Robert came and easily fixed our problem when another company tried to tell us we needed more extensive work. These guys are awesome!

We have a condo in Juhl. The techs did an awesome and amazing work clearing a bathroom drain and servicing our heat pump for the summer. They know high rises and they know Juhl. I have no reason to go anywhere else.

Alex was amazing. He explained all the issues, showed me all the pictures and offered options to move forward. He took the time to provide personal service and not just try to rush or push a sale. Top notch!!

The technician explained the issue and serviced accordingly. We had heater motor replaced and sensors clean. The technician explained that the motor was faulty and caused the smell that we experienced the past several weeks.

Doctor Cool sent out a technician by the name of Parker to repair our bathroom sink drain and replace a shower cartridge the service he provided was professional clean and courteous thank you Doctor Cool

It’s August in Vegas, the hottest month, of course my air stopped working and you all know that’s stressful. Once my appointment was scheduled with Dr. Cool, my service was fast & fierce! My HVAC Specialist Justin was amazing, he was extremely knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease. If I need (let’s hope I don’t) but if I need any air conditioning needs, this company & specifically Justin is my go to! I would highly recommend Dr. Cool!

Cesar was awesome and completed the repairs super fast! He is also great at explaining the issues and how to prevent them in the future and was so nice!

Freddy Muniz arrived and fixed the problem with my HVAC system. (Replaced the defective Board) He was Professional & Courteous. Would definitely recommend.

We had 3 separate plumbing issues . Caesar came and repaired 2 of them . The garbage disposal needed to be reset . If something occurs within 30 days , I am able to call back free of charge to get the repair rectified. Caesar was very efficient and professional.

Routine maintenance check & finally got help with our coils that needed to be cleaned, would have done ourself but couldn’t reach & didn’t want to risk it, they did for a reasonable price compared to others who were passive aggressive with explanation & didn’t understand one’s limits.
The tech Mr. Woods was very polite, respectful, efficient, and didn’t push explanations.

Technician Matthew came out to check my ac unit that was not coming on. He found the problem rather quickly and even offered to replace my filters if I had any on hand. His customer service went above and beyond and was much appreciated!

He was very knowledgeable and was thorough about our system. And answered all the questions we had. Both my wife and I thought he was respectful in how ge treated us. Bottom line. He is asset to your company.

He complemented the condición of our almost new A/C unit, and recommended to have the ducts to be cleaned.

This was a home warranty repair. Placed claim abt 4p. Doctor Cool called to schedule repair later that evening. Tech arrived the next morning in the scheduled window. He replaced the fan motor & completed job in less than 1 hour. Basically they did what they said they were going to do. Communication was very good. In this day and age, that's all a big deal IMO.
