Henry Pham, the A/C tech did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. He even went on my roof to clean out the dryer lint; it looked like it was snowing! 🤣 All in all he was very professional and I would definitely recommend 1-Hour A/C and Heating.

Consistently professional and reliable. The technicians show up on time and do their job efficiently. Today they sent tech Josue Umana, and like everyone they’ve sent over the years, they did exactly what was expected.

He and his sons were professional. Any mess made was cleaned after the job was completed. Photos were taken before and after attic insulation was was applied. He also constructed a attic access barrier to prevent loose insulation from falling in on us when or if we access the attic. Great job.

Jimmy has been our warranty serviceman for a few years and has always been very thorough in keeping us informed on the status of our furnace and air conditioners. No question is unreasonable and he ensures you fully understand the issue at hand.

Chris is a sweet young man that knows what he's doing. He was on time, professional and honest. I could ask him anything. He never seem like I was bugging him or in a hurry. He serviced my heating today.

My heater went out last night and One Hour did a great job getting service out to my house. The technician, Drew, was efficient and friendly, making sure to install the new part and getting the heater working again.

Every experience I have had with One Hour has been phenomenal. I have talked to the office staff many many times, and every encounter has been professional and timely. I have had their technicians out for the comfort care tune ups, and they are very thorough and informative.

Had two scheduled appointments on 13 & 14 Feb to come in and install surge protectors to the unit outside and upstairs in the attic, change the fluid in the outside unit and clean the ducts. The appointment on Friday went well. All work completed in a timely manner, however, the repairman utilized booties while inside the house but walked outside with them on which defeats the purpose of using booties. Yesterday's appointment was to clean the air ducts. They left a yellow sticky cover on the vent in the master bathroom which indicates they didn't clean that vent. We attempted to turn on the heater this morning as it was a bit nippy in the house, and the system did not work. Had to contact them for another service call to come out and check our unit.

Sam is a good guy. Very personable, but also very knowledgeable relative to my AC/heating systems. Additionally, my overall experience with One Hour was very pleasant. I will using them going forward.

They came one day for a 6 month maintenance and when they realized there was an issue with the fan not turning off they had people out the next day to resolve it. And they did! I am so happy! Thank you ! And they changed my filters for me. 😊

Luis Perez on schedule and went over what he would be checking. After completion he went over the results and had photographic backup. Luis was competent, polite. Knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend One Hour Air conditioning for all your HVAC needs.

Luis immediately went to work when he arrived and gave details to what he was looking for during his visit and kept us informed if there was anything that needed to be taken care of. Would recommend him for any work to be done in the future.

My AC unit is only 1 and 1/2 years old. The technician told my son we needed to use different air filters but did not specify which kind. Also highly recommended that I add parts totaling almost $3,000. I have requested an explanation and have not heard back.
