Excellent service, highly recommend!! On a Saturday morning while I was on vacation, my house sitter said my a/c stopped cooling the house. I called JLM and Jozo was on site and had my system up and running in no time! He did a full inspection of the unit, kept me updated on progress & texted me pix of the issue. I greatly appreciate Jozo's extra effort & honesty as my system is older, yet he never tried to sell me anything I didn't need, like most companies do. I will definitely be calling JLM for any future heating/cooling issues!

Jozo has an amazing work ethic and customer service skills. On a Friday night he came to my house after 9pm and helped patch my current system up to get me through until he could get a new system installed. The new system install was a great experience. He took the time to explain things and talk through areas. I highly recommend and will only be using JLM for my HVAC needs going forward.

I had Andrew come out and resolved my AC issue and only had to pay the cost for him coming out. He was professional, friendly, and very informative. I was very impressed with how quick they came out as other businesses wanted me to wait a day or two prior to coming out forgetting we are dealing with 90+ degrees temperature.

JLM provided us top notch service for our ac replacement. They explained everything from the paperwork through the installation process. I called them yesterday at around 3pm and they made it to my house within 2 hours. Andrew was amazing and very informative. I wasnt home to meet with him so i had my son there but Andrew called me each time he was doing anything and kept me in the loop about service and pricing. He did an amazing job and would highly recommend them for your ac needs.

Big shoutout to Jozo at JLM Heating and Cooling! Our AC went out on one of the hottest days. It stopped working at 9 pm and he came out right away for emergency service as we were leaving town the next morning. We needed to get the air running again due to someone staying the house and watching the dogs He was super friendly, knew exactly what to do, and had everything fixed fast. He explained to me that it might be time to think about a new system as our current one is 21 years old.

The price was fair (especially for last-minute service), and he even gave us a few tips to avoid problems in the future. We’re so thankful for Jozo and JLM—highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC help

Of course my son's thermostat self destructs while he and my daughter in law are camping off the grid and I am watching their cats. Knowing nobody in community, I googled for someone local with good reviews. I called JLM this morning (Saturday) around 11 and Jasno was there that afternoon exactly when he promised, solved the problem and even explained it in a way a mechanically challenged biologist could understand. Super service, great price!

Jozo and crew are awesome. My old air conditioner was leaking freon (or whatever it is called now). I wanted to replace it, and he offered to find the leak and fix it to save me money. Since I was going through insurance, I wanted to replace it. Jozo sat down at the kitchen table and went through great detail to explain how the system works and gave me 3 replacement options and fully flushed out all of the pros/cons of the options. He was honest when describing the differences between systems and potential electric cost savings. He also made the old AC work better while waiting for the new one to be installed. JLM went out of their way to come to my house an extra time to make sure I was comfortable while waiting for the new one to be installed. That right there tells you all you need to know.

I can’t recommend JLM enough! I called them for a second opinion after another company told me I needed an entirely new AC system. JLM showed up within the hour, Jozo went through inspecting everything thoroughly, and went point by point explaining the condition of my unit. He assured me the system was still in good shape, it was a bit dirty but still blowing well enough that I wasn’t in need of a unit replacement— I was just low on Freon. He refilled it, washed down the outside unit, and even took the extra step to reseal a spot with putty where the previous company claimed there was a major issue. Jozo clearly came to help, not to sell. His honesty, care, and attention to detail were a breath of fresh air. Highly appreciated and highly recommended!

JLM replaced our entire HVAC system last week and I'm very happy, so I wanted to write a review. They arrived right on time, completed the work ahead of schedule, and walked me through the system and answered all of my questions. It was very easy to complete the financing process as well. Before it was installed, JLM sat down with me to review all of our available options based on the current status of our system. I feel they are very trustworthy, unlike some other "bigger" companies we've used in the past for service. Highly recommend. Thank you JLM!
