We had Joseph come out to our store and fix our freezer, and it smelled like the most rotten milk, and once he fixed it, we had to clean it, but had no real way to clean it, and by the time we got to the freezer with some cleaning supplies, he was already waist deep in our freezer with a shopvac, getting all of the nasty goo from the bottom, which was so greatly appreciated!

Pokes along in the passing lane of the interstate texting and won’t get over to let traffic flow.

Joseph Neal absolutely saved our lives today!! He came out same day and was super friendly. He knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it in the same day, he was absolutely helpful and we hope he’s the one that comes out again next time we need help. :)

I unfortunately encountered one of this company's drivers in Illinois on I-70 East between St Louis & Effingham, IL. today. He was playing with his phone instead of driving his van. He was texting and talking with his phone up to his head. He would get down to 55mph in a 70mph zone and then speed up when I tried to pass him. I called the Illinois State Police and reported him. I hope they pulled him over and gave him a ticket before he caused an accident. I definitely won't be doing business with this company.

I have reached out to this company countless times and haven’t heard a response back. On July 27th 2024 at 3:30pm a nextech vehicle door-dinged my passenger side with their back doors. I’ve left emails, voicemails and even left my contact information with someone to get a call back becuase they’re supervisor was out. i’ve been very patient but it has been far too long without a response. The driver that hit my car was a younger man but he was accompanied by his father who was also a nextech employee. The son was nice and said he would grab his dad so we could exchange information. The father stormed out super mad and tried to blame me for the accident and made this huge deal saying it wasn’t them. I then let him measure the dent and it matched up with his door hight. He went on cussing saying that the company has to deal with it and he can’t do anything. Here we are almost 2 months later and nobody has tried to reach out to me. Very unprofessional! I’m not the type to bash businesses in their reviews but if this doesn’t get your guys’ attention, i don’t know what will.
