We had a flooding emergency, they didn’t have an appointment for four days, yet made sure to put us on their schedule for that same day. They arrived early and made sure to fix the issue. We are very pleased with the quality of work and dedication to their customers.

I’m torn with this review. I’ve used this company for years and they’ve always treated me good, until this one.
They came out and cleaned all my ducts, installed couple nest thermostats, did yearly maintenance on both AC units and left.
Well, eventually it got warm enough outside to turn on the AC. Guess what didn’t come on? The upstairs AC. I called but it was already after 5 so they said they’d call me back in the morning (Friday) and get someone out next day. Well, they didn’t call so I had to call and see what was going on. They forgot about me so the schedule was already full so now I have to wait the entire weekend without AC.
They break it and I have to wait for them to fix it?! Really?
Maybe they didn’t actually break it, IDK. But don’t leave me hanging, come check on it. It was working before you touched it.
May have lost a long time customer.
I really like the techs that come out but I have three kids and would rather not have them set in heat all weekend. I bet their AC is working?

We had a great experience with J T Temperature getting our furnace and ducts cleaned out after years of neglect. They were extremely thorough and methodical in their work, very courteous and professional in their communications, and very transparent about everything they were doing and charging for. Highly recommended.

These guys were sent out by my Home Warranty company. The compressor was frozen, so they said they had to shut it off and let it thaw before they could fix it, and they couldn't come back for a couple of days. They came back two days later, and claimed that there is nothing wrong. They told my home warranty company that there was nothing wrong. They also told my home warranty company that the problem was the outside humidity. As though somehow 37% humidity will stop AC's from working in Las Vegas, while air conditioning works just fine in places like Florida in spite of constant humidity much higher than anything here. They told the home warranty company that I need to keep my AC set over 75 degrees and it will be fine. I had already told JT's techs that we keep our AC at 77 degrees. There is an obvious issue with this unit. These guys however aren't interested in doing actual work, but rather just getting the quick service call fee from the Home Warranty company and moving on.

Update: I'm responding to the owners response. A frozen compressor when the system is set at 77 is a problem! You can't tell me that you can't find a problem with the system, if it stops working completely when set at 77 degrees. There is an obvious problem.

Had some leaky toilets that were making quite the mess. Agustin was able to diagnose the issue, and convinced my landlords to fully replace the toilets with new ones when they just wanted a cheap patch job done. Turned out that there was a lot more going on than what could be seen at a glance, but he fixed it all good as new! Also made for good conversation, and helped me to understand what was going on and his process on fixing it. Thanks Agustin!

They were fantastic ...honest and they arrived promptly when I needed a major project done...Manablock was bad and they did an A PLUS JOB...Joseph, Zack , Brian & Morris are top of the line...and by the way.. Tracy the receptionist was always kind and ready to help!

Tracey is amazing! We are a property management company and I deal with vendors very often. She always made sure I knew what the status of our repair was. She was very sweet and has great customer service! Even though we used them through a warranty company, I am 100% adding this company to our vendor list!

Non technician wired my contartor wrong and took out my 24 v system. After burning 2 transformers and 2 contractors the 3rd guy said we had to find another company. Original problem was obvious. A blackened contactor with no conductors left. 4 days now 110 deg. Heat in Las Vegas! What was simple turned disastrous!they left it worse than when they came! They quit!

Joseph was so accommodating and came out on a Saturday because of my busy schedule. He installed a new Next thermostat, replaced my filters, and did a complete inspection of my unit. He was very polite and thorough with everything. I would definitely recommend him and I’ll be using him for all my ac needs in the future. Thank you!

JT Temperature was a lifesaver. We came home from vacation at 10:30 PM to our AC not working and house at 101. They came out the next day and diagnosed what was wrong within 5 minutes. They didn’t have the part needed, so they said they’d come back tomorrow with it. Turns out the part they needed was out of stock everywhere for the next month. What did they do? They cleared their morning schedule, BUILT the part they needed, and came out first thing this morning to install it to hold us over until the part comes in. Joseph and Kody are class acts, I’ll never use another HVAC company besides these guys ever again.

