These guys saved us on a Friday the 13th, when our under-sink RO system sprang a leak. Water poured everywhere, and we had to turn it off at the street. They came, figured out the problem, and fixed it. Very happy. I"m not sure why plumbing is not listed on the services below.

Sean A was both professional and friendly. He did the maintenance overview, and reported to us on what he found. After his explanation, he sent an email with what needed to be done, and the estimated cost for each item. No pressure was applied, and I appreciated that very much. He also sent the invoice for the contract that my wife and I requested. Good job!

Responded on time on short notice. Vanessa was knowledgeable, professional and was very pleasant to work with her. Will definitely call them again for any future problems.

Had a commercial drain that was clogged. Labor cost was outrageous due to the fact that Silver State sent a technician who was either new or totally incompetent which resulted in 7 hours of labor charges, an invoice of over 2000.00 dollars, and the problem was STILL not resolved.
Cannot recommend this company.

Jacob was very knowledgable and provided great customer service. Did a great job with the installation of my new water heater. Was a little pricy but I would use them again.

Amber sent both the same day so I wouldn’t have to take more time off work & it would be fixed before the buyer took possession. Mike P. and Albert V. were wonderful. They troubleshooted first to share w/me their findings. I trust them 💯 so I had them fix the issues & my buyer trusts me. They are Reasonably priced as well. Overall 5 out of 5.

Great Guy stayed a long time and diagnosed my 2 ac and heating units. They are TOAST. Maybe Helping Hands will help me? Or my Home Warranty will Replace God willing.
The next business day they sent out a plumber she was wonderful to check under all my sinks and check all three toilets and drain my water heater. This was a free complementary service. Her name was VANNESSA . She had told me that I had been lied to and my water heater has PVC and is way too old to drain and if she was to do it, it will cause leaks. It’s in drainable and unserviceable. She wrote me up the diagnosis and the problem so I can submit it to the real estate company that sold me this house that said new piping and everything as well as to send to the insurance commissioner of the state of Nevada and I am also going to send this to my homeowners warranty company. This company for me is a senior that is low income and disabled living alone as a woman with no man to help me. They really went the extra mile to take care of me.

Chris came out the same day and inspected the house for a water leak. He was very thorough and explained everything he was checking. I haven’t decided yet whether I will have Silver State do the work.

Very thorough, very professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable. They took extended time identifying the issues and explaining my options. I've had several plumbers at my property, but these are of the highest caliber! Today, Oct.15, Mike and Matt returned to perform more repairs. I have an endless number of plumbing issues! Both were very professional. They are meticulous about covering their boots as soon as they enter. They have had to re-do repairs that another plumber performed badly. I regret not having Silver State do the repairs from the onset.

I have had the consistent pleasure of having had your plumbing technician Walter Coreas come out to my residence over the past 3 years and “mainly”perform preventative service on my tankless water heater. He has always been very professional and courteous on each visit. He also takes the extra time in explaining everything he does in understandable detail to include recommended plumbing service(s). Walter rates at the top of my scale!

I contacted silver state plumbing to get a quote on replacing my old, broken hot water heater. While they were not the low bidder, Chris was knowledgeable, professional and polite in his dealings with me. I certainly would consider them for future projects!

Marc was outstanding. He was very courteous and thorough explaining the issues the HVAC system was having and what needed to be done. He presented 3 detailed options to get the unit working correctly and we’ll get back to him with our decision as to which option we’re going to go with.

We have been using Silver State for our plumbing and HVAC for over 15 years. We have experienced many very nice employees. Yesterday, for warranty service on our furnace, we had technician Nico Wallace. What a pleasure it was to deal with this young man! He was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and we felt he was exceptional. I actually avoid reviews, but felt this employee deserved the accolades!

We recently had two leaks in outdoor pipes which we were unaware of until we got our water bill. I called Silver State Refrigeration, HVAC and plumbing. They came out that same day to assess the problem. Jacob Rodriguez replaced the pipes which required some digging. He has worked on our plumbing before. He is always kind, courteous and efficient. His work is top quality and he always makes sure that everything is to our satisfaction. He is wonderful to work with. I am so grateful to be able to call Silver State knowing they will take care of whatever problem we may have.

We got an in home, free estimate yesterday. The Service Technician Vanessa was excellent. She was very knowledgeable of needs and totally professional. The estimated cost was completed timely and seems reasonable. We have not yet decided the scope of work we want included in the project but so far we are very happy with Silver State.

Jordan is very polite and knowledgeable about products and installations. I would recommend any of my friends to use ice or I believe it’s Lee’s now?

Jason came over to do my fall tune up on my unit. He did a very thorough job and went in detail over some deficiencies in the unit complete with picture. His service was also very friendly and helpful.
