Jaime Renteria was great. He introduced himself, and put on the booties before entering. He explained everything what he was going to do. After the inspection he explained what was going on with each unit. He also showed pictures and explained everything on the pictures. He gave a quote of everything that needs to be done. Excellent tech

Very professional took their time even did a wonderful job on explaining and cleaning up everything. I was searching for a respectful company that took pride in there work and who value there costumers and wasn't trying to give them the run around just to make a sale I feel that I was being told the truth.
Explain everything from start to finish and answered any questions we had.

Luis Perez serviced our heater and did an excellent job. He explained everything in detail and showed pictures of the unit. He was very informative. I was very satisfied with his service.

Julian was a true professional. He was prompted and he explained everything pertaining to our appointment. We will definitely ask for Julian for our next appointment.

Adrian performed a very thorough inspection and pointed out a vulnerable part and recommended replacement now or very soon. Due to budget constraints we elected to wait. He was very professional and respectful. A very pleasant person to conduct business with.

So after posting a 1 star review in Oct regarding my 87 year old mother having a thermostat put in that turned on the air when the heat was supposed to come on Chad Valdraz operations manager contacted me. He assured me he would handle this and contact the main office for reimbursement. He said it would take 2 to 3 weeks.
Well here we are in January. With several messages and email to him. With no response back. Contacting the office several times with just words that it will be taken care of.
At this point I will be contacting the board and main office to put in another complaint.
This is sad how you treat your customers. At this point it is more the principle.

Adrian, the technician, was extremely polite and shared what services he was providing while he was performing maintenance on our heating unit. He was very professional and answered questions that was asked of him. I highly recommend both One Hour and Adrian. I am happy that I purchased a maintenance service contract for my unit. I highly recommend One Hour.

The employees themselves are great. Their communication skills and manners are top tier. The equipment I've received is sub par and is constantly having issues. Dissatisfied with the price I've paid for it

He was courteous and respectful. He showed me pics and gave explanations on everything. He gave me options for upgrades and explained what the benefits of each. I will be asking for Adrian for return visits.

Alex and Carlos are outstanding service technicians! Extremely knowledgeable and thorough! Offered very sound advice on maintaining our HVAC System and features we can add as well as advice on cleaning the air ducts! I will definitely be asking for these two in the future! Superior customer service, exceptional workmanship, and great individuals!

I’m pleased with my decision to hire 1hour AC, there techs have been professional and respectful. Today Alex was on time, did what needed to be done and off he went. Definitely would recommend 1hour to friends

My recent tech Jonah Au-Ventura is just amazing so I had to come leave a review. I have a large older home with multiple thermostats and zones. It’s a very complicated and touchy system. I’ve had other companies out to troubleshoot and it never fails, they make the problem worse. I request Jonah by name now if I ever have an issue. For the past few years, I will only use 1 hr AC & heating. They are always quick to come out and don’t try to sell you things you don’t need. I had a problem with my heater a few years ago and was told by a different company that I needed a whole new furnace put in my attic and thousands of dollars. Thank God I got a 2nd opinion from one hour heating & air. They fixed one part that was $100 and it’s still working fine to this day. I also had a rental property for 10 years that had AC problems. 1hr AC & heating continued to come out and fix things cheaply until it was finally time for a new AC unit. I bought a new AC unit from them which came with yearly maintenance. They always came out for free and dealt with my tenant and made sure the unit was working properly before summertime. I rarely leave reviews so you know you can trust 1 hr AC & heating!

Mr. Adrian Ramos, One Hour Air Conditioning and Heat provided exceptional service today on my AC unit. Very knowledgeable and honest as he broke a tile on my roof and let me know that he was going to fix it. That integrity is rare these days. Through conversation all made sense when I learned he served our country in the USMC. Truly gratifying to know we have veterans like Adrian we can all count on. Semper Fi 🫡🇺🇸!

I would have given them a 5 star review but due to the following the rating was dropped. I want to mention we are a member of their club.
1) The technician visit although he was pleasant, (I will call him as "G") I mentioned to use booties when in the house as we keep a clean house, which after a while he did not.
2) After not receiving a SYSTEM EFFIICIENCY Report later that day as we normally do, as of this entry, all we got was an INVOICE after calling in today to request one which brings me to the next issue.
3) When calling in, do not expect any empathy from "A" as I will refer to here and expect to be cut off mid-sentence. What is lacking is soft skills and listening. I hope they do review the call but then again, they probably do not have that in place. Not a good experience to start off the week. No excuses.

My semi-regular service tech Daniel Laymon helped me set up my replacement unit this year, and made everything painless for me, so big kudos there. My installer, Albert Nambayan professionally installed our new unit within hours of me signing the paperwork. I have been with One Hour Air now for over 15 years and feel they have always given me a fair deal and excellent maintenance and service of my units.

Steve ( a Supervisor) and Adrian Ramos came out today to do my biannual tune-up.Both are Wonderful and very professional. They take the time to ask questions and if I have any, they answer in a very nice manner. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

One hour heating and air conditioning
Highly recommend Jonah Au-Ventura! He was detailed, thorough, and made sure everything was handled the right way. Bonus points for being willing to use the filters we already had from Costco instead of pushing us to buy new ones. Excellent customer service.

They installed our units on a Sunday, were professional and courteous, great team work in supporting each other, protected our flooring, provided pictures before and after installation, and cleaned up. In addition, not only did One Hour Installation Team install the new Carrier Unit but they needed to correct the configuration of the return and supply duct work plus correct the installation of the existing main and secondary drain lines that the original contractor installed incorrectly.
