Reilly was very polite, professional, respectful and knowledgeable. I recommend Rhymes Heating & Cooling! The people I spoke to on the phone were also knowledgeable and kind. I already have them scheduled to come out in the fall for a furnace check. And I’ve recommended them to my daughter to use for her home.

My mom has always used their services and always recommended them. I feel like they have fair prices and their knowledge is accurate. They won’t steer you wrong and aren’t just out for your money. They want you to be safe and have excellent heating and cooling to the best of the ability. You can’t go wrong with Rhymes.

2nd visit:
I had a technician named Frank and he was so courteous and willing to look at everything I asked about. I can’t say enough good comments about Rhymes. He fixed the tubing on my air conditioner and heater (apparently they were both running together when they should be separate), checked my heater, and checked my humidity issue. Rhymes Heating responded to my emergency immediately. Our furnace quit working on coldest day of December. The service man was courteous and quickly made repairs.

I have a few rental properties in SoCo and Rhymes has always done a fantastic job for me. From system installations to service calls, they are prompt, courteous, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone!

Steve provided a transparent estimate on replacing two systems and consolidating them into one system. Gave recommendations where necessary and took the time to fully measure and analyze the situation and what would be needed. Ron and Antonio handled the replacement quickly, efficiently, and were super fun to be around. I was doing some work in the basement while they were working and they offered to help me while I hauled some things upstairs. Wonderful people, excellent service, highly recommend. Edit to add: They had Daniel come out and install the return register that was remaining and he got it all done in a single morning (came to look at/give quote, went to get materials, and installed/cleaned up). Pretty awesome folks at Rhymes.

All on time, worked quickly and efficiently, answered questions effectively. Professional and courteous.
Steve is the most responsive salesperson I have ever worked with!! He always answers and gives quick responses to texts or VMs.
Ronald is a very skilled very capable professional. Got here right on time and finished before time by about 30minutes. Covered our steps with tarp and left no messes! 23 years experience was evident.
Daniel worked in the heat without complaint and he explained the new thermostat excellently. We calculated he has installed about 2,000 units! Very neat clean outside unit.

Aaron communicated well with his arrival time and about the condition of our unit. He was thorough in checking and cleaning the system. We always use Rhymes because they are honest and do not try to upsell and they are also thorough and communicate well.

Furnace quit on the Friday after Thanksgiving. I called at 8AM, left a message and they got back to me in about 90 minutes. Service man arrived by noon and was able to do a temporary fix to get it running until a new part could be located. Aaron was the service technician and he explained and showed me what the problem was. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Rynes sent Frank out to look at a family members heater as it was not coming on. It ended up being the thermostat. Frank did a great job checking everything else and informed me on anything he noticed that may need servicing in the future. Highly recommend. Great service.

When my family and I bought our home earlier this year, we knew the HVAC system is something we’d have to address within the first couple of years due to the age and condition of the system. Unfortunately when it came time to turn the heat on for the first time nothing came out. We got bids from three company’s and Rhymes was by far the most professional, thorough, and it was just an added bonus they had the lowest price. From scheduling to the sales call to installation everyone we worked with was a top notch professional and super friendly. Cannot recommend Rhymes enough and will continue to use them for future service.

Installers Ron and Daniel were great. They were both friendly and professional at all times. My new A/C is only the basic model but it uses 500 watts less electricity than my old A/C. I got 5 bids for this project so I know Rhymes gave me a very fair price.

Rhymes has always sent out professional, personable, and skilled service workers. Aaron was phenomenal. He taught us things about our equipment to help it run more efficient/smoothly. It was clear he enjoys his job but more importantly, he wants to keep his customers healthy and safe.

I called Rhymes on a Tuesday to get a second opinion on an HVAC issue and they got me scheduled the same week (for a Thursday). They called me on Wednesday and said that one of the technicians had an opening and they could come out earlier. Frank was the technician who came out. He was very personable, explained everything that he was doing and assured us that our heating system was safe to run. He provided a picture of the results from the combustion analysis and an invoice almost immediately upon completing the inspection, to my email. Would highly recommend this company. They've been in business for a long time, which should tell you something.

Aaron is the best. He’s been out a couple times and is great to talk to and shows what the problems were for YouTube handymen like myself. Would 100% recommend.

Rhymes is incredible. Start with the sales, Steve. Honest, thorough, creative, professional. Wow!! Then comes Stephen- we’re told the brains of the operation! Clearly a great and appropriate description. These 2 spent over 20 hours solving our complex problem BEFORE the sale. Then comes the installers ! What an amazing group of skilled, hard working, diligent and professionals. There are not enough good words to say about the entire team. They coat a bit more but you get what you pay for. So lucky to have found this magnificent group!

From start to finish, Rhymes was a class act. When our 100 year old condominium building boiler went out in the winter, we decided to replace with individual HVAC systems. We considered multiple options - heat pumps and gas furnaces and ultimately selected a gas furnace option. Stephen was extremely detailed and found solutions during each phase of the process. We needed a solution in the smallest amount of space, and the craftsman ship and design of our unit truly was a masterpiece. The team installing our unit were most professional and cooperative. We Iook forward to working with Rhymes on servicing our unit for years to come. HIGHLY Recommend!

Everyone at Rhymes HVAC was wonderful. Steve the salesperson knew his products very well. We initially decided to go with a competitor, and a completely different kind of system, but came back to Rhymes after that failed spectacularly. Because Rhymes projected reliability, experience and long history versus the “shiny object” the competitors sold us on. We learned our lesson! Steve was more than helpful despite it all. The installers did a fantastic job installing our furnace and A/C, especially in a tight space, and cleaned up beautifully The office staff folks were pleasant and very customer service friendly. I would highly recommend Rhymes to everyone.

The services were outstanding!!! I called when they opened open in the morning. They had someone out to my house under 1 hour. Dominic went above and beyond to make sure things were working and done safely. He took the extra steps that most companies don’t take. My neighbor recommended this company to me and I will be using them for future needs.
