Had two new units installed . Price lower than others and work done very professional. I thank them for a job well done.

Awesome service! Very professional! Orlando was great, came very next day. Had a leak inside the house and he was able to find out where and reroute the water. Showed before/after pictures and videos so helpful for a girl like me that’s not handy and knows about anything ac related. Would definitely use again and recommend!

Titan HVAC and their technician Orlando really saved the day. Another HVAC company gave us horrible news about the A/C in the middle of a heat wave. Titan was able to fix the issue and get us cold air for less than 1/3 of what another company quoted. Used them for the first time recently when unit stopped working. Turned out to be a minor repair that was fixed quickly and at a reasonable price. Part was ordered and repaired within 24 hours. Fast, friendly and best of all honest.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Orlando and his team. He does honest work for reasonable prices even in the peak of summer, which any Vegas resident knows is impossible to come by! He was the best quote on a new HVAC unit for us, he worked quickly and courteously and sent detailed records of everything he did. We liked him so much we asked his opinion of my mother-in-law's HVAC unit when she started having issues. Not only was he able to squeeze her in last minute, he was also able to pull a record of what had been done to her unit in the past and he helped us discover some hinky work done by the previous team. Without Orlando we would be shelling out an unnecessary 8 grand for her unit too. Orlando exceeded my expectations. He is one of only a very few companies that will work on personal swamp coolers. We live a little ways out of the city, which he did not have a problem with. He was on time for every appointment and called when he thought he may be late, which he wasn't. When the cooler acted wonkey after repair, Orlando was there the next day to check on it. After a tweak or two, things were and have been working great since. Orlando is local and a respectable man who we had the pleasure of working with and will recommend to anyone who is in need of an honest hvac company. Thank you!

Titan Air is awesome. I received a text from the company providing a four hour window in which a technicia would be available, and an additional text once he was on his way. Service was provided the same day I called, unlike other companies I had previously called.

Orlando was knowledgeable, personable and respecftul of my time & place (he wore disposable shoe covers!). I felt at ease pretty quickly. He started looking into the air conditioning issue (not turning on), explaining and showing where the problem might be.

The trip (diagnostic) cost was provided upfront before the appointment was booked. If the issue needs extra work, the diagnostic cost is applied to the total rather than being additional to labor.

I strongly recommend Titan Air, and will be definitely calling them whenever my AC needs maintenance and/or repairs.

Called Titan because they were referred to me by my son.
They showed up at the time they had given me . Which was nice.
Came in , did thier inspection and went over with the issues with us.
Took several pictures of my AC unit which was nice because I'm not able to access my roof.
Told me the issues I was having and I happily agree with the quote. Which was under a previous quote from another AC company.
The tech told me he was the owner of a family run business and stride on the business model of being honest and doing the job right.

My experience with Titan can be summarized as fabulous from the time I signed the order to the time they patched the ceiling. I couldn’t be happier. They brought the pancake air handler and condenser for my Casita much faster than anticipated. They went to extra lengths the mask off the furniture and floor before they began work. They pulled the old equipment out and installed the new equipment in eight hours. The following day they came back to patch up the ceiling where they needed to cut it to get to the plumbing and wiring. After letting the patch dry, they came back the next day to paint the ceiling. In all of these steps they were very talented and professional. I will be recommending them to my friends and neighbors.
