I've dealt with KC Mechanical on a regular basis for a couple of years now. This is a company with integrity who cares about their customers and does excellent work. I would for sure recommend them to a friend or family member.

I am so pleased with the service I received from KC Mechanical Services. First of all, Kyle, the owner, was quick and easy to work with during the estimate process. He knew what I needed and returned the estimate in a very short time. Other companies that I talked to "interviewed" me for two hours and refused to give me the quote over the phone.

Mike installed the HVAC shortly after my first contact with Kyle. Mike was very nice and courteous. I asked a lot of questions and he was very knowledgeable and had a "can do" attitude.

I stopped home over lunch one day and saw all of the equipment, tools and everything else it takes to install a new system. When I got home later that day there were no signs that he was even there. He even vacuumed the area he was in.

Buying a new HVAC system is expensive and kind of scary but these guys made it simple. I am confident that I chose the right company.

KC Mechanical did an excellent job! I was impressed how fast they got our new A/C unit installed. Their pricing was competitive and cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional and courteous.

Previous to calling KC Mechanical Service, I had called 4 different HVAC repair companies; none seemed particularly interested in coming out on a Sunday morning. Kyle, the owner, came out without any hesitation, even though it was 95 degrees, humid, and his day off. He was extremely helpful and gave us a very fair price. He was knowledgeable and gave us some good tips to prevent further issues.

I had a rumbling noise inside of an air duct that led me to call a few different HVAC companies and duct cleaning companies. All wanted appointments, had fees for coming out to look, and had recommendations which included taking out drywall. .A friend ended up referring me to Kyle and KC Mechanical. I spoke with him directly and he was out almost immediately. Kyle worked hard to diagnose the real problem and also to ensure I understood why his opinion was different. I took his advice and in under 30 minutes he was done with his work, cleaned up and had silence restored to my home. I cannot thank Kyle enough. He was friendly, professional, clean and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend his services.

KC Mechanical Service was amazing!!! They were able to get me on the schedule within a week and replaced my A/C and Furnace in a day! Not only did they work with me and my insurance but they were able to upgrade both units for a fair and reasonable price! Mike and Rich were very professional and made sure everything looked ascetically pleasing. Can't wait to start saving $ on the higher efficiency A/C and furnace!!! Can't say enough about them. Dustin is just awesome. After a competitor pitched me $13K to redo my HVAC for my home, he was a referral from a close friend in the contracting business. Dustin got my system back in shape. Pricing is fair and they are always incredibly responsive if I need something. HIGHLY recommend.

Loved mark, Great guy was very knowledgeable and helpful, alway could count on. But lost all respect over a little communication issue with a mini- split install. That unit works great by the way. Just still having issue with main unit leak, Tried to contact, email, text, Facebook and he ghosted us. Not acceptable for a reliable company. We expected more for $ we paid for tge new hvac system. He did send a buddy to help after many calls to "fixed our leak" as he was busy. Per guy found screw loose and thoufht he fixed it! But come spring here we go again with yet still dealing with the new hvac issues ( freeon leak again, Unit freezing) So frustrating!

Mark is the most honest and straightforward HVAC repair and installation guy I've used in 20 years. If you need A/C system maintenance or repair, call him ASAP. If you need a new A/C unit installed, avoid the big names you hear on the radio and call Mark instead. You won't regret it.

We scheduled a furnace tune-up before winter at our home in Benson. The service was smooth and the system has been running great since.

Our heater quit working one evening in Millard, and their furnace repair service got things fixed the same day. Very friendly technician.

We booked seasonal HVAC maintenance at our place in Elkhorn and were really impressed. They checked everything carefully and explained what they found.

The air conditioning tune-up we scheduled in Midtown Crossing went perfectly. Our unit is cooling much better now.

Our old system needed replacing in West Omaha, so we went with their AC replacement service. The installation was clean and efficient.
