The technician knows what he is doing. I bought a home with an older Viking appliance and they've made it work perfectly each time there has been a repair needed.

Our service tech Tom was absolutely the greatest repair man we have ever had in our home in the last 40 years

Justin did a great job. One part Samsung sent was defective, and he came a week later and replaced that, but out fridge was working in the interim.

Rick came to our 12 yr old dishwasher's problem, diagnosed what was causing the squeaking, straining noise dishwasher was making , ordered the part, came back, replaced the part and our dishwasher is back in business!!!

Thank you Mid America, thank you Rick

Have used them many times over the past 5 years. Great service, great communication. Professional all the way around!

A+! They fixed a Miele dishwasher that other providers could not. Lesson learned : call the manufacturer and get their recommendation on a service provider. Or just call mid America. Not the first time over the years they provided great service

All contacts either by phone, on-site at our RV, or email were done in a professional, pleasant and friendly manner.
Will definitely use when or if needed in the future.

Compressor failed on refrigerator, called Mid America and they installed a new compressor 24 days later. Installer was great and it does work. However, if you buy the compressor from Sears it is $357 and has a 10-year warranty. From Mid America it is $458 and has a 90-day warranty. Tells me they buy creep parts, charge lots and hope they fail in 92 days so they can sell you another one.

Very good customer service. Professional. Also very honest. Didn't fix things that weren't necessary like some places..

I would rate zero stars if possible. Terrible service; technician arrived, claimed to fix the problem, and we paid him; the problem was not fixed, and he reported to the company that we "declined repair" and identified problems he never raised to us. The company will not come back out and will not refund the money we paid the technician.

Lloyd was great. On time, talked through all of the things he was doing and what could be causing the issue we were having, and worked fast. Thanks!

Brian was friendly and professional. He knew the product well and answered all our questions. Will
welcome Mid America back anytime. They have great employees.

    Repair was completed as needed.
I think it would be more customer focused if repair technicians would simply ask “do you have any questions about your appliance?”
Versus walk in fix it and leave.

Samsung sent my work order to them. They asked me to have Samsung change the notes to confirm I’m in warranty or send a sales receipt. Samsung changed the notes in their work order. They still continued to call me asking to send my sales receipt in addition to the updated notes directly from Samsung. I don’t know if I was being profiled or what but after 2 weeks of no service from this company, I asked Samsung to refer me to someone else and the new company scheduled the appointment and handled my service with no delay with just the work order validating I’m in warranty. Would not recommend.
