There are still some honest companies out there and JT Temperature is just that.. selling my home we went through a inspection and monarch HVAC stated I needed a whole new unit and came up with issue after issue.. relaying on my Home warranty insurance they sent out JT and I was lucky enough to get Kevin and Daquan…. They were extremely knowledgeable found absolutely nothing wrong with my unit or the duct work. I will continue to do business with this company and will always request these 2 techs.. thank you Kevin and Daquan for being honest stand up men!!

Went through home warranty. Took over a month to get fixed. First guy could not fix it and then said for an extra 250 he would clean it out as it was very dirty (ac/heating unit). When the third guy came out and fixed it (it had a short too which I believe the first guy caused) when asked if it needed to be cleaned he said no. It was very hard to get ahold of them to see a time line. They were not concerned I did not have heat for a month. First two guys who came out did not know what they were doing. Third guy admitted that they first two guys where not knowledgeable on that type of machine. Save time go somewhere else.

Owner of house went through home owners insurance as heat was not kicking on. That service went fine and the reason for 2 stats instead if 1. On that visit they told me the unit needed to be serviced. No big deal call the owner and she setup the service to be done. Was told cash only pay 250 for the job. Again all good no biggie. Today they get here and before doing any work expect me to not only pay up front but also sign off that job was completed. Seriously? Who the hell does that? I said I didn't feel comfortable paying until the job was completed and I got to see the completed job. Well all of a sudden after a couple phone calls with someone on the other end, felt that me inspecting their work and not having the tech leave before I was satisfied with the job, decided to not service the unit. Tech keeps saying we're not here to scam you, yada yada. I never said you were, however I ha e learned that if someone is throwing up a smoke screen for something like that it is probably a deflection so there probably is some sort of shadiness going on. I called the owner to fill her in and ask for a different approved company to come out. She said she was never told cash up front because she herself would never agree to that when booking. If a customer wants to just take a look at a completed job before handing over their hard earned money there is nothing wrong with that. Horrible customer service on many levels.

I had my plumbing completely backed up. Brian (apparently there's a couple so I'm not sure which one) came out. He listened to the my feedback about what was repair type things I had tried and went to work immediately using that information. It was a faulty flapper valve, he cleaned it out and explained/ showed me what the issue was. He was very pleasant and efficient.

Thank you Tracy for quick resolution today. Your Google Ratings reflect how you guys truly do business. Hope all the home warranty companies have you on their vendor list. Far exceeds what we as Property Managers are used to dealing with home warranty companies.

My vacation home has 2 AC units, 1 went out last summer and the other one last month. Both times I had Brian and Joseph out to replace them and I couldn't be happier with the work they did. They were on time, courteous, professional and efficient. I also dealt with Tracy at their office, she was very helpful when scheduling the the work as she had to work around my busy schedule. I highly recommend JT Temperature!

My heat wasn't working so I called my home warranty company and within 10 minutes of getting off the phone I had a phone call from JT temperature. Da Quan came out the first time diagnosed the problem and quickly ordered the part needed then came back out to fix it with Joseph. Not only were they extremely professional, but they were very kind and made me feel very comfortable having them in my home. They wouldn't even let me tip them even though they deserved it. At one point it looked like my pump was stuck and I would need a new one, but they worked the problem and got it unstuck so I would not have to wait for another part to be ordered. They also helped avoid turning the water off to my entire building so my neighbors wouldn't be upset and found a way around it. They also gave me a heads up about a possible future issue with my water heater so I could inform my home warranty. I will be asking My home warranty to use the same company. My technicians were Joseph and Da Quan and I would trust them to come back on work on anything else in my home anytime. Very very pleased with this company. Thank you so much!

This company is so responsive and fast! They ordered and installed a new water heater without a single issue. Brian is the greatest. His service calls were so friendly and efficient and our new water heater was perfect the first time. Any plumbing issue resolved with great service and no problems is RARE. Thank you, Brian!

