Called Mr. Gates for a second opinion to check out the non-cooling AC at my business after another big company-who-shall-not-be-named gave me a crazy high quote. The super nice lady on the phone said Dalton would come out next day. Dalton looked over things and said it looked like the other guys misdiagnosed my issue so I would replace something that didn't need to be replaced. I trusted Dalton's word and he got me back to cooling for a fraction of the cost of the other guys.

Tough to find honest HVAC people, but these guys are it! They now service my business AND my house.
My only problem was that I didn't call them first! I would've had cold air a day sooner. Lol.

We were quoted over 3k for Maintanence on our AC unit from another company and Mr. Gates checked the unit out and did the work for under 1k. He is honest and fair and that is very hard to find.

With all the horror stories I've heard the last few years about being ripped off by Heating and Cooling companies here in Vegas, I was scared and worried when my A/C stopped the other day but Mr Gates showed me that his company is worthy of my praise and recommendations. This company was amazing to work with. Chris our technician was prompt, professional, knowledgeable. They came out within a day and text when they were on their way. The window given was only 2 hours so I was able to be there and get to work after it was fixed. We will end up using them again for sure.

Dalton has earned my future business. He was able to get me on his schedule within 1 day to look at my THIRTY YEAR OLD unit. Dalton probably could have told me the entire unit needs to be replaced and that would have been easy to believe but after a quick analysis he was able to pinpoint the trouble spots and 30 minutes later, we had cold air again. There are some pretty shady characters in the HVAC business but Dalton is not one of them. Definite would recommend to a friend. Definitely my first call the next time I have an HVAC related issue.

I'm renting a home and we've been having issues with our AC for over a month. The properties maintenance team just kept blaming it on the thermostat and NVenergy. They never took it seriously and I just had enough, so I decided to call Mr. Gates for help. The AC went out over the weekend, contacted Mr. Gates on Sunday and he responded immediately with a guarantee to have someone at my home by Monday morning. Monday morning rolls around and the power is out to the whole neighborhood. Chris decided to look at it anyway and based on his testing, he determined it was a good chance the capacitor went out so he replaced it. When the power came on 40mins later, the AC started working as normal again. Thanks Cris! I highly recommend this company for any of your AC needs. Great response time and very communicative on every step so you know what's going on.

The most comprehensive service you will ever need! We were looking for preventative maintenance on our air conditioner unit before the heat arrives. Perusing on Next Door App I came across Mr. Gates service Ad.

Dalton was explanatory and thorough with the service visit. He put on shoe covering before entering the house! (Impressive)
He checked the thermostat, vent flow, filters and then to the unit. Where he checked voltages and showed me comparison voltage to the air conditioners unit chart. Cleaned coils, removed any debris on bottom of unit and more! Appreciated his explanations and instructions! 5 star

Dalton came by today to do a maintenance service and it was one of the best interactions I've had with a contractor. He was honest and didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. He provided data from his tests to backup his prognosis. He will be my HVAC guy going forward for sure.

Dalton is a local who graduated from Spring Valley High School and worked for the Clark County School District for ten years before he went into business for himself. We needed two 30-year-old Units replaced, and Dalton offered us a reasonable honest price for removing our old units and installing new units. He and
his employees were very professional and respectful to us and our property. The new units work great and we are so very happy. Dalton also made sure we had new easy-to-use wall-mounted thermostats. One of his employees was very patient and walked me through how to use it. Dalton took the time to purchase new filters, which offer more advanced filtration and are better for our health.
