Tech Jordan was early for his appointment, was very pleasant, explaining the process needed for the work. He was efficient & vacuumed after. Jordan explained the warranty before leaving. The job was done well within the timeframe he stated. Be sure to ask for Jordan!

ICE Plumbing did a great job. They replaced all the valves and installed my replacement 2 stage whole house water filter system. Plumber Gabriel was great, on time and completed everything quickly and efficiently. Thanks ICE, definitely using them again. Recommend anyone who needs plumbing work to use ICE.

I initially contacted them for their water heater flush special as it had never been done in the three years I have lived in my home. Ruben and Tee came out and evaluated my situation. They pointed out several issues that had suspected but never really considered in terms of safety and longevity of my appliances (in hindsight, these were issues that should have been addressed during my inspection, but it’s too late now). In addition to the water flush, I elected to have the repairs done so as to avoid any future mishaps and also to minimize any issues with my home warranty company, and paying out any potential claims. Ruben was the consummate professional and you can tell. He knew what he was talking about and what he was doing… from laying out his tools and supplies in an orderly fashion, so his partner kid system, and doing the work to his interactions with me and his colleague. Both guys were very personable and had excellent communication skills and I would definitely have them return for any future repairs and refer them personally to my friends. In such a big city as Las Vegas and Henderson, it is always a pleasure to run into honest and trustworthy tradesmen who aren’t trying to upsell you or other shenanigans… They were kind enough to share their sushi with me for lunch 🤣🤣… ICE Heating Cooling & Plumbing!!

Daniel did an excellent job and explained what the cleaning entailed. He also inspected the ducts and verified that the insulation in the attic was adequate. He found one of the ducts needed replacing and found a way give me some discounts to make it affordable for me.

Our Tech, Jordan was on time, pleasant, took photos, explained process and cleaned our dryer ductwork as expected.

Jordan was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He and Vincent completed the job in the expected time and left our home as clean as it was when they arrived.

My dryer vent has never been cleaned in the 20 years I’ve lived in this house. I was happy to see Bob’s Repair when I searched for vent cleaning on the Internet since Bob’s had done a great job installing a new HVAC unit for us this summer. Daniel did the work on the dryer vent today and he did an excellent job. I was impressed to see the big clumps of lint that he vacuumed out of our long vent pipe that has two 90% turns! For quite some time I have wanted to have the air ducts cleaned, but the cost was beyond my means. A friend referred me to Bob's Repair. I called and scheduled an appointment. Daniel and Colton arrived at 9:30 am and went right to work. Daniel took before and after pictures. Colton ran the vacuum and cleaned up after they were finished and they were out the door at 11:45 am. Both young men were very friendly and Daniel explained everything they were doing or about to do. The service was top notch and the price was very affordable! You can bet that I'll be calling Bob's for any of my A/C or Heating needs in the future!

I am so happy I found Bob's Repair. I had purchased a new heat pump unit from another company a couple years ago that quit working. I called them on a Wednesday for a warranty repair and was told they'd send a technician out on Friday. Aside from the fact it was mid-August, I had a sinking feeling I was being "sweated out" for something expensive. The other company got the unit working but said I needed some ductwork repair (probably true because I had people working in my attic a few months prior).

As expected, the other company gave me a very high estimate for the proposed work, so I called Bob's for a second opinion. They sent someone out right away and I was pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable estimate I received for replacement of ductwork.

Bob's provided text and email verifications notifying me of arrival times and the office staff was very responsive and helpful to address questions. I can't say enough good things about the field technicians, who were absolutely amazing. They were so incredibly polite, worked quietly and neatly, and vacuumed all areas (including the front porch and sidewalk) so you couldn't even tell they were here.

One of the managers, J.C., was extremely helpful and I greatly appreciate his availability and commitment to customer service.

If you're ever in a position where you need a second opinion, I highly recommend you call Bob's Repair. You won't need a third opinion.
