My water heater fire wasn’t lit and I didn’t know hot to fix it so I called them it took them about ten minutes and fixed it the second time they came and charged me almost 500 dollars for 10 minutes of work

Don’t ever use this place they came and did roughly 15 minutes of work and I had to pay 464$ and I was shocked because all he did was vaccum my water heater and nothing else and when I tried to talk with the manager he was very rude and would not explain anything to me he also did this to a bunch of people I talked to and the manager later blocked me he didn’t want to listen to me and if you ask them for a license they will not show you a thing.THEY WILL THREATEN TO CONTACT COLLECTION AGENCY

I had a backup in my main drain line and apparently, the line had several "offsets" and the clog was beyond camera view due to one. Tyler and his partner worked blindly on my line for over 2.5 hours and were able to break down the clog and open my line to the street. This was the second time in 6 months this had happened to me. The first company I called out did not clear the line completely, causing this second backup. KUDOS to Tyler for his persistence and professionalism. Grunwald will be my first call from now on!!
