We used Rhymes for the first time earlier this year. Steve was great to work with, and not only was he able to provide the best price around, but the two technicians (David and Colton) were fantastic! They were both very polite and professional, and they took great pride in their work. The install was very clean, and they overall did a fantastic job! I have been using Rhymes Heating and Cooling for decades. I initially tried them out after a less than satisfactory job done by another company. I love that it is family owned and operated, and you really get the feeling that you are part of the extended family. Their services are prompt. I have never waited more than a few hours for a service rep to come to my rescue! They get right to work and have never made me feel uncomfortable. They find the problem, recommend a solution, and get to work on the repair. Every technician is kind, courteous, and efficient. I have never been pressured with an “upsell”. Great job to all! Love this company!!

I received excellent service from Rhymes—they were a lifesaver when my AC went out, and my bedroom temperature soared to 87 degrees. They managed to fit me in for service on the same day, and Aaron was fantastic! He was personable, diagnosed the issue quickly, and even took the time to teach me how to care for my outdoor unit. Rhymes has exceptional customer service! They have worked their magic to fit us into the schedule when our A/C went out during the latest heat wave, ensuring we didn't have to wait too long for relief! Stephen is wonderful at taking the time to troubleshoot over the phone to help pinpoint the issue before our appointment. Aaron is fabulous! He has been our service provider over the last couple of years. And every time he is courteous, professional, and takes the time to talk through the issues and options. And when I needed help retrieving an old invoice, Cristen made it happen!

I had a thermostat replaced, but it needed wiring adjustment in order to work. Frank searched some spots in the basement and found what would work. He was very patient in helping me set up the Ap and learning to use it! Very professional!

Starting with the sales person, Steve, to the installation crew - Antonio, Joe & Cristen & follow up with Luke - all the folks from Rhymes displayed excellence in their job. Steve was great for follow up at all times, the installation folks Antonio, Joe & Cristen, were prompt, did a beautiful job removing the old furnace & installing the new & cleaned up, leaving the place in an immaculate state. I will use this company again - best thing I can say about them.

Extremely professional company. I had a problem with the top of my air conditioner apparently it wasn't sealed correctly and I called rhymes and immediately they took care of it. There was no hassle in waiting or any confusion on times to be here. I absolutely love this company and I'm so glad I purchased my AC and Furnace from them. Highly recommended.

All of the rhymes staff has been a pleasure to work with from sales to maintenance to emergency calls. They arrive in a very timely manner (very welcome especially in the heat of summer when the AC goes out) and have treated my home as imagine they wpyld want their ho.ea treared!

The tech called within the pre-given time frame to let me know he would arrive in about 15-20 minutes, which he did. He was friendly and polite, and went about his work efficiently and neatly. Upon completion, he let me know the condition of our heating units and what parts were replaced. I paid for the replacement parts and for next year's maintenance service.
