He was extremely knowledgeable and quick with his repair. Very personable and kind even though I'm possibly a very annoying female homeowner ;) I would absolutely recommend them and Justin to others. I'd love to to use them again in the future for any of my heating and cooling needs. I'm so thankful to them.

Doctor Cool was great to work with. They were the assigned company through my home warranty. They were quick and efficient. When Justin arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and they had to order a part. Part showed up in a few days, they called to schedule an appointment with a time range of 1 to 5. They showed up at one and had the job completed well before two.i am very pleased And would highly recommend them.

Barion came out to assess the issue and was incredibly kind and accommodating. He took the time to explain the evolution of AC systems and the options available.

The service visit with Frankie M. was excellent. I was also late getting to the property, the operator at the main office called and let me know the technician was waiting for me. She was great as well.
Frankie diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly. He also gave me a few tips on the thermostat that can have the AC unit running more efficiently. On time and great service!

Bairon did an excellent job in explaining my hvac unit to me. This was the first time I was with a service tech while he was checking the unit and explaining what he was doing. I appreciated his honesty which has been difficult for me to find from other companies! So happy this company was sent out from my warranty company. I will call Dr. Cool for all future HVAC maintenance and service. Also, the office is terrific at calling the customer and following through. Thanks again!!

Ivan was my hero! Received a text that he was en route and had his shoe covers ready to fix my leak. He explained everything so thoroughly and was so cautious not to make a bigger mess than was already there. He was very professional, explained everything so I could understand, took photos of my attic to show me how the leak started and what damage he could see. I felt very comfortable with him, even though I have no knowledge of Plumbing. Took about two hours to complete the task and all is well again. Thank you, Dr Cool for your service. Cesar was the tech. He came in very professional to see what repairs were needed. He was very detailed and let me know exactly what the issue was and what needed to be repaired. He communicated to his company and the estimate was reasonable. He let me know they could schedule the repairs quickly and what my portion of the bill would be. Glad I had Cesar who definitely understands the situations the customers are in.

Silver State HVAC was amazing! Our AC was on its last leg and they came the same day to do a temporary fix so we weren’t stuck without air over the weekend. Within a couple of days they installed a new unit, repaired the drywall, and handled the inspection. Huge thanks to Gary, Mike, and Noe for the quick and professional service!

After purchasing a new washer and dryer, we noticed a soggy wall where the connectors were located. Despite our attempts to troubleshoot the issue ourselves, we discovered that the water shutoff valve was stuck open, which required us to shut off the water supply to the entire house in order to disconnect the unit.

We decided to seek professional assistance and found Silver State Plumbing. Their online form made it convenient for us to schedule an appointment for the following day, with a fee of $59. Soon after submitting the form, we received a phone call to confirm the appointment. The woman also offered to send someone out the same day for an after-hours fee of $89. We agreed to this option.

Before the techs arrived, we received a text message containing photos of the individuals who would be assisting us, and also we received a phone call to inform us that they were on their way. I personally liked that they did both as it provided me with a clear idea of who to expect and ensured we were well-informed throughout the process.

When Walter and Joe arrived, they assessed the situation after we had already cut out the sheet rock. While they were unable to determine the exact source of the leak causing the wall to become soggy, they presented us with a plan to redo the lines and install new valves. They ended up needing to pick up some supplies, but were pretty quick to return.

We found both Walter and Joe to be personable and professional throughout the entire process. They were attentive to our concerns and explained their proposed solutions clearly. Despite the initial difficulty in identifying the source of the problem, their expertise and willingness to go the extra mile to find a solution were commendable.

Overall, my experience with Silver State Plumbing was positive. From their convenient online scheduling to the excellent communication regarding the technicians' arrival, they demonstrated a commitment to customer service. I would recommend their services to others in need of plumbing assistance.

All the people they sent to help me with the plumbing issues I have had have been very professional and very thorough with the jobs they did. I will definitely be recommending them and using them in the future.

Update to 12-23-24, we smelled a smokey smell coming from the attic, had a tech come out. He said everything was fine, but I had some tears in my attic ducts. I have no clue what that meant, he showed me a picture and said it was important to fix because air flow was being lost. He quoted me 2,328.00. I didn’t know, I said okay. Come to find out, it was a 7 dollar fix with aluminum tape and five minutes of my time. I called the tech and told them not to come out and to refund my money. At this time, Jan. 6, I still have not received my money and can’t get ahold of anyone who will refund it. The phone representative says someone will call me back. I am going to call and file a report with my bank. If you choice to use Silver State, get second opinion and make sure to not pay anything upfront.

Update - 1/8/25: I got the refund back. I called Silver State and spoke to a receptionist, who was very rude and wouldn't forward my call to someone who could help me with my refund. I ended up calling the tech who came out to my house. A gentleman from Silver State called me back and explained the delay in the refund was because of the holidays. He asked me once I got the refund if I would change my review. I told him I would not because I didn't like being taken advantage of and the dishonesty of the tech. He then went into how the fix that was made for seven dollars wasn't good enough and that I should have thermal imaging done in my ducts blah blah blah blah blah. These guys just don't give up. Sad

Walter Coreas was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. The tech was customer friendly and not out to just make buck.

Installed a ac unit 5 years ago and one year ago ice developed on my evaporator coil and the company never did anything to rectify the problem, turns out my new ac unit was to big (went from a 4 ton to a 5 ton)for the aquatherm and my ducts. One time a tech came out and never checked my freon and my unit was low. A few months ago my shower broke off while attempting to replace it, called Silver State and the plumber just looked at it and immediately said we have to replace the pipes and have to cut a hole in the wall. I researched and found a nipple extractor to remove the broken shower arm and was able to remove the shower arm. Never once did they attempt to remove the arm or recommend any other way. Disgraceful!!!

I'm always a little leary when using some large companies as many tend to provide mediocre service with high fees. Not the case with Silver State. They replaced our entire HVAC system (2, 5 ton units and furnaces) 1 year ago. Today they came out to do the free check up. We have had zero issues. Everyone we have dealt with has been very professional. They show up when they say they will and don't waste time or continually try to get you to buy other things. We are very happy we chose them.

Chris was so knowledgeable and he explained everything to me where I could understand. Chris recommended me a restoration company, which was great. Thx Chris... you're the man!!! Will continue to do business with the!
