I appreciated the thoroughness of Samuel’s annual clean and check of my furnace. I was having a problem with the humidifier attached to my unit; he figured out why and made sure it was working properly before he left. I feel confident in the service I receive from Meyer Heating and Air.

Out of the billion companies I called for urgent service Meyer was the first that 1. Didn’t sent me to an automated system I’m pretty sure. That’s already a win in my book. 2. Was able to get to me that evening ( and I will always be grateful for that. ) My technician called to verify the time frame was okay for me, reviewed the charges for the urgent visit ( you’d be surprised how many times people haven’t done this ), he was super quick, very informative and very understanding of my situation. Highly recommend.

I had to have Brandon come out today on one the coldest days of the year, and with roads covered in snow. I wasn’t getting much heat from my furnace and it kept getting worse all morning. He showed up and was professional and courteous. He figured out the issue quickly and had my house warm again before he left. Highly recommend this company, and especially Brandon!

The receptionist that took our call was very helpful and kind and was able to book us a same day appointment. Our tech Brandon was very thorough when examining our heater and gave us great information to help make our decision to replace. They were able to get us scheduled for a just a few days later to install the new unit. Overall great experience!

Mike and his team absolutely saved my bacon! I own a rental property and during some frigid temps (below zero) and intense snow, the furnace just stopped. It ended up being the heat exchange and the furnace just needed to be replaced…at the most inconvenient time. Mike to the rescue!

Furnace died on Sunday, he scheduled us for Wednesday on Monday, and had the furnace and ac unit installed by Wednesday afternoon! Just a little over two days of cooler temps in the house. That’s incredible. I can’t thank him and his crew enough and I can’t say enough good things about professionals who refuse to leave you hanging when it’s a detriment. Oh, and the price was also way more reasonable than I was quoted by two other companies.

Do not hesitate to call Meyer if you don’t have time to spec out a replacement hvac, or if you do. Either way, you are in the best hands.

Our 35-year-old HVAC system failed, and our home warranty recommended a replacement. Wanting a second opinion, I contacted several HVAC companies, including Meyer. Although they initially scheduled us for a later date, they followed up the very next day and sent a representative out promptly.

Paul arrived and took the time to thoroughly explain how different systems function, walking us through multiple options that would best meet our needs. The following day, his team completed the installation. Cole stood out with his passion for his work; once the unit was installed, he carefully explained what had been installed and how everything operates.

While I did not interact much with the other two technicians, I am confident they demonstrated the same level of professionalism as Paul and Cole. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend Meyer.

We got a complete new heating snd cooling system installed from Meyer Air about a year and a half ago. We have had the routine maintenance done several times at this point, and had to have them come out a few times for a couple other concerns we had as we were getting used to our new system. All the technicians have been very knowledgeable and they were quick to respond to any concerns/questions that we had with understanding and getting used to our new system. Even Mike, the owner came out to meet and speak with us. We really appreciated the customer service we were given after our installation, as these purchases are not insignificant. We also appreciated the thorough follow up that we received.

The technician arrived in a timely manner. He even called to say he could be here one and one-half hours earlier than our appointment if that was acceptable. The technician was friendly and polite. He cleaned and serviced our heating and air conditioning systems in an expert and timely manner. Cost was shared up front so we didn’t have any surprises. We will definitely use this company again and recommend them to our friends.

I shopped/bid four different companies and Rhymes stood out across all facets of the project. From Steve M. determining and customizing equipment needs based on best pricing and performance, through installation, through follow-ups. Super responsive and super professional. Rare to find a company these days that aims to please to the extent that Rhymes’ entire crew does.

My mother lives in St Louis and we live in another state. Last week her AC went out, so we were at a loss as to who to call. I selected Rhymes based on their excellent online review history and I am glad I did. Even though i was a new customer, they added our repair call into their schedule the next day. The technician who did the work was pleasant, knowledgeable and reassuring that the issue was minor and could be resolved quickly. Not like some who might take advantage and overstate the repairs required. The price charged was very reasonable and he explained exactly what was done. We will definitely use Rhymes for all of our future St Louis HVAC needs.

They provided helpful information & went above & beyond to see that I was able to set a repair service porvided as quickly as possible. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful & knowledgable. The repair gentlemen were knowledgeable, courteous & efficient. They called to let me know they were on there way & arrived at scheduled.

Rhymes came out to check my AC shortly after I called them. They replaced my AC fan as soon as the part shipped and got everything up and running quickly for a reasonable price. Rhymes is the best!

Our A/C was not performing well when we returned home after a vacation out of town. I called Rhymes for service in the morning. By noon our service tech, Aaron, arrived. He quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs and our A/C began to function properly. Aaron was professional and explained why the A/C was not working the way it should. We are very pleased with their service and won’t hesitate to call them again and recommend Rhymes to family and friends.

My 81 year old neighbor was without air and her home was reading 88°. Rhymes came out the next morning to take care of her problem. I so appreciate them caring so much for elderly people. They were very kind and compassionate.
