Ace Home Heating and Air Conditioning is the go-to small business for ductwork repairs and HVAC service. Our technician Troy from Ace Heating and Air explained a lot of things to us. He arrived on time, did maintenance for our air conditioner, and put in our new air filter for the 25+ year old unit. A very efficient, knowledgeable and helpful person!

I called ACE looking for quotes on a new HVAC system and I was able to schedule a same day visit. I found that the company started and has been established in Riverside, CA and they opened a branch in Las Vegas last year. After reading the positive reviews, I gave them a call. I’m glad I did. The technician, Troy came out and put the time in to explaining our options. I had already received two other quotes from different HVAC companies, and Troy along with the owner, Abe was able to offer me a quote, a few thousand dollars lower due to rebates and an overall competitive price due to the time of the year.
The company uses Goodman HVAC systems and after researching the comparisons to Trane HVACs and the pricing, I decided to go with ACE. On the day of the install, the team put the time into making sure the install was done right and the owner, Abe was even involved, which was nice in ensuring quality control. The next day, Troy came by to check in on the new system, and reminded us the company will check new HVAC systems with them twice a year for complimentary cleanings to ensure our unit is ready for the season. Overall, we’re very happy the quick service and professionalism from the company. I would highly recommend ACE for quality service and product value.
