Moved in to my current house 2 years ago. The condensing unit outside has been in terrible condition since moving in. I called about 5 different hvac shops to come and replace it and a gas line. Out of all the ones I called and had come out KC Mechanical I feel was the most honest with me. After talking with a few different companies you can tell who is trying to use big words to try and impress you or just straight up lie. They were definitely the best price for the system. They were more than a couple thousand under the other hvac companies. They installed a 17seer ac and 96% efficient furnace. They were clean, polite, and completed the job in a very timely manner. I will be using KC Mechanical for all my future hvac/pipe fitting needs.

I am leaving this review to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding work by KC Mechanical in installing a new Trane heating and cooling system in our home. Even to my untrained eye, the quality of the workmanship is very apparent. The whole system has the look of work performed by a skilled craftsman, as opposed to someone just trying to get in and out as quick as possible. In particular, I appreciated how neat and orderly and well secured all the piping and drain lines ended up!

I also wanted to pay my compliments to their installation technician, Mike. He was extremely courteous and professional and at the start and end of every day checked with us to make sure everything was OK. We really appreciated his care and concern and good-natured attitude!

I couldn't be more impressed and I'm looking forward to the opportunity to recommend KC Mechanical to the next person I hear asking for a recommendation for a trustworthy HVAC company.

I have used KC Mechanical for several years now. My old system was dying a slow death and I was not prepared to replace the unit just yet. KCM helped my system make it for a few more years and then I just had to bite the bullet. The new system is high efficiency and I love it. KCM did a fantastic job in replacing the unit and I have them do the preventative maintenance every spring/fall. They are very reasonable, professional and I would highly recommend them.

After a long day dealing with a family emergency I came home to an A/C that wasn’t cooling. Even though it was after hours, one call to KCM was all it took for Kyle (The owner) to personally come to my home, quickly diagnose the problem and get my A/C working again.
