Branden was really awesome to work with. This was the first time we did any landscape work as we bought a new house and I’m really glad we chose him. He was very patient and available with the many questions I had. He showed a lot of ideas that matched what we were looking for. And he was also super down to earth and easy to work with. No doubt I would would work with him again and recommend him to anyone.

Modern Landscaping did a fabulous job! The landscape design in the front and backyard was beyond what we expected. They transformed our quarter acre from looking like Mars to the very beautiful Springs Preserve. Highly recommend them!

WOW! is all I can say! Our yard isn't very large, but we got these fine folks to do turf/pavers/edging/lights so our dog has her own turf area and we can have patio function. WE ARE BEYOND IMPRESSED at what Modern Landscape has done! Their crew arrived on time and were very hard working and professional!! I would recommend this outfit as what was promised was beyond expectations! Would give 10 stars if they let us!

Words cannot express how happy we are with the transformation of our back yard. We started with a barren waste land and finished with a beautiful, contemporary space in which we want to spend a lot of time. They even built a custom planter box at our request. Everyone at Modern Landscape has been a true pleasure to work with and we cannot recommend them highly enough. We're already planning on having them come back to renovate our front yard as soon as we have the funds available.

Wonderful experience working with Tom and his team on our landscaping. The quality of the plants and workmanship really stand out in the final product. We will continue to use them in future projects and highly recommend their services to anyone in the greater Las Vegas area

After dealing with a shadey contractor who literally stole my downpayment, regaurdless of federal contract cooldown laws..
I called Modern landscaping for an estimate. After an initial visit and estimate Branden made my family feel reassured that things should go smoothly.
And let me tell you Modern landscaping went above and beyond our expectations, and hopes.
As for pricing, Branden gave us a very good price, and i hope im not over selling them because these guys are very honest, but our lost downpayment was revovered in their fair price.
My family moved here to Las vegas from another state not knowing anyone, so glad we found these guys.

Tom and his crew did a BEAUTIFUL JOB landscaping our front yard. They all were very professional, completed the job in a timely fashion as promised, and did an excellent clean up job. I would highly recommend Modern Landscape. Thank you, guys.

A very friendly and family run business that provides excellent service and an amazing product. From ALL the family members from the Owner, to his wife, sister-in-law, and son - just super!! The contractors Modern Landscape uses are hard working and knowledgeable men that did an awesome job. Any and all concerns I had along the way were taken of quickly and efficiently. Brandon, the point man for the project, was also very knowledgeable, easy to contact, has a great personality and kept it all moving along nicely. What a great asset!! THANKS to everyone at Modern Landscape - you guys hit it out of the park!

We picked modern landscape due to great reviews. It is a family company. John and Tom were great with the initial assessment although they will definitely try to up sell you. This is Vegas so that's a given. Amy worked the schedule. She is great! Give her a raise because she is the only reason why we ultimately chose this company. Professional and courteous. Our backyard landscaping looks good. Not sure if its worth the price we paid for it.

-1 for communication because they were scheduled to come certain days. Of course we know about rain delays, etc. But on the day of, no one came and I had to ask them when they were coming. Apparently it was rescheduled to the next day. Not a big deal but if they would have let us know, we wouldn’t be waiting around and would not have taken the day off from work. Just an inconvenience.

-1 for Lisa. I’m not sure who this lady is. I think she is another lady at the front desk. First time I called this company to schedule an appointment she was very rude like I was ruining her morning. Second time I tried to call she said “hello” and then hung up the phone. Third time, I was told I was going to get an email of my receipt. I have yet to receive an email from “Lisa.” Oh, and they were suppose to do a final “walk through” yeh okay. After the last check they’re gone with the wind. There are a lot of fake reviews on google especially here in Las Vegas but this is our honest and true review of our experience with Modern Landscape. Will I recommend this company? Meh. Look around.

We appreciated how prompt, friendly and fair Brandon and his team were. We talked to many landscapers and felt most comfortable moving forward with Modern Landscaping. They were so kind and quick! We will be using them again in the future. Don't hesitate to call them!

Tom & his team have added their own touch of Modern to four of my last homes. We are always happy with the completed work & we will continue to refer him to anyone that wants their own unique landscaping.

