I had a great experience with Titan Air Conditioning and Heating! Orlando arrived on time, was very professional, and quickly found the issue. He took the time to explain everything in detail — very informative and helpful!

They were amazing! I called and the person who picked up the phone was very kind, provided price for a diagnostic, and scheduled me for same day. Orlando was my tech; he was super friendly, on time, and honest. He was able to fix the issue right away which I am extremely thankful for. He took the time to show me pictures, explain why it happened, and educated me on what I should do to keep a healthy unit. Thank you guys!

We had a weekend heating emergency on the coldest day of the year and Titan squeezed us in on short notice. Orlando expertly did a diagnosis and cleaning and gave us a comprehensive explanation about the issue. Fantastic service and follow up. five stars.

Our heater suddenly stopped working so I decided to give Titan a call. They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had smart thermostat installation installed both upstairs and downstairs. I was able to make an appointment same day and Orlando was out to our house within 2 hours. Orlando was great and will definitely use this company again.

We had a fantastic experience with Titan Air Conditioning and Heating! Our heater broke down during one of the coldest weeks, and we were worried about how long we’d be without heat. They understood how urgent it was and came out as soon as they could, which we truly appreciated.
The owner personally came to our home, diagnosed the issue, and even had to drive out to swap out the broken part. Despite the extra trip, he got everything fixed and running again within just a few hours. That level of dedication and commitment to taking care of customers is rare.
From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and honest. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the job was done right. We’re so grateful for the quick response and hard work. I highly recommend Titan to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy HVAC service!

From my first phone inquiry to saying goodbye, Mr Gates H&C owner/operator Dalton was professional & prompt. One of my 2 ton cooling/heating units was ancient (early 90’s) and had finally quit. Dalton assessed the same, and was able to have a new unit installed on the roof of my house the next week! The product is great, (Goodman) and so is their parts & labor warranty. He offered a cash discount as well. Also, their quote came in $1,100 less expensive than a competitor. I’m sure my other unit will need work or replacement in the next while and I’ll use Mr Gates Heating & Cooling for that as well.

Mr. Gates HVAC has been a godsend for us! Dalton has been extremely responsive to any questions we have, always provides honest feedback in a timely manner and his quality of work is the best we’ve seen in Las Vegas. They’re so great I’ve personally recommended them to friends, family and clients and recommend all of them to keep Mr. Gates HVAC as a permanent contact! Even their knowledge of various HVAC systems from various residential units at different price points to commercial and even custom needs — we’re always able to count on them.

Cris came over to fix my A/C and did a terrific job. I called the night before to schedule an appointment and they came out the next day in the allotted time they said they would. Great service and absolutely recommend! Thank you again Cris!

Awesome job. Called us right away after submitting a request after hours. Honestly Was not expecting such quickness and level of service. We wanted a second opinion after being told it would cost over 6k to fix our unit. He had us up and running for far less. You can’t go wrong giving Mr. Gates a call!

A couple of weeks ago, our AC went out. When we called, they came out within the hour. While we were hoping for an easy fix, unfortunately we had to replace our unit completely. However the bright spot was the service and attention we received from Mr. Gates Heating and Cooling. Lovely husband and wife team! They were sincere, honest and gave us very detailed explanations on what our options were. While it was a stressful time, we feel that they took very good care of us. We will definitely be referring our friends to them if ever needed.

Mr Gates seriously went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I had a situation happen to where my ac just stopped out of nowhere. I’m so lucky that this is the company that I chose to go with. I contacted them in my emergency and they were able to come and take care of it as soon as possible. Very friendly, respectful and, easy to talk to. This company is awesome!! Our A/C Stopped working the night before our 4th of July party.so I called them after hours. They came to our house diagnosed the problem and had us up and running for the fairest price!! Thank you guys!! Sorry it took so long to give you all a review!! They are courteous, knowledgeable, and professional at all times when servicing HVAC systems at our rental properties. The technicians are diligent about taking, and providing photos to their clients and explaining in detail the repairs needed to maintain the system.

Boy am I glad I found Dalton. My heater/ac broke a year ago and I haven’t been able to get anyone to fix it, everyone kept wanting to sell me a whole new unit.
I had two other guys check it out before I found him and they told me it couldn’t be fixed but not Dalton, he explained exactly what was wrong, going deep into detail about what parts he needed and what needed fixing. He went up into the attic to check things out and his apprentice was close behind helping with everything.
They both where incredibly professional which made me trust them to the fullest.
After a quick 2 hours they where done! My heater was running perfectly and my ac was the coolest it’s ever been.
These guys really do go an extra mile to make sure everything is done perfectly.
The price is so affordable that it will bring tears to your eyes! They are a blessing and I thank them for their hard work!
I recommend them 100% you will not be disappointed.

Dalton is awesome! After no luck with a few other HVAC companies I found Dalton and he diagnosed and fixed my issue. Before you hire any other company you need to call him for a quote. Super nice guy and he might just be the only honest HVAC guy in Las Vegas!
