The technician was very nice and seemed to fix my problem. However, thirty minutes after he left, I ran a load of laundry and had water all over my floor and backing up in my kitchen sink. When I called to have him return, the office told me the next available appointment was Tuesday. So after making a Saturday appointment to avoid taking time off work, I now have to take a day because the issue was not resolved before the technician left. I am so disappointed.

Arthur Woods was an excellent technician. He was both knowledgeable and personable. He very thoroughly checked out all of the concerns and then additionally made an inspection of the filters and changed the recommending that they be changed monthly. He thoroughly explained why we were having the problem as well as things that could be done to minimize future occurrences.

Mr Ivan’s service is great. But the problems of two faucets’s heavy leaking are still there because of the original faucets part couldn’t be pulled out. So would you please arrange another schedule ASAP to come to fix them thanks a lot

Jeff Straughn of Dr.Cool arrived early which was fine. He asked a few pertinent questions & then climbed up onto the the roof to check the system. He explained everything. Very professional, would definitely use the company again & ask for mr.Straughn again.

We noticed a leak in our disposal last night, so I went online and booked a service call with Dr.Cool first thing this morning. I was actually shocked that I was able to get a same-day visit. A few hours later we had a new disposal. No hassle whatsoever. Ivan was very nice and helpful.

On top of that, Steven was friendly and professional. Everything was explained clearly, and the repair was completed quickly without any hassle. Just got a new compressor put on our AC. This is a major repair to our AC system. I didn't have time to shop around , went through our Dwellness Home Warranty Plan which I feel like is a discount program more than warranty, because they did not contribute very much to the repair. And I can't say at this time how the repair went, because it hasn't been 24 hours yet. But it is starting to cool the house down! I am glad that the work got done fairly quick compared to some companies. I have no complaints about tech or staff, kept lines of communication open! I called them a lot.😉

Great experience and service! From the receptionist with helping get timely technician and detailing the issue to the technician arriving on time with a head up when on the way. Our technician Matthew was friendly and thorough in dissecting the problem and explaining and eventually getting the part to fix our gas heating system and showed pictures of the process.

Been having problems with my air conditioner since it was installed around seven years ago. Every spring it would be low on Freon. Installing company couldn’t or wouldn’t find and repair the leak. Thought I’d try a different company. Justin from Dr Cool was extremely knowledgeable and professional. After a thorough examination of my system, he determined that the leak was in the line set inside my garage wall. While replacing my line set he found a screw for the AC unit compressor conduit bracket, installed by the original company, had damaged the line set. I can’t thank Justin and Dr Cool enough for finding and repairing what I have been fighting for seven years.

My recent HVAC service call (12/23) with Dr. Cool was an excellent experience - the service technician (Bairon) was professional and knowledgeable. In addition, he was extremely polite and courteous to my tenants.