These guys are great. I hired Modern Landscape last summer to beautify my dirt backyard. I wanted flowers and plants in planters and Tom and Branden (father and son) had great ideas. Almost one year later, they are all thriving. And what's even better, is that whenever I have questions about the plants, I just text Branden, and I always get a reply the same day with advice on how to manage and care for them. I highly recommend them and would use them again. It's also a family business, which I like.

I waited a year to write this because I wanted to see how my yard held up. I will say Tom was easy to work with, came up with a beautiful yard, designed to my specifications, and was not the highest but not the lowest quote. When we saw it for the first time we were wowed. We were, and still are, very happy with the design.

However, a year later here is my advice: get samples of the products they are going to use prior to signing on the dotted line. Replacing plants is apparently a given out here in the desert, but we've had to replace 50% and are now, a year later replacing two trees, the artifical turf, and have had to supplement the rocks. The turf guy we had come out told us he used the cheapest turf available at Star Nursery, and did not install it properly. His words not mine.

Admittedly, we wanted the yard installed fast, because we were living with dirt and I accept half the blame for not being diligent and doing my homework.

A year later I am not unhappy, but not happy either, so the reason for the 3 stars.

Tom and his crew did an excellent job on my parents backyard! They took what looked like an Apocalyptic wasteland and turned it into a backyard oasis. Tom was able to get our vision based on various picture ideas from across the web. He also worked with us on plant selection by helping us find plants that worked for our vision, as well as thrive in our enviroment. His work is based on what we wanted (ex. I wasn`t fond of a certain flower, and he took it out of the design; no trying to pressure us into something we didn't want.) Tom is really knowledgeable, easy to get a hold of, prompt, and prepared. His crew was able to start our yard earlier than expected, and within 3 days it was complete. I would definitely recommend Tom & Co. to anyone looking for a backyard that's more than the typical Vegas landscapes.

I initially received 5 quotes from different landscape companies. I decided to go with Modern Landscape because Tom was able to provide a competitive price and he truely wants to earn your business. What stuck out the most is how quickly Tom was able to provide answers to all my questions and the customer's service. Even after completion of the project, Modern Landscape cares about customers satisfaction. Modern Landscape will be my #1 go to for any landscaping project and I will recommended them to all.

I had a good experience working with Tom on landscaping my front yard. I just wanted something simple, yet practical. He came up with a great design, the price was fair, and the work was done fast. I will likely work with Modern Landscape again for my back yard.

I can't say enough about our wonderful experience with Modern Landscape. We were relieved to find someone to help with our landscaping needs. In the past we have done all our landscaping projects by ourselves and they have dragged on and never achieved the results completely like we wanted. We went from dirt and rocks to a beautiful resort like atmosphere in a week. Tom listened to our ideas and created a masterpiece we enjoy every day! All who worked and all referrals have been excellent. It was a pleasurable experience. In fact I miss having them around. They were very professional, careful, and personal. THE RESULTS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES.

Outstanding Service and Quality!!! I have a very small backyard that was all dirt. I have zero gardening skills, I didn’t know specifically what I wanted; just for it to look better and have been known to kill plants. I let Tom know he was dealing with a novice and he took it from there…..he did an excellent job designing a lovely back yard that is very low maintenance. He was extremely patient with waiting for approval from my HOA and working around my dog sitting schedule. He let me know every step of the way what was going on….(I had no idea such a small space involved 3 different contractors…cement, plants and rock, and the artificial turf guys). I’m thrilled with the results, as are my neighbors, and know that if I have any questions or issues that I can reach out to Tom.

I can't say enough about the quality and professionalism of Modern Landscape. Tom listened to what we had envisioned for our yard and the level of maintenance we wanted (none). The project plan he provided exceeded our expectations. He suggested plants with scents, trees that were beautiful, and a layout that was amazing. He made sure that every window had a view of some spectacular bloom, color, or design. He designed a yard that continues to amaze our family every day. The schedule for the install day was followed and everyone was pleasant and worked hard to remain on schedule. Really, that’s not an easy task when someone has to use a jackhammer to dig a hole for a tree!
We have had Tom return to add more to our landscape. Again – AMAZING.