This review is specifically for Brian and the JT team who went above and beyond to help me repair my ac which broke while it was 103 degrees. After inspecting the issue, he helped call my home warranty to expedite the approval of the work order (which is a long hold time and can take days) and came back later the SAME DAY to fix it.

We’re truly grateful for Brian’s kindness in helping us solve the issue. He was professional, timely, and even gave us pointers on how to maintain the ac. Thank you again, Brian!

JT Temperature was amazing. When I called, the person who answered the phone, scheduled my Hvac appointment the next day. OMG!! Then, their techs, Brian and Morris arrived the next day.,Both of them were knowledgeable, expert and efficient. They analyzed the Hvac problem, ordered the Lennox parts on-site and one week later, returned to make the repairs. Albert the plumber was great. They use an app called dispatch so when I got the text that they were coming I knew what to expect and they arrived as expected.

They did quick work and solve two plumbing issues quickly. One was a leaky shower valve in the master and the other was a clogged since in the secondary bath. Very professional and super easy to work with.

It was warranty work covered by my property manager so I can't speak to price.

Easy 5 stars.

Da’ Quinn, Joseph, and Morris were awesome. Water heater went out on the Tuesday night before Thanksgiving and they came in clutch to install a new one on Thanksgiving morning. Really appreciate this team for helping out me and my family.

Run!!!! Do not hire this company they don’t care about anyone but themselves. It took them five days to come out to my rental home said that it was maintenance and a possible part that needed to be ordered. Said they would call my tenant the very next day the next day, my tenant never heard from him or the day after right into July 4 weekend these poor people have been without HVAC for a week because of these people, they are absolutely the worst and claim they have the best customer service. That’s a big joke. Do not use them!! Horrible what they do to families!!

I had my outdoor air conditioning unit replaced. This was done to my home warranty company. The home warranty company in JT Temperature Were able to communicate with each other In a timely manner to approve the replacement of the unit. Once approved an appointment was scheduled. The two technicians that came out to install the unit were awesome! They were professional, friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job and had my AC restored. I was also very happy with the companies practice of sending text messages advising when the service technicians would be arriving. This was a great company and had a good reputation online. I had asked my warranty company specifically if I could use this company. I was not disappointed. Thank you JT temperature! Special thanks to the technicians that responded to my home.

Brian and Morris came in to my house found the leak replaced the parts within less then an hour and I'm good to go. Very professional and even gave me some tips about other concerns I had about my old plumbing. I recommend them highly.

Unprofessional company. Does not answer calls. Does not return calls. Did not complete Home Warranty approved HVAC install of A/C compressor unit because of internal company mis-communication and the technicians back injury the day prior. After one month of no A/C due to Home Warranty and supplier delays, J T technician had the replacement compressor unit in his pickup, but did not install the unit as planned due to his prior back injury and the distance required to carry the unit; needing a crane instead. So no A/C for the home due to the technician not knowing the distance needed to move the unit. Once agreed to getting a crane and additional delays, J T decided not to complete the job, forcing the homeowner to start over with the Home Warranty company and find another HVAC installer, starting over with the multi-week process delay to restore HVAC. Replacement unit was in the installer's pickup, with the technicians on site. Absolutely unprofessional company. Would give zero star rating if possible. AVOID!

My AC unit stopped cooling in my rental home. My landlord sent out JT Temp. Their reception lady who answers the phones was very kind. She sent a team out right away. They did their assessment very quickly and asked for approval from the landlord very quickly. They had to wait for that response and initially wouldn’t return until 5 days later. We spoke with their receptionist once again and she understood completely our need to a sooner appointment. She did everything she could and ended up being able to squeeze us in the very next day. The gentlemen were here really fast. They were very nice and did there work incredibly quick. Me and my family are very grateful to them. We highly recommend them. Thanks to all of you! No more 90 degrees in the house .

Can't say enough about how wonderful this team is to work with. Have used them on a few projects new with our Home Warranty and this team is wonderful. I have really appreciated working with them and the quality of work they do as well as the responsiveness. They are greatly appreciated. My home warranty company contracted with JT Temperature to get a second opinion on a previous heater issue. My technician Brian was able to properly diagnose the issue and got everything submitted to the warranty company. He came back once the work was scheduled and got everything fixed quickly.
