Timely, professional, explained everything before he began the work. David asked if I had any questions or concerns at multiple points during his visit. Highly recommend this company and the rep that was scheduled.

Arturo arrived on time. He was well groomed, courteous and professional. However he was grossly untrained, or perhaps just indifferent, and unable to provide the answer to my question; The only issue he was asked to address: Was our existing fireplace an actual working fireplace? He opened the flu, with difficulty, shown his flashlight up the chimney, but did not get on the roof to further assessment. He said, not verbatim, that because of the restrictions, bringing in gas was not an option and neither was burning wood. Collected the $39.00 and left. I am left with $39.00 less and still do not have an answer. Disappointed, Patricia Ragone

Just had my HVAC system check up with Stephon from ICE Heating & Cooling and must say he did a phenomenal job inspecting my unit and let me know what things to look for! My unit is only 3 years old but purchased this property 1 year ago. Stephon’s knowledge was top notch which convinced me to become a member! Awesome job performed and highly recommend!

Jimmie was very thorough in examining our current HVAC system, explaining the various options available to us. He was patient with us and our questions (which he's probably answered thousands of times before) and addressed out concerns. Highly recommended.

Technician was professional. Arrived on time, wore booties, ask questions, and was very knowledgeable.

However, he wasted time trying to upsell me on things that I did not call about or even mention. He also tried to upsell me on some expensive service plan - pay up front warranty-style nonsense. He had to stop and call the office to get clarification on several things. There was no price negotiation option.

Because he wasted so much time doing all of these things that I did not call about he did not have time to do my repairs and had to call the office again to see if another technician could come back today or if not, I would have to wait. You better believe he made sure to get my service call charge put in. He actually wasted my time and charged me for it. SMH.

Had he just given me an estimate on why I reached out in the first place, then he would’ve been able to to do the repairs.

Now I wasted an entire day off of work and have to wait on a second plumber to show up this afternoon to do the repairs.

Their prices are also very high. If it wasn’t an urgent matter, I likely would’ve just eaten the service fee. Almost $900 for a hose bib and toilet.

I’ll consider coming back and revamping my review if and when the second guy shows up.

Zach just left our house after doing our air check to prepare us for summer and hot water heater flush. He was very, very pleasant and explained everything her did with alot of pictures of the condition of the unit. I would like for Zach to come back at end of summer to do our winter
check of heater system.

Taylor was very personable and freindly. He helped us with offering us different prices and options and did a great job. We were all very happy. Highly recommend.

Got the $39 Tune-Up special today. The serviceman, Arturo, was polite, professional, well-informed and clean! No hard sell after the inspection to spend money if I didn't need to. (which is what happened with Goettl a couple of years ago.) Great service experience all around.

This is the second time that Zach has come my house to do my seasonal inspection to make sure everything is working the way it is supposed to. He is great showing me all the pictures he took and explained how my system operates. Great tech with great customer service. Ask for Zach!

I could not have asked for better service! My air conditioning went out, and ICE Heating & Cooling came out immediately to assess the unit that would be needed and had a proposal within several hours. Whereas it is never inexpensive to purchase something like this, I felt that their prices were extremely reasonable and felt no need to do any shopping around.

Zach was very friendly and he explained all that he was doing when here to check how our air conditioner is doing and make sure us good for the summer. I also had him flush our hot water heater since has been 4 years I think since it was done. Zach was very friendly and
professional. He even made friends with our little ysppy dog.

Everything has always been great when ICE comes out to service my water heater a the A/C unit. Javier did an excellent job at explaining what could be done in the future to make the units run more efficiently without any high pressure sales. I highly recommend this company.

Javier Lopez is a fantastic service agent. He explained the service procedure that he would be undertaking. He is very easy to talk and answered any questions that I had asked about.
