AC died on me last night, called Mr gates this morning, spoke with Dalton and had an appointment within two hours. Cris even showed up early. Both Problem and solution was identified within 20 minutes and he had the exact parts we needed in his work truck. He even took the extra time to fix some issues with our thermostat that the last crappy HVAC guy installed up and refused to fix after he botched it. Glad I chose these guys. Now my kids are no longer sweatin like sinners in church ! 👍🏽

Mr. Gates was the 2nd company we asked to evaluate our HVAC and he spent over 2 hours assessing the system's response to a change in the thermostat and measuring the temperature of the air coming into the house. He explained what defines an efficient system and trouble shot the issue. Unlike other companies, he tried to repair our existing system by adding coolant, waiting for it to circulate, and re-measuring the temperature is the air in the house. Since Mr. Gates evaluated our HVAC, our house is so much cooler! He was neat, honest, and trustworthy. When we need a new system in the future, we will definitely use this company! I recently worked with Mr. Gates Heating and Cooling, and I am extremely impressed with the service I received! From the moment I called to schedule the A/C service, the person who answered was friendly and helpful, quickly finding a convenient time slot for the technician to come by.

On the day of service, Cris texted me ahead of time with an ETA, which I really appreciated. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to thoroughly clean and maintain the units. He also gave me a detailed update on the condition of one of the units, including things to watch for in the future.

Dalton visited my home as my AC was no longer turning on. I had requested help and he was one of the first to respond and luckily was available to come the same day. He quickly found the issue and it was due to old wires in the furnace. He replaced the burned wires. Everything was working again. Seeing how old the units were, he could have easily said we need a new one. But none of that was said. I truly appreciated the honesty and integrity of his service.

I hope I don’t have to see him again too soon. LOL But he will definitely get my business if and when I will need HVAC help again.

I came back from a trip and realized my AC unit stopped working. I made a few calls to different companies and decided on Mr. Gates Heating and Cooling. It was the best decision I made going with them. Dalton contacted me and arranged to look at my unit the very next day. He was very professional. He offered different solutions to my problem along with the costs upfront so that I could make an informed decision. In the end, I decided on getting a new unit. The installation process was seamless and I will continue to use this company for all my future needs.

We have had hot air blowing from one our a/c units for the last 3 weeks as we went through multiple people to try and fix it. The last a/c company told us it was the compressor and they recommended to replace the unit instead. We were not ready to do that so we reached out to Dalton. He was able to get us scheduled the same day and within 2 hours he was at our front door. We are so thankful that he was able to save us thousands of dollars. The issue was not the compressor, it was burnt out wirings. If not for Dalton’s expertise, we would have spent a lot to replace the unit. I received a referral yesterday to call Gates Air-Conditioning and Heating. He was available the same day but I had to schedule him in for today. Mr. Gates took his time to explain what was going on with my air conditioning unit. If I could give 10 stars I would! Dalton and Cris and their entire install team were awesome. I needed to have both my AC units replaced and after getting several estimates I went with Mr. Gates Heating and Cooling. They gave me an honest and fair bid. During the whole process Dalton was in constant communication with me answering all my questions and concerns. had an issue with my AC system and connected Mr. Gates via Thumbtack. I received a quick response from Dalton. His team schedule an appointment to assess the AC system. The technician found a pinhole leak in the outside coil caused by a severed wire spark.
They checked the complete system and provided me a couple quotes with different options to repair the system. All this was done quickly and they left and let me review the quotes for a day and decide which option worked best for me. I felt no pressure during the process and called Dalton to discuss each of the options with him. I recommend this company to all my southern Nevada neighbors.

Dalton and the team and Mr. Gates Heating and cooling are fantastic. They came out quickly when our AC broke and did a temporary fix for us. Then they accommodated my busy schedule and installed two complete AC/Furnace systems in one day and didn’t leave till everything was running properly. Can’t say enough great things.

Our thermostat shows heat on but the heater is not turning on. I message Mr. Gates (Dalton) and got a quick response within a couple of minutes and was given a schedule within a couple of hours to diagnose my unit. After troubleshooting my unit to see what parts failed, they call the manufacturer for the warranty information, Dalton was transparent and even offered to process the parts warranty on my behalf. I'm very pleased with the level of service performed by Mr. Gates Heating & Cooling and I would definitely recommend them if ever you need HVAC service.

Efficient and professional service performed promptly following a pre-arrival phone call with an ETA. Above all friendly, courteous representatives. I’ve been a customer of this company since 1980 when it was known as “Quality”. I wouldn’t think of changing; often recommending them to others.OneHour has a very affordable maintenance offer no one should be without . I’m sure it’s the reason my system has never broken down and has lasted so well.

We had tech Bobby davis come out to clean our system and install an upgrade. They did an awesome job and we already notice the difference in our house.
