Desert Greenscapes did a great job on my back yard. The quality of their work and material is very good. They installed an all new irrigation/drip system with digital/electronic automatic valve, new back flow valve and reconstructed the house water line and irrigation line in a very clean and simple way. After that was all done, they installed beautiful artificial turf and landscaping rock. The manager I was working with, Donald, was very good at helping me plan the layout and educating me on several landscaping concepts which brought the best out of the space in my backyard and allowed for proper draining. The crew that did the labor was very good and experienced, no wasted movement. I could tell by watching them that they've done this type of work with turf, irrigation and landscape rock a thousand times. Donald would listen to what I had to say and then inject his professional insight. It was sometimes a little hard to get a hold of him because his company is busy, but when we finally got in touch it was always a very productive conversation with no second guessing at what was going to be done. He was patient with me when I had questions and came over to my house a second time to review what was going to be done before the work started. Donald was up-front and truthful about timeline on when he could start the work. I did have to wait a month and a half after I got onto the work board before work began on my yard but I had interacted with Donald during the planning phase and was impressed so I knew that my patience would pay off. Because I did wait for a period of time for work to start, Donald had a total of 9 guys, 3 crews, come to the house so that the job could be done in one day. Work started on Monday July 15th at 945 am and ended at 7pm. Donald knew my goal for my back yard and really had an interest in me attaining that goal so he worked with me on a fair payment plan. There is a 10 year warranty on the turf and a 2 year service warranty on everything they did to my back yard. I will use Desert Greenscapes for the 2nd half of my back yard and front yard.

I contracted Desert Greenscapes to install artificial grass in a ~200 sq. ft. area in my East-facing backyard. I purchased the highest quality material they sold @$7.50 per sq. ft. The install was great. The very next day it began to melt. I called the company and they agreed to replace the damaged turf as long as I put up window coverings. I have since called the company 12+ times over the past month. There has been a total of two returned calls- the first call resulted in the consultant named Mike stating he needed to discuss options with the owner. The second call back (after several of my calls) resulted in the consultant Mike stating he would have to get with the schedulers and that he would call me back. There have since been several further calls on my part with no response. This includes calls to the consultant and calls to the receptionist.

The true merit of a company can be ascertained in dealing with problems that arise and working with customers. I do not recommend doing business with Desert Greenscapes.

In Las Vegas, you have to be skeptical when choosing home maintenance and landscaping assistance. Before I called Desert Greenscapes, we already decided our design and our landscaper. We were calling companies to compare price. When Donald came for our meeting, he was on time and came prepared. We bombarded Donald with questions and our ideas, but he had suggestions we didn't think of. Donald spent a couple hours with us during his first visit just to walk through design options and ideas. We then received a quote with their price and it was comparable to the rest of the six landscapers we brought in. However; we chose Desert Greenscapes because of the design and knowledge that Donald had. Donald was able to answer any question but also provided many suggestions we didn't think of. Overall we felt he cared about how our children would like and use the yard, how we could enjoy it and ideas to make it beautiful. He prepared all of the documents, in detail; for the HOA and we didn't get any questions from the HOA and received approval. I contacted Donald and made sure we got on the schedule for installation and got a six day window. Donald's team started on the first available day in our window and finished in three days. The installation team was amazing. You can tell they knew what they were doing and have done it a thousand times. Everything was installed perfectly. There was no mess and each night when they left you couldn't tell they were there. The street and backyard were completely clean upon completion of the project. Our yard looks amazing. We couldn't be happier. Desert Greenscapes has earned my trust and we would refer them to anyone interested in high quality Landscaping with competing prices. Thank you again to Donald and the team at Desert Greenscapes. You have made our backyard an enjoyable oasis for years to come!

George and his team completed a beautiful backyard oasis for my parents. They were easy to work with, showed up on time each day and were reasonable. My parents are in their early 80s and are thrilled to finally enjoy their backyard.

We wanted to extend a paver walkway from our side gate to our back patio. Jorge from Desert Greenscapes was professional, on time and quoted, what I thought, was a reasonable offer. The project was completed efficiently and looks amazing. Would definitely use and again and highly recommend.

