The Las Vegas Valley area offers many competent AC Heating Service Contractors. Picking one is not a easy chore. Instant Air was recommended to us by a roofing company we trust. Instant Air offers more than just competent service. From the beginning to the completion of the installation of a new AC/Heating unit, Instant Air provided excellent service to us. We had numerous questions about pricing, quality of the product, efficiency, and future service/parts availability for the unit we needed. All that was answered before we made our selection. Even the owner, Oscar, did a follow up call to ensure that we are comfortable with our selection. The job was done efficiently and the crew did a good clean up following the installation. The unit installed is as energy efficient as Instant Air quoted. We saved around $30.00 in energy cost for the first month after the installation. I don't know if it is appropriate to use the term "personable" to describe a contractor's crew. To me they are professional and personable. We were given the opportunity to install a brand new A/C unit with ductwork and a smart thermostat into our home previously cooled by a swamp cooler and wall heater. Instant Air had the best bid and offer on service and maintenance. They were always professional, personal, attentive and always on time. They completed the job as promised, and with a smile even in horrible heat at the end of August. I call them my AC Angels! Thank you Josh, Dallas, Richard and, Brian! This company did an amazing job on such a tight schedule got everything done in 1 day start to finish. All of the workers were nothing but kind and courteous especially working on a house that is over 50 years old and on a swamp cooler for about almost 40 of those years put new ducts hooked everything up and taught us how to use the new fancy thermostat. AC is silent wouldn’t ever know it was on. I am beyond happy and appreciative to this team and would recommend them to anyone !

We needed to replace our 20 year old HVAC system and called around to get several bids. Josh gave us a great bid and then backed it with excellent equipment, great service and professionalism. (I was especially appreciative that they covered the carpeting in the areas they were walking and working.) It was necessary for them to enlarge the opening to our attic for easier access, and even the drywall company they sent out to repair that did an outstanding job.

Our new upstairs two-stage AC Instant Air installed is remarkable. Where our 20 year old AC would take literal hours to cool down the upstairs, this will do the job in around 30 minutes. Thanks for taking such great care of us, Instant Air!

Instant Air came out to look at one of my air conditioners. I've used them a few times and again the technician who responded was timely, professional, and quick to diagnoses the issue and get it up an running again. Always great doing business with them as each technician who has responded to do work on my property appeared to genuinely care about their customers.

Brian took care of the service,and made sure everything was spot on. There was constant dialogue regarding appointment and arrival, and I always feel confident that the job was done properly. I purchased the current unit I have from them, and have never regretted that decision!

I have two units on my roof... so I've had plenty of companies come out. Instant Air will now be the ONLY ones I trust. Brian was great with everything he worked on. Dallas picked up my call at 832pm( called 2 other companies that never answered; both called back the next morning but they were too late therefore there loss). Dallas never rushed me as I explained the issue ( no air blowing while AC is on). I felt so bad calling late at night( he calmed me down). He could've either turned me away or chose to have a tech come the next morn. Richard showed up b4 the 2 hr mark, wasted no time to find the issue( blow motor super dirty& needs replacement). He wasn't annoyed answering my questions along the way& advised to switch out filter every 30 days in the summer which makes a lot of sense considering the Vegas heat. Both gentlemen are beyond excellent on customer service, punctuality, knowledge, and honest work. I find them to be a blessing& a life saver. I will forever recommend them to friends, family, co workers, and even enemies bc this company deserves all the recognition and business. Thank you so much!!!!

One company wanted me to wait 10 days to come look. Instant Air made me wait 4 hours!!! I couldn’t duplicate the issue I was having so they did fix a capacitor that was going bad. A week later my issue happened again. I did don’t touch the unit and called. Richard was out in less than 2 hours and figured it out and ordered the part!

I had an issue with our heater Monday morning. I spoke with Dallas to schedule an appointment. He was able to schedule Richard to come out that very afternoon. Instant Air is a top notch, professional company. I can highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs.

Going without air for 3 weeks because the warranty company (choice warranty) drug me through the dirt and didn't have a response for me for two systems, Instant Air sent out a tech (Richard) to price the system at the start of the next day after I called. Richard was awesome explaining the details of the system and cost. I had a friend attempt to salvage the systems but it proved just too difficult and money would be better spent installing new air/heating. Joshua and Dallas were great at getting back to me and scheduled an install for two units the very next day, super responsive. Their techs Armando and Kimberly were excellent when installing the systems. They set up the thermostats and made sure everything was working great before they left. They arrived at 10 and didn't leave until 7pm when the systems were done, just awesome attitudes, courtesy and resilience in 110 degree weather!! Super professional all the way around. Thank you for making our family comfortable again!

Excellent experience!! Instant Air replaced all 4 of my HVAC units about 8 months ago. I waited to review so I could cycle seasons. I have not had one issue!! They came in and jammed for 2 days. The nicest guys had the best attitude while working their butts off!! Almost forgot to mention they were the most reasonably priced too. LOVE THIS COMPANY
