I sold a used washer and dryer to a friend but the washer wouldn't spin. Found out it was the lid switch. The technician was on time (within the timeframe given), he was quick, thorough, and knowledgeable. I was called with the price before repairs were started and the labor warranty was explained. In addition, the service call was applied to the repair cost. I'd most definitely recommend this company.

Even though I ultimately decided not to move forward with the repair (compressor replacement) due to overall cost, Dirt Cheap was excellent. They came out same day, evaluated potential causes and kept me fully abreast of what the options & related cost would be. Both Alex & Antoine were very professional and personable, and the owner waived part of the freon cost as it didn't resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend.

In response to the below response someone is quite confused. Further confirmation of the incompetence and unprofessionalism. To enter one’s home and not provide any explanation is ludicrous.

My encounter and experience was poor from the communication, lack of explanation and the actual service experience. On the day of service the technician called but confused me with a different service order and did not confirm or know what issue or concerns I requested to have addressed. Upon his arrival he was in my home for up to 3 minutes and stated he needed to go to his vehicle to make a call, leaving my door open and unlocked. After ten minutes of him not re entering or following up I checked to learn he had left without providing me any information regarding his findings. I then called the company to get no answer. I left a detailed voicemail and never heard anything back. Very unprofessional

Leaving a review because I’m amazed at how quickly they came out to my home! The service provided was excellent. I found this company by doing a quick Google search. Our dryer wasn’t heating up and we needed to do laundry. The service tech, Antoine, came out the same day and immediately found the issue. He replaced a part and offered two solutions to resolve our dryer venting issues. He also looked ar our washer for a minor issue we’d been experiencing. The price was very reasonable. I’ll be reaching out for all of our servicing needs in the future.

My oven has been broken for a couple of months(common self clean, repeated manufacturer issue.) I saw good reviews and made the call. Not even 24 hours later and my oven is cooking again. The price and options were reasonable for the fix without ordering parts. I think I was hesitant to call all this time because the parts would be outrageous if available at all. I have Dirt Cheap Appliance Repair saved in my phone contacts should I need anything in the future.

Antoine was very helpful in giving me options and providing comprehensive knowledge on the issue with my refrigerator. He even helped me assess and fix my stove top. If/when anything breaks down I won't hesitate to pick up the phone to call Dirt Cheap Appliance Repair.

The technician , Anton was very courteous. He identified himself prior to entering my home.
He immediately diagnosed the problem and made sure that the washing machine was efficiently operating before he departed from the premises. I would highly recommend his services.

So, Antoine was my technician. If I butchered your name(my apologies ). However, not only was he extremely professional, the man was vey honest and upfront with me on my old-A*s Frigidaire Fridge. I needed to buy some time because heck, the process of ordering, waiting for delivery and taking time off from work for a new fridge…Well, I work a lot. I too, don’t work=don’t eat.
Anyway, he got my fridge up and now BLOWING Cold air!!!

Oh, for my people that are aware of the bad stigma behind US as black owned Entrepreneurs/Business owners. This company is far from that. I Googled “Appliance Repairs near me” and they popped up and I gave them a ring. The representatives that took my call & took my call on the day of, were HANDS-DOWN Professional 🦾
On time, Professional, had equipment, Very Knowledgeable and Honest. They even had a professional Company Van!!!
Definitely not expensive. Better than dishing out $1,500 plus for a new fridge around Christmas time.
I wanted to give him a tip but he refused & said the biggest tip that I could give is a Company Google review!

Antoine did a wonderful job installing my dryer! He may not of been on time but the effort he put in easily made up for it, sometimes prior jobs take longer and that's why it took him a bit to show up, I love that he was up front with me about things that makes all the difference!
