Technician was prompt and very efficient. Did the repair quickly and was very willing to answer any questions. He also offered good advice on how to maintain and use our Bosch appliances.

Justin was able to successfully troubleshoot the issue on our new range and fix it in the same visit. He arrived within the service window, provided advanced warning, and was careful not to scratch our floors when he had to move the range. We will consider using them in the future for any other repair needs.

On time, completed service in a clean, timely and courteous manner. Less expensive than another repair service.
Explained what they were doing and alternative options.
Loved the repairman and will recommend this company to others gladly

They had to order parts to fix my Viking range which took less than a week. I was very happy with my service. Repairman was great.

Very professional. He brought someone he was teaching with him the first time while diagnosing the problem. He came alone to fix when the parts came in. He wasted no time and cleaned up afterwards both times. I wish I could have gotten on the schedule sooner and that ordering parts didn’t take so long, but I was very satisfied with the work. I would definitely use them again and recommend to others.

Amazing! Prompt, professional, knowledgable. After being given the runaround for months by one of their competitors, Mid America Service diagnosed our issue, obtained the necessary parts in a week, and repaired our Viking Range perfectly. Thank you!

The first tech corretly diagnosed the problems. The second fixed them after the parts came in. My only beef is that I knew what the problem was and what parts were needed when I called, but they still had to send the first tech to make the diagnosis. Pricey, but within reason.

I FEEL I HAVE WASTED MY TIME AND TIED UP MONEY. 😔 As much as i needed and wanted to use their services for the first time, they're not a good appointment scheduling service for single home owners. The service fee is extremely high not to be guaranteed an appointment at the time. You can't book as specific appointment window, and you will never know the exact window time of your appointment until the day before, which by this time you may not be able to take off from work. I swear customer service with these big reputable companies these days isn't worth trying anymore. I'll just have to stick with my small service provider i have used in the past.

I understand and appreciate that businesses need to make money, but the money-making and money-saving measures they’ve instituted in the last few years make me dread interaction with Mid-America. They provide an *eight* hour window until the day before and then a *five* hour window thereafter. They use a mind-numbing automated service to confirm appointments. They require me to call back and wait on hold with the same mind-numbing automation for 7-10 minutes in order to confirm my pathetic *five* hour window.

Immediately upon making the appointment, they charge $100 sucker fee that will *not* count toward the repair. Really? So I sit at home for five hours waiting and it takes them 30 seconds to diagnose a problem and then I’m $100 poorer even before paying for the repair? What if I want to take a shower during the five hours? Do I get to call and wait on hold for 7-10 minutes before confirming my address and phone number four times and being told sorry— if I miss them then they money is lost? Seriously? Oh and PS in seven years, they’ve never been able to fix a problem during the first visit. They *always* schedule the repair 10-14 days later oh and did I mention that it’s an *eight* hour window until the day before for that one, too? Oh but they’ll call the day before and give you the *five* hour window. Just don’t take a shower!

It’s demoralizing to be treated this way but since they have exclusive contracts for repair of certain appliances, it’s necessary. Advice to reader: don’t call them unless you must because it is excruciating to deal with them. Every. Single. Time.

Adam is an expert. He diagnosed our problem quickly and brought our dishwasher back to working order. All the while being professional, friendly and informative. Could not ask for a better experience.

My refrigerator had an issue. A technician diagnosed the problem, purchased parts, and installed them. When the refrigerator still did not work, I reached out to management. They quickly follow up with me and dealt with a fraught situation in a fair and level-headed way. I appreciated their partnership in this process.

Absolutely astonishing work and great conversation whilst the tech was here. Mike S. took the time to explain what the issues were, how to resolve those issues and did so in a timely manner. The level of professionalism Mike had, along with his in depth knowledge and wisdom on the problem he was there for was top notch!

If you are in need of appliance service, don't hesitate to reach out to Mid America Service and ask for Mike!

On time, really nice service person ( Rick). He explained everything about our repair, was able to fix it quickly, kept us notified about arrival time, and was just efficient overall. We’re very happy.

Our tech came knocking super loud on the door at 8am, I paid $100 multiple days in advance for the appointment only for him to come in for 10 minutes and not fix anything. Quoted over $400 for the fix and said it would take even more days to fix it. I'm just going to buy a new dishwasher for the price I was quoted to fix and never call this company again.

Floyd was our repairman. He was knowledgable, friendly and professional. Would highly recommend him. Trusted him completely. Our oven was covered under the original warranty so I cannot reasonably answer questions on charges. I was very satisfied with the company from the excellent customer service reps to Floyd’s quick and efficient response. Stress free service from beginning to end.

These guys looked newer, but boy was I glad I called them. Water heater stopped working in the middle of winter and I needed to shower before work. They were here in 2 hours and get everything working again. The best in St. Louis!
