What an amazing experience from Rodney and Matt. They got me up and running in a hort time. Great service. I highly recommend General Parts!

I stopped in looking for parts and had questions about service. The staff is professional and friendly. I spoke with a Technician who is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about my equipment. They have never let me down and I am confident in our future business.

Perfect! I had an absolute kitchen emergency. I made a call and within hours the General Parts technicians had me up and running. I strongly recommend this group.
I contacted several companies in the area and was met with a 'not my problem' attitude.
I know who I will call when I am in a pickle.

I was not impressed with the techs troubleshooting. They gave us a bid to replace two parts in a dishwasher that were fully functional. The tech spent more time asking other techs questions over the phone than testing and troubleshooting. I understand they can't know everything however I specifically requested someone knowledgeable on that particular system ahead of time. The tech knew less about it than I did, i dont work on kitchen equipment due to no training. I however was able to eventually troubleshoot the issue and make repairs on my own. I did call the company and give them a chance to come back out to troubleshoot however they said they would charge me an additional trip charge even through they already charged me for a job they did incorrectly. I would not recommend them.

The reason for the call was an espresso machine. The tech that came out said that he doesn't work on them but he'd try to figure it out. Got a quote and didn't trust that he even knew what was wrong. Paid a pretty penny for this estimate too. Had a different company come out...they fixed the problem quickly and for 10 times less than what was quoted to me by General Parts AND for less than the cost of the estimate from General Parts.

They did not help make repairs at all. I specifically requested a technician who was experienced with my equipment to get someone who had to have someone assist him over the phone the entire time. They did not resolve the issue and left us where we started but with a bill. Would not recommend for commercial dishwashers.

This is the email I sent after 1
$1000 in repairs fixed nothing. ! week later still no response. Don't recommend!!!

I am very disappointed in the service I received. Had a different co look at it yesterday. They performed a $139.00 flush of my unit. Works perfect!! I feel that I deserve a partial refund. Your tech wasted a lot of time on chit chat and telling how good he was, the 2nd time he had to go to the hardware store for an hour because his tool quit working???

I Hate when google don’t give you the option for 0 star.

I had a terrible experience with General Parts and would strongly advise against using their services. I called them to repair a burger warmer, and they came four times for the same issue. Each time, the appliance stopped working after just a few days. To make matters worse, every technician identified a different problem, showing no consistency or expertise.

The first technician openly admitted he didn’t know how to fix the issue and wasted 4 hours without solving anything. His unprofessional attitude and arrogance were appalling. Despite spending $2,250 on repairs for an appliance that originally cost $4,000, the problem remains unresolved.

Additionally, General Parts charges a $60 zone travel fee—even though their office is just 10 minutes away. They charged me this fee every single time, on top of service call and labor charges. Most companies offer at least a 30-day warranty on repairs, but General Parts provides no such guarantee, leaving customers to pay repeatedly for the same unresolved issue.

This company seems more focused on making money than providing quality service. If you value your time and money, I recommend avoiding General Parts.

The location listed doesn't exist there. I'm very familiar with that plaza and there is no appliance repair place there.

Called them cost me 85 to set up a appointment they where 30 mins late then when he gets here tells me my washer needs a part that's going to cost me 200 for the part ok odd but ok the part on maytags website is 96 bucks so I ask to make sure is this with labor he says no and that it would be 400 after taxes for the repair with labor don't waste ur time they over charge and don't respect u as a customer they are not even real they just are a 3rd party for sub contractors

This company does not have its own technicians. They take your money then farm out the job to independent contractors that may be miles away and want to charge you for their drive time. Then they do not pay the actual repairman. Scam

The tech, upon his early arrival was very professional very detailed and listen to the problem I was having. He advised me from his experience what my problem could be then proceeded to test his theory. It worked! Unfortunately the part that I needed was no longer made by the manufacture so there wasn't anything that he could do. But he did give me a temporary fix and suggested some places I might go for replacement dryer. Kudos to this team!

Stay away from this repair company! They are based in California and contract the jobs with local repair company. I dealt with two different repair men, one of whom walked out before even getting started after being an hour and half late for a 3 hour appointment window! The second guy tried charging me more than $100 for a "dryer idler wheel", which is sold on Amazon for less than $10 along with a $150 for less than a half hour of labor! Stay far away from this "company".

    Waste of $85.
If they are not going to test anything then what am I paying $85 for a diagnosis. I knew it was either 1 or 2 things. They said it was 1 or 2 things without testing anything. They were going to assume it might be 1 and charge $350 but they might be wrong. Then blame me. Also the address doesn't exist.
