Chris was the Technician assigned for our kitchen plumbing issue. He diagnosed and fixed our issue with an upgrade to a certain part. He completed the job after having to make two trips for parts ( which was no inconvenience for us) and with great appreciation to Chris. Issue is fixed.

I want to express my appreciation to Mike for his swift and efficient work. He thoroughly explained what needed to be fixed and brought his A-game. His nice and respectful demeanor made the experience pleasant. I will definitely be contacting them again for any future’s plumbing issues and would recommend this company to anyone in need of their services.

This company was swift to come out yo our home. Mike was very knowledgeable. Friendly, informative n respectful. It turned out yo be A Big very expensive plumbing repair. They handled in A timely manner even considering the holidays. We will use them again n Hughky recommend.

Had an issue with a leak at sink/disposal connection. A tech came out same day to give an estimate. Kevin Debraal was friendly, courteous and gave me a couple of $$ options to fix it. This is 3rd time I’ve called Silver State since being in this house. They have taken care of me at a reasonable cost every time, they will be my first call if needed again in future.

Mike and Matt were great. Transparent, friendly, and professional. Repaired a pressure issue in the kitchen sink of an older home. Would definitely request their service again.

Gary is a really good guy. We would like to have him as our guy in the spring also. Very thorough and a great personality.

We had a leak at our backflow valve. Mike S and Matt came out and did a professional repair including explaining everything and keeping us in the loop as they went along. I would recommend Silver State to family and friends

Sean An came out yesterday to clean the inside of my outdoor condensing coil for my A/C unit. Mud and leaves had accumulated in the bottom of the drain pan area. I like to keep things serviced and clean for the best performance possible.
Sean removed my fan housing and vacuumed all of the debris out. He also gently hosed the drain pan and coils off.
I appreciate his great service and Silver State for sending him out to keep my system running it's best!

Gary came out from Silver State Refrigeration and he fixed my AC at no time. It wasn't cooling at all and in less than an hour he changed the battery he had it back up and running cold again. Great service, very nice gentleman and affordable service. Will definitely use them again.

Marc has been out to our house several times to assist us. He has always been courteous and informative. We have nothing but positive feelings for him and the company he represents

We had new fixtures installed for the tub/shower combos in both bathrooms. These rooms have ceramic tiles in the surrounds, and one tile needed to be removed to complete the installation. Steven Smith explained the reason and the fact that replacing that tile would be our responsibility because it's outside their scope of work. We told them to go ahead and remove the tile and the job was completed.
Our only complaint is that that Silver State should have a list of local tile and grout companies who could handle this minor job.
Nova Tile and Stone is who they referred us to however, our job is much too small for them to take on.
Something for Silver State to consider. Other than this, the fixtures were installed and look great.

Experiencing a laundry room leak, we were recommended by a friend to call Silver State - knowing little how involved the repair would become. Eventually discovering that a massive tree root had clogged the laundry room sewer line, an extensive excavation of the foundation slab and soil resulted. Not knowing how far it traveled, Silver State's knowledgeable, friendly, and sympathetic crew proceeded to - with a big emphasis on carefully and ploddingly - follow that root to its terminus and then splice in a long pipe repair. What impressed us the most was their mutual concern for not destroying the floor and foundation indiscriminately thus preventing unnecessary "exploratory" damage. That included doing a preliminary PT cable scan and then tunneling under the closet rather than demolishing the surface drywall, marble, and concrete. It wasn't about showing how speedy they were but rather about how thorough and concerned about collateral damage they could be. Did it take a little longer? Perhaps, but the job was done perfectly. I can't recommend the crew (Darrell, Nate, Elvis, Jason, Joe, and Michael) enough. Every single one was pleasant and knew his stuff. Bottom line: a catastrophy that could have been more expansive and destructive was remediated in the most professional, considerate, and complete manner. Thank you, Silver State!

John C Plumbing water leak repaired entire hot and cold replace then replace holes where hoses were pullled through/ Sheet rock left a big dusty mess where Jose & No were instrumental in cleaning dust and lots of old drywall replacement. I have been a client of Silverstate for a number of years and have always been happy with their technicians and their willingness to help me change filters or whatever problems I have. I have had a couple of them try to get my Nest learning thermostat back on line with Alexa but have been unable to do so. Gary E. Came today to winterize my air conditioner and when he was done asked if I had any other concerns. I jokingly told him about my problems with the thermostat and he said he would try since I was his last client of the day. Bless his heart, he spent at least an hour trying to get me back on line, going so far as to call Google support several times, and was finally able to accomplish it. I want Silverstate to know what. nice person he is and how grateful I am that he was able to do what others could not.

I've used Silver State's HVAC services several times over the last 25 years. Not cheap, but very reasonable, always standing by their work and service. You will definitely get your money's worth. A/C was making strange noises and action odd from time to time. Technician NICO WALLACE was dispatched and did an awesome job finding the issues. He was courteous, professional, and very easy to talk to. He explained everything clearly, and told me what options I had regarding services and repairs. Silver States HVAC department really has the most incredible techs. I never had a bad experience with their HVAC department. Would highly recommend.

Marc from Silver State was awesome to work with..professional, courteous and explained the ‘pros and cons’ of his recommendations without any pressure either way. We felt very comfortable making decisions about next steps to help prolong the life of our unit. Thanks Marc and Silver State.

They came out and diagnosed a 6 year old tankless water heater with filtration as needing to be fully replaced. Tankless had been flushed regularly but they swore the manufacturer said it's done and needs to be replaced. Another tech went out and confirmed they never called tec support at all, as when he actually called tech support, rinnai said there were no previous claims made for this particular serial number. The water heater was actually totally repairable, and silver state either hired someone who is evil, or is fostering a culture of sales over service. These are not tradesmen, they are salesmen

I’ve found our plumber! Silver State tech Cris was especially good; clear in explaining the work, answered questions, arrived on time. Price was fair, work was exactly what was needed. A terrific value. I will call Silver State again.
