let me tell you a few things about my experience with Meyer Heating and Air.
First off Brandon came out the same evening I called to get a second opinion on my old ac unit from 1997. When her arrived he was very understanding and empathetic toward my situation. During the evaluation he presented me with seven resolutions to choose from with positive and negative effects. He DIDN'T try the "used car sales tactics" like the prior experiences I have had. At the end of the evaluation he made it clear that he was always available for any questions I may have and didn't even charge me the $75 fee for the inspection. After my wife and I went over the options we made a decision that we were hesitant on. I called Brandon about it and after getting it scheduled Brandon went above and beyond to get us what we really needed. When scheduling for the installation of the hvac system I spoke with Karen. Karen had a date set out two and a half weeks out and assured me that if my system stopped before my installation she would have a technician bring out a temporary in home unit. To my surprise Karen called again on Monday and explained that she had a cancelation and could install Tuesday two weeks early. I obviously said yes. On Tuesday Trevor and Jack showed up promptly at 8:30am for the installation. During installation they both were very respectful and motivated to complete the install. At the end of the installation Trevor walked me through all of my new equipment showing me how to preform the basic things as well as what to do in case anything goes wrong. After Trevor and Jack left there were no signs of any trash or dirt from them spending 7.5 hours installing, everything was clear and clean like it never happened. Overall my experience with Meyer has been 100% 5 stars. I was even able to speak with Mike about his workforce and got some insight to how he runs his business. This is a wonderful opportunity for you as a consumer to experience and support a local business that cares about the customer and employees. So if you are in the market for a new HVAC company give Meyer Heating and Air a chance to show you what they showed me.

I recently had work done through Meyer Heating and Air, and while the overall cost was higher than I would’ve hoped (which seems to be standard across the industry these days), I want to specifically call out Mike, the technician who came to my home.

Mike took the time to actually listen to my concerns and didn’t rush the process. He didn’t just show up to do a job and leave — he stayed, asked the right questions, and even let me talk through frustrations I’d had with previous companies. That meant a lot. It’s hard to find someone in this space who is both skilled and human.

He explained the logic behind the pricing and equipment, gave me space to process things, and never tried to force a sale or push me into something I didn’t ask for. That’s huge.
He was there to do quality work and be upfront, and that’s exactly what he did.

A set of fierce winds overturned my rooftop heat pump installed just nine months ago. Meyer sent one of their best technicians to remedy the situation. Brandon toiled in the intense heat to re-secure the unit and reset its controls. He explained what he accomplished in plain language to me. It runs smoothly and I have a firm grasp on how to adjust the settings to suit my comfort.

Brandon is super professional and trustworthy. I really appreciate Meyer and how integral and kind they are. They give you the facts and the options and don’t try to scare or bully you into decisions. They set you up for choices that fit you best and they are there whatever you decide. They have cleaned my units twice now and even replaced my BFFs entire system and she had a fantastic experience with me. Great financing choices and 10 years parts and labor which is phenomenal. Love them!

I chose Meyer Heating and Air because I’d worked with the company previously in both Missouri and Alabama. The prices were lower than my second estimate for my home in MO. Great! Josh, my technician, did a very good job of installing my tankless water heater and HVAC system. This was a two day job and Josh explained exactly what he did and also how to use the equipment. Lookin forward to having a “cool” summer!

My AC chose an extremely hot and humid day to quit working - and, of course, on a weekend. Brandon came out on Saturday morning and tried to get it up and running but it was dead. He was very professional, thorough and patient going over all options. He explained everything in layman’s terms and kept a spot open for installation on Monday so I could consider what option fit my situation best. He went the extra mile to find part of the system that was not in stock and then called to confirm Monday. This is my second experience with Meyer and I am very pleased. I’ve found every contact with them on the telephone and in person to be professional, friendly and even sympathetic for my most recent predicament. Great company! Give them a try.

Brandon with Meyer heating and cooling has now assisted with a full system replacement, a small troubleshooting and then a follow on humidifier install. They have always been. Well priced extremely responsive, neat, and professional. Won’t go anywhere else for my hvac needs.
