Grunwald Mechanical was fantastic! They arrived quickly and got right to work. Within just 20 minutes of getting to my house, they had diagnosed and fixed the issue with my AC unit. The whole process was efficient, professional, and stress-free. I really appreciated how fast and reliable they were—highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service!

Extremely helpful customer service. Timely response and same-day service. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, explained the process of repair and had all parts on hand. Very professional thoroughly explained how to prevent the issue from reoccurring. Cleaned up after himself it was very conscientious of his work area. I’ve used them a couple of times since and have expanded to include them in maintaining our place of business.

I have an older home that has a boiler. Had a radiator crack and saw one of Grunwald’s ads with a cute little kiddo. I like that they are family owned. Decided to use them. I’m so glad I did. They were very thorough and very nice. Would give more stars if I could!

[Journeyman] Jake just finished a same-day repair on my furnace. After inspecting it, Jake determined the motherboard was faulty then promptly tracked one down & set out to retrieve it. Overall, I highly recommend this company & all of their elite technicians for any residential air conditioning or heating repairs.

I called in a service request and they responded so quick. They had someone here within 30 min and solved the problem that other HVAC companies had told me needed to be replaced vs repaired. We are no longer sweating in our store. I highly recommend them.

I have worked with SynQuip off and on for the last eight years, every project that have been on they have been very prompt very courteous and very professional. Jobs have always been completed when they told me they were going to be completed and every one of the employees that I have worked with have always shown the utmost respect for me and for everyone else on the job site, I would refer these guys to anyone.

Do not use if you can avoid it!! We tried to stick with Sol Lewis because they installed our unit in January of 2023 at our building before we got into it. When we first called them to come look at our unit they didn’t even realize they had installed it I had to tell them. They have been out 4 times all in which have not fixed the problem! Each time they say it’s something else and continue to charge us and keep replacing things that are not the problem. The last time they were out was a day apart and after replacing multiple items on the unit previously they came back and said “it was a wiring problem but it wasn’t there yesterday”. Keep in mind they heat is still going in and out. Ray the service manager is not helpful and hung up on me when trying to discuss things that happened.
