One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning has been our trusted HVAC provider for over 15 years. All their technicians are amazing. None more so the Jonah, he’s been the tech they have assigned to us for the last several years. He’s great with our quirky dogs. He explains everything to us in detail and is always happy to answer any questions. I like that it’s the same technician that comes out. You begin to feel more comfortable and it’s nice seeing them for regular maintenance calls in spring/fall. Between Jonah and his supervisor Chad I will use no other company. I called One Hour heating and Air Conditioning this morning at 12:30 am. Was met with a very friendly member of staff who got me on the schedule for today. Jonah showed up before his scheduled time. Work was completed and overall we couldn’t be happier. Thank you again.

Henry and crew (Elijah and Ty) did an outstanding job taking care of my duct cleaning and motor. Have no clue when it was ever cleaned so thanks gentleman for your meticulous work. They made sure their work space was covered and cleaned up before packing up. They respected the home and Henry also doubled checked everything.
Also Chris their other technician who took care of us earlier that week was very respectful and was attention to detail making sure our home was safe!

Julian arrived promptly and kept us informed of everything he was doing. He reviewed what he found and made recommendations from his findings. He was professional and personable.
One hour has been fabulous through the years. I highly recommend.

It looked like the entire company outside was here to work on this project. There were like seven or eight trucks outside. I couldn’t believe it. They got done in record time like four hours. I was prepared for like 6 to 7 hours.. Albert was a prince. All the guys were nice. They did a great job. A big shout out to Andrew and Donavan, Who made this all possible?