George and his team did an amazing job on our backyard transformation. From the start to completion they were very communicative and understanding in meeting our expectations and staying within the project budget. I can’t rave enough about this company and their staff. We had custom lighting, put in a very large property with lots of obstacles in the way.. We had trouble with reception with the wireless transformers, and they were relentless until they overcome the problem.
Through their knowledge and hard work it was a success.
Through conversation with Jeorge I learned more about the company and his absolute expertise on plants that I’m going to have them do a bid on maintenance for all of my properties.
I can only suggest that it would highly benefit you to make that phone call and get them in the loop before your final decision of anything you want done within the landscaping industry

Jorge and his team have been exceptional. Great communication, and fantastic work. I had a lawn turf conversion done and Jorge supplied me with multiple samples to choose from, as with the landscape rock. Very knowledgeable with the HOA approval process and the SNWA rebate.
My new lawn looks amazing!

So happy we worked Desert Greenscapes. They converted our plain grass backyard into a drought friendly and maintenance friendly desert oasis. They were very responsive to all our needs always on time and professional. We were so pleased that soon after we brought them back out to redo our front yard as well. And again they did an amazing job!

I was impressed with Jorge and his crew; they worked together as a team,each one doing what they were supposed to do efficiently in coordination with each other.
They finished the job on time as promised and they cleaned up very well and cleared out all clutter before leaving the premises.
This made the new waterfall stood out as the new centerpiece in my backyard!

Jorge and his crew were outstanding. 900+ sq ft backyard that needed a lot of grading before synthetic grass and border install. Crew was very friendly and hard workers. I had several estimates and selected DG based on Jorge's professional presentation and the quality of their products.

Thank you Mike Ortiz and crew for this dramatic change. Turning unusable space into an inviting space to be proud of. The biggest challenge was lack of access to this side yard. His crew was inventive, using large stacking stones, ramps, buckets and wheelbarrows to carrying everything over the fence. Never would have been able to do this project on my own.

George and his team did a great job on our yard. George came out and designed my backyard with Pavers, artificial grass a low maintenance landscape. Attention to detail was amazing. My favorite is the pondless waterfall at night with its underwater lights and landscape lights. I highly recommend Desert Greenscapes

Desert Greenscapes transformed my backyard beautifully with pavers, artificial grass, decorative landscape lighting, and some stunning plants. George and his crew did an excellent job. I am very happy with the results.

They did a great job building a new large patio roof over our koi pond, 10' high x 42' long and 20' wide with a baseball type net over the top, to keep heron out! Cudos to George Rivera for supervising the job. You can always rely on him for a great job very professionally carried out at a very reasonable price!

We hired Desert Greenscapes to build our dream pond and landscaping in the ugliest area of our backyard. George was very patient with us as we discussed what we wanted and even asked to see a tour of his past projects. He showed us 4 or 5 projects he had done in the past to help us understand his work, and get ideas for our yard.

As it turned out George and his team had to do our renovation of the backyard while we were out of town due to circumstances beyond our control. The neighbors all commented on how polite his team was. George answered any questions we had, sent pictures and video to us along the way, and even adjusted his plans based on our preferences.

When we were able to finally return home we were welcomed by a GREAT backyard! Desert Greenscapes delivered what we wanted and more. We can't wait to see how the plants mature and bloom as the seasons change (install was done in winter). The landscape lighting really makes the backyard beautiful even at night!

We did see some things that we wanted changed/adjusted and George has had no problem making things just the way we want them. He answers texts and phone calls quickly. If you decide to use George and his team you will not be disappointed !

I had my grass pulled and desert landscaping installed. Desert Greenscapes responded quickly when I requested a quote, then helped me design the yard. They sent a team of professional landscapers to do the install, and were flexible with my "on the spot" changes. We are extremely pleased with the outcome.

Overall, I’m happy with the results. Jorge Rivera and his crew did great. I will say that an inspection of the day’s work is required each day for an opportunity to address any concerns instead of waiting until the end. I did have some concerns and each of them were addressed the next day. I feel that I needed to be reasonable and not hard nosed about meeting in the middle with some of the details. Jorge did provide a great layout of the work to be performed. I liked that added touch. It added a sense of professionalism. He’s also very approachable. We deviated a little. Otherwise, the quote was pretty accurate. I would do business with them again. However, I believe that Jorge would need to be there again. Scope of work: repurpose of existing pavers from back to front yard. Backyard: We added pavers, turf, rock, DG (for dog), drip and drainage. Before and after.
