If I could give them no stars I would. We used Instant Air several times in the past and had a great experience but they have recently changed hands. The new owners are only in the business to RIP YOU OFF !!! Beware!!! They have joined the other high priced con artist in this town charging unreasonable amounts for minor repairs if you use them and get your wallet out!!!

Incredible service, honest and dependable. Came out the same day and took care of everything immediately. Brian was super nice - I would totally recommend.

Our front A/C quit on Tuesday night. I called Instant Air at 7:am Wednesday to make an appointment. The girl said they would have someone there between 8:am and 10: am THAT DAY! The tech showed up at around 9:15 and my A/C was up and running before 10:am! He even checked out our other A/C while he was there and only charged us the original diagnostic fee! Highly reccomend them!!

Ruben was very professional. He identified the problem quickly and fixed it at a reasonable price. Our air conditioning went out on a Sunday morning and we tried calling several 24/7 A/C repair companies. Instant Air was the only company that answered the phone. GREAT EXPERIENCE! I have 2 young daughters, my youngest is only 8 months old. Our AC went out and before we knew it, it was 100° inside our house at 1:00 AM! I called every "24 hour AC repair" place on Google and no one answered. Not only did this company answer, but they had a technician out to my house in less than an hour. He also had our A/C unit diagnosed and repaired within an hour! Fast and friendly service, I won't go anywhere else. Josh was our technician and he took care of everything. Hired instant air to replace my ac unit at the same time I was having my roof replaced . These guys went above and beyond to coordinate with my roofers to get the job done !!! I would recommend instant air to anyone looking for ac and heating work .

I had numerous estimates to replace the 25 yr old ductwork in my home which was a crumbling mess. I chose Instant Air because their technician was professional and explained everything and because their price, though not the lowest, was far less than the highest estimate. I had visions of having a big cleaning job after this project was completed from old material being dragged through the house but Instant Air's guys were very careful and I wouldn't have known they'd been there if I hadn't seen it. I was very confident in the quality of the work and the new ducting product, two things very important to a homeowner who knows nothing about this type of costly repair. This is a highly capable & trustworthy company that will do the job right at a fair price.

Tony was awesome he came out late at night. we called numerous 24 hour a/c companies and got voice mail. It was my son who said call that company that says love is in our air. tony answered and within the hour he was here. thank goodness it was a minor repair. pricing was fair and honest. I needed my heating units checked out before use for the season. They came out, performed an inspection, and everything was good. He was very pleasant, polite, and respectful. I felt like he knew what to do and was trustworthy. Thank you very much.

On July 9 our A/C blew in the main house. We had two different companies come out to give us quotes. I will not mention their names because I did not move out here to make enemies.

The first guy said that the whole system needed to be replaced, as the house was 20 years old. He wanted $15,000. After I balked at the price, he called his "boss" and got the price lowered to $11,000! Pretty hefty discount, huh?

The second guy said the same thing, but he only wanted $12,000.

Being patient and prudent, I called Instant Air, on the recommendation of our HOA. Mario came out on July 11. Within an hour, he had diagnosed the problem and told me that only a couple of parts needed to be replaced. The total cost, parts and labor, came out to less than $1100.

I couldn't believe the extent to what the first two guys were willing to go, to scam my 92-year-old parents. I have noticed that there is a lot of that here in Vegas. Shameful.

I highly recommend Instant Air, simply because of their honesty. Mario knew what the first two guys had quoted me, and he could have easily taken advantage. But he didn't. And my 20-year-old air conditioner is working like knew.

I am the owner of a multi-family apt building on the east side and I have been using Instant Air ever since I needed estimates for an a/c water leak. One company quoted me $2880 and then Instant Air's technician's inspection reported that it was just an unbalanced unit and then he slotted a shiv underneath it for $89! Well, that unit lasted 3 more years and when it was time for replacement I went with Instant Air. During the pandemic, while everyone else was making excuses on repair time, Instant Air did a full unit replacement in less than 3 days from the initial call, on the weekend, and during the summer! Instant Air is my go-to A/C company in Las Vegas.

My air stopped working and the house was getting hot around 5:30pm. I called Instant air company and spoke with Dallas. He was professional and had Richard at my home in 30 mins. Richard diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem. He was knowledgeable and also explained the issue to us and answered all questions. My air is working and my house is cool. Thank you Richard!!!

I did a lot of checking on A/C companies before deciding to select Instant Air to replace my A/C unit.
I felt I was quoted a very fair price and appreciated the honest answers I received from Oscar. He wasn't in a big hurry when he came to my house to give me my estimate and he made sure I understood all he told me completely. I'm very pleased with the quality of the installation and clean-up. A couple days after the install, Tony came back and did a few touch-ups to repair some trim marred during the install. They did a very professional job while remaining friendly and polite. I will have them take care of all my preventive maintenance and feel confident I'll remain pleased with their service. I would recommend them to anyone wanting professional quality service.

Great company! Josh, Dallas, and the entire team were no nonsense, worked hard, and completed the job on time. They also took the time to explain to me all the different options where other companies didn’t. They care and want to do a good job from start to finish.

We have been using Instant Air for 15 years. They have always been reliable and provided excellent service. The AC mechanics are polite and professional. Our AC units are 20 years old and still going strong thanks to the great maintenance they provide. I'm sure will be using Instant air for all our air conditioning and heating needs for years to come.

The technician arrived in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. The problem was identified and repaired within minutes. Air quality tests were made to insure our safety.

Absolutely the best! So you know when you feel like you can’t trust what someone is telling you sometimes, well this company’s technicians are honest and there to help you! I had been without heat for 5 days and my home warranty told me the technician they used said I had a faulty part and they weren’t going to cover it. Well, Luis from Instant Air came by and flipped a switch and it works now! I am so happy and WARM! Thank you so much Instant Air and Luis!!!

They were super friendly and informative. None of the gate keeping or “I will have to send a guy out there before providing a price” drama. I called them Friday night (5pm) explaining what needed to be done (size of the unit, what we found wrong, etc), they gave me a proposal within 30 minutes (price was lower than the other two bids I had earlier that day), and they showed up at 10am THE NEXT DAY.
