I had a fantastic experience with ICE Heating Cooling & Plumbing. They fixed my air conditioning unit quickly and were very professional throughout the process. I’ll definitely be using them again for future needs.

With my service contract, I was able to get a technician out within 4 hours to address the problem with the air conditioner. Zachary Dennis was knowledgeable and personable and took the time to thoroughly explain why I had the issue. Would definitely ask for him in the future!

Our technician was awesome, very thorough, well I formed on various types of air conditioning units, he checked every part of our unit and gave us a very truthful and straight forward assessment of the problem and what it would cost to fix or replace our unit.

Today they replaced our Hot Water Tank, once again they were very professional, well informed, very professional, they removed old parts and cleaned up after the job was completed.

We first used their services for an emergency situation and joined the membership program. Ever since, we have had no issues. Nathaniel is incredibly knowledgeable, explains everything in detail (to as much in Layman’s terms for us) which helped us make the best decisions for our home. Couldn’t recommend this company enough!

I had a complete HVAC replacement done. My technician, Daniel, arrived on time, was very pleasant, and did the task to my satisfaction. I'd add point out that ICE Heating & Cooling offers much lower prices than its competitors. I know because I presented numerous quotations, and ICE Heating & Cooling came in substantially lower for the identical system and did an excellent job. I will absolutely use them again and suggest them to others.

I don’t live in Vegas but I have a condo there. When we arrived Saturday afternoon most of the faucets had little or no water coming out. I was lucky enough to finally reach ICE, everyone else was either closed or couldn’t accommodate us. Melvin was dispatched and arrived in a very timely manner, and diagnosed the problem and corrected everything!! He was very professional and efficient!! And I was very happy with their price!! Daniel was amazing. He was polite, understanding and professional. I have 3 dogs and 3 kids so there's a lot going on in my house. He did his job with a smile the whole time. He explained everything to me before he did in terms that I could understand and the price was very fair. I would definitely use them again because of Daniel.

I have been a customer of Ice Heating And Cooling for my commercial units for four years. I have them come out every 4 to 6 months and check my units and do maintenance. Arturo came out on Thursday. He checked my unit and told me that everything was running just fine, but my units are getting a little bit older and in the near future, I should look into at least putting a Band-Aid on a couple of potential issues but for now everything was fine. He offered to do those Band-Aid repairs now for $2000. I told him that wasn’t really in the budget right now… Friday my unit stopped working. Or shall I say it started having some issues but it was fine through this entire summer where we have had more than a week in a row of 120° temps. It seems a little more than coincidental that after he tampered with my units and I refused to do his upgrades of $2000 and up my unit stopped working. (it won’t go below 79° ) I called the company and they told me I would have to pay an additional $260 for a technician to come out and take a look at the unit, and that did not include any repairs. Needless to say they lost my business. As a small business owner myself, I would take care of my repeat customers, and I would take at least Earnest interest in investigating and making sure that my technician Possibly do something wrong, even if it was an honest mistake. At least I can give one star for the phone representative who was very polite and agreed with me that it seemed suspicious, but his hands were tied.

Awesome service today with Daniel H. & John B.They did the water heater flush service today and were patient in explaining to us the technical stuff on the heater. Arrival to the committed appointment time needs to improve though. Thank you for the good customer experience.

They did my AC and Whole house water system; I don't trust them for any leak repair, they quoted me $1800 to fix a ManaBloc Pex type water system to bypass it. All it needed was the Valve's to be replaced, spent $60 to do that. They didn't even offer to fix it just bypass the system because ManaBlocs was prone to leaks.

Technician Bryan performed as a professional, I appreciate his repair job on my bathroom sink. Thank you, Richard M.