I had called into my home warranty company for a PreSeason Tune Up. David and Taurus came out, did the tune up and found I needed some additional repairs due to the age of my unit, 2006.
David came back to complete the rest of the work. Very professional, time efficient, and I am glad he did the work! The middle of summer is no time for A/C issues. Thank you David for your expertise and for explaining and showing me the repairs needed.

Great experience with this company. Scheduling was easy and informative with Mia. David our tech communicated well before arriving and was polite and friendly. He quickly diagnosed then fixed the problem. He answered all of my questions and explained everything through the process. Before leaving he tested the temperatures and confirmed the system was working properly. I highly recommend this company and technician.

I used Old Republic Home Warranty. First contractor had me worried with bad reviews. Asked for another one and JT was up. They sent Kevin who arrived at the window they provided. He diagnosed that my condenser motor was bad. He replaced it and my unit is working as it should. Ask for Kevin if you use JT Temp!

My water heater went out last night and flooded the garage. I woke up this morning calling around to get quotes and JT Temperature was the cheapest and was able to come out same day even though it’s the weekend. Joseph was very professional and gave great customer service. I will definitely go back to him for future needs

We had an extremely negative experience with this company. When our A/C stopped working, they installed a brand-new outdoor and rooftop unit. Less than a month later, in the middle of the Las Vegas summer heat, water started leaking from the ceiling—first upstairs, then downstairs. When I went up to the roof, I saw water pouring directly from the A/C unit, even though such systems are supposed to have a shut-off valve if water accumulates.
I called the company immediately, but their response was shocking: they flatly refused to come out, told us to turn the A/C off in 110°F heat, and said it was “not their responsibility” anymore. Instead, they told me to call my home warranty and wait for another company. Meanwhile, the leak destroyed parts of our ceiling, walls, and hardwood floors. Paint peeled off, wood swelled up, and now everything needs expensive restoration.
This level of negligence is unacceptable. Their representatives showed zero competence, accountability, or professionalism. If you value your home and your safety, stay away from this company. We will be pursuing this matter further through court and insurance.

Our HVAC system broke down suddenly during the weekend. We reached out to Thomas & Sons HVAC Company on a quiet Sunday afternoon, and they managed to make a service appointment for us the next day. Their technician, dwayne, arrived punctually, identified the issue promptly and repaired it for a lower price than we had anticipated. Within 20 minutes of his arrival, we were enjoying the comfort of cool air again. We've been experiencing a duct issue in one part of our home since we moved in, so we thought it was a good opportunity to inquire about it while dwayne was present. He provided a general overview of what might need to be done and proposed to arrange someone to provide us a complimentary quote at a time that suits us best. We're completely satisfied with the service and wouldn't hesitate to rely on them again in the future.

I hired Brody and his team for a heater repair job which included replacing heat pumps with geothermal ones. When the vertical well fields didn't go as planned, they promptly switched to horizontal line boring and got it installed swiftly. They also resized the duct and replaced both systems and water heaters in such a way that we were never without heat or water for any significant period of time. While heater repairs, especially geothermal ones, can be quite costly, I'm finding the investment to be worthwhile. Based on my experience in Las Vegas, I would certainly recommend their services, especially for geothermal heater repairs because this is primarily what they specialize in.

we had our old gas furnace replaced with a new high efficiency trane system that also included an electric heat pump. brody handled the installation, and the process took about three days. the old furnace and ac unit were removed, and everything was finished on time. we're really happy with our new hvac system and the professional service we received.

from my first call with the office staff to the final walk-through after my furnace was repaired, i was extremely happy with how everything went. the person in the office was always friendly and helpful, james did the first inspection and gave me lots of useful advice, and dwayne and brody were excellent at fixing the furnace. they were very skilled and made sure we were satisfied with every part of the job. i highly recommend this company for their professionalism and focus on customer satisfaction! i also want to add that when my furnace stopped working, i called for service and was able to get an appointment quickly. the technician, james, showed up right on time, found the problem right away, and explained everything to me. he left to get a replacement part and came back in no time. even though the original part was very hard to remove, james handled it carefully and installed the new one perfectly. he made sure i understood the whole process, and i was very pleased with his knowledge and professionalism.
