&B for around 15 years and have been very pleased with their service.

I have a maintenance plan with another company so I called them earlier in the day and still hadn’t gotten a return call four hours later so we called SS&B. Joseph showed up 20 minutes later and had us fixed and running in no time. He was extremely professional and I was really impressed by the turn around time. I’ll be switching my maintenance plan from my current company to SS&B.

SS&B did a phenomenal job getting our mini split back up and running after it started struggling to maintain the right temperature. They went above and beyond to get a tech out right away, and they had us back up and running the same day. Excellent customer service.

Had a small issue with AC not cooling today. Had some work done a few weeks ago and everything was fine until today. The battery in the thermostat needed replaced but did not give us that error. After checking a few things the tech got the thermostat to show it needed a new battery. They came after hours and did not charge for the visit. Both techs that have helped us were very knowledgeable and friendly. Call enter for after hours calls and followup from the office have been very polite and professional. Will call them again when we need service.

My daughter had a good experience with SS&B heating and cooling. Her HVAC system was replaced with a new one. Any company can look good when everything goes smoothly, but the character of a company shows up when there are difficulties. One of the units didn’t initially work as it should. The SS&B technicians, Hudson and Jason, worked hard the fix the issue and make sure our system worked properly. Hudson and Jason were a good team. Based on this experience, I would hire SA&B for future needs. Not only did they have a very competitive bid for the work, but they treated our property with respect.

Ben did a great job, gave me a huge military discount and got my new system in 1 week earlier then expected! Financing was exactly as was stated on the phone. Jay Paul and Chris did an excellent job on the install and they didn't wake me up as I work at night. Cleaned up any mess and took the old unit with them! Thanks for a great job guy's!

Customer Care is clearly your #1 priority! I call this afternoon at 1:30 pm for an AC unit not blowing cool air. Joseph reached out and said he could be here in 30 minutes! After calling multiple other companies and concerned that I wouldn't be able to get this fixed today, this was such a huge relief.
It is 2:50 pm and Joseph has arrived and repaired my AC unit!
10 out of 10 for SS&B for having a business that can reach customers in a timely manner that carry the common parts in their truck to repair units and a 10 out of 10 for Joseph for helping us with a concern, efficiency, knowledge and a sense of urgency!

Thomas was my tech and he was outstanding. It was 99 degrees and our A/C decided to crap out. SS@B responded same day and had us repaired for less than $500. The receptionist was as nice as she could have been and we could not be happier. Thank you guys for a job well done.
