The freezer in my Maytag refrigerator was leaking. The technician's name was Brett and he had a helper/trainee with him. They arrived earlier than expected which was a nice surprise. The entire freezer component panels were removed, checked, and repaired. Behind the fridge Brett opened up a panel and repaired the part that was plugged up. Extremely thorough, highly trained, professional and personable. The price, for all the time and labor that was put in, was surprisingly affordable.

Called on a Sunday afternoon and they sent Alex out Monday morning.
We had another company come out twice before within two months, regarding freezer issues and because the freezer began working at the time of the service call, they said there wasn’t anything they could check or fix.
However not the case with Certified Appliance! Knew exactly what was wrong within 10 minutes of the call and replaced the part. Alex also took the time and showed us what maintenance we should do to avoid our compressor to over heat in the future.
Alex was such a nice young man. Would use Certified Appliance again!

Awesome customer service, quick response. Fixed ac during 100+ heat. Runs quiet and cold. They left me a happy camper. Called again for washer problem. After they examined the situation, they explained why I was having this problem and made good suggestions. They were honest and that is rare in the service industry. These guys are #1. I highly recommend.

So...I was dog sitting a friend's two year old mischievous pup who rolled one of its squeaky toys behind my refrigerator. Upon pulling my fridge away from the wall and seeing all of the dust bunnies, I figured it was a good time to go ahead and clean the walls and floors behind the fridge.

Ten minutes later, I noticed a puddle of water forming beneath/around the fridge. It was almost 10PM on a Friday and I didn't want to deal with the stress of a possible flood in the kitchen overnight. I looked up appliance repair services and Certified Appliance Repairs was the only business that answered.

I told the dispatcher my situation, and she said someone could come out early the next morning. I expressed my concern about the dog I was watching possibly licking the water that was slowly dripping. She told me she would call her service tech and give him my phone number.

Josh called me within five minutes. He helped me troubleshoot, and I was able to fix the problem because of his suggestions.

I'm so thankful that the dispatcher (I forgot her name!) contacted Josh, and for Josh taking the time to call me on a Friday night. If one of the other businesses had answered, I could have been out a few hundred dollars. I will keep Certified Appliance Repairs in mind if I have appliance issues in the future.

In the middle of a heat wave, our AC went out. Lucky us! We contacted a company that we had used before with no problems and they gave us a 2 WEEK lead time after having to come check it out 2 times in a 12hr period. I searched the internet and called all over the valley and into Southern Utah looking for the part we needed with a shorter lead time; the closest I could get was 4 days! 4 days without AC in the middle of a heat wave?! Better but, NO! Contacted Brett and he was on the case! He called several of his suppliers and even came up with a couple back up solutions--something those other guys didnt even attempt or offer to do. The other guys kind of had a "sucks to be you" attitude, Brett didnt. Brett was able to locate the part for me, in town, and had it in my hands within 90 minutes of contacting him! Needless to say, his customer service and empathy with my urgency to find a solution was A+! We appreciate Brett and Certified Appliance SO much and will refer them to anyone we know. Honest, reliable, and helpful, CANT BEAT THAT!

These folks were terrific! Arrived home late one night to find my AC running but no cold air. Certified was able to send out person the next day. The technician was on time. He figured out the issue and had it fixed in less than an hour. Cost of fix was extremely reasonable. The technician also clearly explained what the failure was and how he fixed it. I’ve had no trouble since the fix and it’s been HOT.

I have used them a few times and they have proven themselves completely trustworthy. A good company is hard to find; a great company is worth gold!! Fair, transparent and upfront pricing, on time appts and very respectful/friendly technicians. Love this company!!

I was referred to this company by a friend and prior to using them had a lot of trouble with scheduling work order as well as ensuring that appliance repairs were properly handled. I specifically wanted to make sure that I could trust the company to let me know if the issue was worth fixing or if it made better sense to replace the unit. I have been using this company since July 2017 exclusively for my appliance repair and also as needed for HVAC repairs. I couldn't be more impressed. Just recently one of the technicians informed me that he could easily replace the compressor on one of my tenant's refrigerator and have it installed by the following Monday. However as the part would cost $511, he recommended that I purchase a new unit instead. This is exactly the type of company you want to use. I highly recommend them and I'm extremely diligent when it comes to home repair companies in Las Vegas.They are the only company I trust for all of my appliances. I have 58 condo units in town and they work very hard to ensure quick and reliable service for all of my tenants. They are very honest when quoting prices or informing me of my options on repairing or replacing something. I truly value their service and highly recommend them for all of your ac, heat or appliance needs.

i called certified appliance at night time around 7 pm and they send out two men, with in the hour to come fix my air conditioner. i was surprise to get such quick service at that time of day. the a/c techs they sent out were so nice, polity, and full knowledge. they answer all my question and more. the office lady was nice too, i recommend them to all my friends and they have nothing but nice things to say about them too, i also needed my filters change, not only did they remind me about them because i totally forgot they were there, they also offer to change them for me. i recommend them to everyone thank you for such great service

Called this company and they were at my home within 20 minutes. Brett and Frank got right to work on my a/c and had it fixed in no time at all, which in Vegas is a BIG deal with no A/C. They gave me a fair price and I am so grateful. If you need your A/C serviced in a hurry I would recommend Certified Appliance every time!! Thank you again for WONDERFUL SERVICE. You guys are awesome!!

Brett and his crew are without peer. They are always on time, friendly, and honest when diagnosing and troubleshooting my AC system. His prices are far more reasonable than the guys you hear advertised on the radio yet the quality of service is second to none. They are extremely knowledgeable and patient when fielding my incessant questions and have given valuable advice when potentially expensive decisions are being made. This is a company you can trust. Highly recommend.

Someone came out during this heatwave and determined I need an all new hvac system yesterday. Apparently the slightly cool air has been running on just 25dpi left in refrigerant. Was supposed to get a quote sent over first thing this morning from them, per what they told me. Spent the whole day and night with no air and 96 degrees inside. Barely made it through the night alive but don’t know anyone here. Business didn’t get the quote to me or answer their phone/return calls all day. I know it’s busy but people can die right now when it’s 108 outside and today, 99 inside. I also work from home for my job and will now lose days of income. I don’t have a ton of money but understand I’ll have to get an all new system in the condo I just bought in January (seller didn’t disclose this, obviously). I have no answers on a quote, let alone when a system could be put in. Had to go to a hotel for the night and no clue what I’ll do the next several days until another company can just come in for a quote. I can’t survive during this with no air and a fan blowing hot air around. Fearful for my life.**update to say: the 25dpi measurement was also wrong. They said 25 on one side and 0 on the other. The other 2 companies that came out said I had almost 3 of 5 pounds left and one did a recharge and refill on the spot so I didn’t waste another week or no work and hotel fees.
