Victor did an awesome job. Showed up on time, explained what he was going to do and why, worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up after. He provided before and after pictures of my dryer vent.

I heard about them on Facebook when I was looking for someone to insulate the attic in our new house. When we bought it we did not realize there was literally no insulation above the ceiling drywall. They reached out and came to give us a quote quickly. the quote very competitive and fair for the work they did. The crew who came out to do the work were polit and courteous, they also communicated with me every step of the way. Very happy with the work that was done

JC from Bob’s Repair did a great job in out duct cleaning. Professional and explained how it was going to work in cleaning the deducts. Also told us about the air flow grill. Grime and smoke build throughout the years and will probably need a replacement. Deduct cleaning included dryer vent cleaning and price was reasonable.

WE WERE ADVISED THAT OUR A/C-HEATING DUCTS WERE VERY OLD AND AIR PRESSURE WAS TOO HIGH DURING A NORMAL CHECKUP. DUE TO SUPERIOR REVIEWS, WE CALLED BOB'S FIRST FOR AN ESTIMATE. TRUE TO THE REVIEWS WE READ OUR ESTIMATER, JORDAN DREWICH, WAS SUCH A PLEASURE TO HAVE IN OUR HOME. HE FULLY EXPLAINED THE PROCEDURE AND WHAT PROBLEMS HE SAW, DUE TO THE AGE OF OUR DUCTS. HE RESPECTED OUR HOME AS WAS VERY CAREFUL ABOUT THE WAY HE WENT ABOUT GETTING A FULL VIEW OF OUR 3 SYSTEMS. WHEN HE WAS DONE HE SAID HE WANTED TO REVIEW WHAT HE HAD SEEN AND TAKEN PICTURES SO THAT OUR REPLACEMENTS WOULD BE DONE PROPERLY AND EFFICIENTLY. WE DECIDED THAT BOB'S WOULD BE OUR CHOICE MOST LIKELY BUT WHEN WE RECEIVED THE BID WE WERE SHOCKED BY THE PRICE AND DECIDED TO GET 2 MORE BIDS. THEY CAME IN MORE THAN DOUBLE BOB'S BID AND WERE READY TO GIVE US A BID RIGHT AWAY. THEY DID NOT GIVE US ANY INDICATION OF WHAT WAS GOING TO BE DONE OTHER THAN THE DUCTS WERE GOING TO BE REPLACED. WHEN THEY GAVE US THE PRICE WE DID NOT INDICATE WE WOULD ACCEPT SO THEY IMMEDIATELY STARTED TO REDUCE THE BID, ASKING US WHAT PRICE WE HAD IN MIND. REMINDED ME OF BUYING A CAR BECAUSE THEY BOTH WERE ON THE PHONE SEEING WHAT PRICE WE COULD GET. OUR TRUST IN BOB'S WAS NOW IN TACT. WHEN THE WORK WAS DONE IT WAS SUCH A PLEASURE TO HAVE THEM IN THE HOUSE AS IT WAS DONE CLEANLY, EFFICIENTLY., WITH FULL EXPLANATIONS OF WHAT WAS HAPPENING UP THERE IN THE ATTIC OF ALL THREE ACCESSES. SO ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS WE HAD READ WERE CORRECT AND EVEN BETTER IN MANY CASES. JORDAN WAS IN CHARGE AS HE KNEW WHERE AND HOW THINGS SHOULD BE CONSTRUCTED AND IT WAS DONE IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER WITH GOOD QUALITY MATERIAL. WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED OUR HOUSE WAS LEFT IN GREAT CONDITION SUCH THAT ONE WOULD NOT KNOW THAT IT WAS TOTALLY INVADED WITH DEALINGS IN THE ATTIC. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND BOB'S FOR ANY OF THE KINDS OF WORK THEY PERFORM.

Daniel and his partner did an amazing job cleaning my air ducts! They were super knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. Daniel even taught me about potential solutions and other services they offer that I can take advantage of in the future. They were extremely thorough, made sure everything was spotless before they left, and were genuinely great to talk to throughout the process. I really appreciated their professionalism and friendliness and I’ll definitely be using Bob’s Repair again.

The tech was on time and very polite and personable. He cleaned the dryer vent. He shined a flashlight at the air duct and said they were new, which they were, but I later found out that he never cleaned the vent that runs throughout the house. He checked the heater in the attic and said the vents needed to be replaced and showed me pictured. What did I know? I called my sons, who said the over $4,000 price was way too high. This was after my senior and military discount. Another company came out and said the vents weren’t cleaned and the tubes only needed to be repaired and not replaced. They did the whole job for less than $1000. If I didn’t have sons that were weary of the pricing, I might have paid way too much.

I recently had service done on my AC unit, and I’m extremely satisfied with the work. The technician was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issue clearly, completed the repairs efficiently, and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. This is the first time using your services. I had a dryer vent cleaning done by your technician Noah and Cole. They were both courteous, respectful and professional at the same time. Noah answered all my questions and concerns to the best of his ability. Which was very knowledgeable.
Happy with the service provided and kept me informed of every procedure that was being done with before and after pictures.

Alex and Victor for Bobs hvac were wonderful. They were prompt, courteous and friendly. They went above and beyond to improve my hvac ducting. Pinpointing other areas that needed tweeking. Replaced 5 ducts with new R8 ducting. Removed ancient ductboard which was going to become a problem and installed new metal T's and Y's. Air flow is better for sure. Finished with a duct cleaning of other ducts Also a very reasonable price. 0% interest is a big help.

Century Air diagnosed a bad pump in the evaporator and replaced it at no charge under warranty. . Back to having a quiet house again.They are always available to fix any problems we have and are prompt, neat and efficient. I would highly recommend them for any of your wine cellar and HVAC needs.
