Getting into the dock was quite the feat they hadn't plowed the drive so you couldn't see any lines

Ordered an Ameristar 16 SEER on 6/5 and was advised this would take 5-7 business days to arrive. As this was only going to cost us $300 more after the NPPD credit I figured staying in a hotel was going to be worth the efficiency difference. After day 6 I was just advised that the unit is now delayed 4 days and won't be in until after the weekend. If it had not been over 90 deg almost everyday since ordering this would have been ok, not the case thou. Not a good experience......

snails do work here. wrong parts. paid shipping just pay to ship them back. lack of knowledge of parts disappointing. also pay with cc and no email of receipt so no clue what parts cost also not on any paperwork received. if can buy parts online elsewhere would be ahead.

All the jobs there are knowledge and professional. Also a good time coming in to talk with them and pick stuff up.

Only con I would say is sometimes they don't have things that you need urgently, but the FSRs always try to help to the best of their abilities

A technician came out to service our A/C unit. We ended up replacing our 30-year-old heating and cooling unit. Got a good price, better than the other major competing companies. The technician was very nice and professional, they did a nice and very clean install. Very happy with the overall experience.

Harmon Heating And Cooling is by far the best out there. Great to work with very good work reasonable pricing everyone should use them.

Mike and his team at Comfort Advisors have been nothing but honest, helpful, and straightforward with my wife and me since we began using their services. We moved into a new home with a geothermal unit expecting minimal maintenance, but unfortunately the system broke down. Mike was quick to diagnose the issue, clearly showing us evidence of what was happening, and provided multiple options for repair versus full replacement.

We truly appreciated his transparency and professionalism throughout the process. Highly recommend their team to anyone looking for trustworthy and knowledgeable HVAC service.
