Today I got my mini split installed by Greg and joe. They did awesome job and took care of my house by wearing shoes covers and cleaned up after themselves. They were fast and efficient and took pride in their work. I highly recommend Ace home heating air conditioning.

I called them when my AC stopped working in the middle of a heatwave, and they had a technician out within hours. Abe was incredibly professional and had my unit up and running in no time. terrible service since day one, I've lost count of how many no call no shows I've had with them or where my appointment wasnt on the schedule, they do not have local techs in LV so you will wait over a month for service, they installed different seer rated unit than quoted, refuses to provide final invoice and warranty registration paperwork, installed a used busted up thermostat and gave me box for new different model, ran drain line over elc box dripping on to gas meter, their office numbers disconnect when I call or get a full mail box, I was told a manager would need to be contacted for all of my issues and have never heard from one, install was in may, its now nov, the salesman kept calling me a "good, smart girl" as soon as I signed the contract and I should have trusted my gut from there and not proceeded, lesson learned

Their service is absolutely amazing! From start to finish their customer service was friendly, knowledgeable, and overall what you expect from a company! From the moment the call started with the questions and concerns on the problem I had, all the way to when they showed up to my house and diagnosed the problem it was a 10/10. They were professional, friendly, upfront with what they were doing, answering all the concerns I had with my problem, and overall the experience they brought and the knowledge they had was overall very phenomenal! 10/10 will definitely come back in the future and will recommend as well!

Ace Home Heating and Air Conditioning exceeded my expectations! I had an urgent issue with my heating system, and they sent Abe out the same day. He was extremely knowledgeable and had it repaired faster than I expected. The whole experience was stress-free, and their pricing was very reasonable. Ramon & Abe are the best! Called ACE because our AC stopped working overnight & they sent Ramon the same day to check out our unit. Long story short, we knew we needed a new unit & they basically confirmed. The repair was nearly impossible to do, so the next day, so we pulled the trigger. We were able to get our new unit installed within a few hours & Abe, Ramon & Joe were all very professional. I felt very at easy. My husband & I are very happy.

We were very happy with our service. Pilot called 30 minutes prior to our four hour window timeframe letting us know he was on his way. He explained everything to us thoroughly and in non-Air Conditioning terms. He was very personable and honest. I would definitely recommend this company to others

Highly recommend this place based on my interaction with Pylet, one of their technician's. He helped solved a problem that has eluded 4 technicians from other companies that I have been dealing with every summer for two years. I have had an intermittent problem with my air that seems to only happen sometimes and at night. My warranty company has stated that if my air is working when the technician gets there then they have the right to leave which has been maddening because I don't know any technicians willing to come check my problem out around 11 pm when I have the problem. He was professional and could have just walked away but listened to me and came up with an "outside the box" solution and it worked! Thanks so much Pylet for taking time to care about the customer.

This company was sent out by my home warranty. The technician Gabriel who came out to run the diagnostic was great. The diagnosis was denied by AHS due to a $10 missing piece so I called Ultra back to receive an estimate for repairing the issue based on their diagnosis outside of my home warranty. This was 2 weeks ago and I have not heard back yet so it looks like they were happy to take my $75 service fee and nothing else.

Came in for home warranty work. Did not troubleshoot or fix the problem. Told my wife that coils were dirty and would cost 600 to repair before home warranty work could begin. Took my service fee. Spent a total of 3 minutes in my house. Coils had just been cleaned in the spring. Tech was a liar and submitted false estimates to AHS. Stay away. Dishonest and inexperienced techs!

I noticed my a/c wasn’t kicking on anymore so I called for it to get serviced. I put the claim in on Wednesday and got an appointment for Friday. I called the office and the lady I spoke to was kind enough to get me an earlier appointment.
Gabriel was the tech that came out. He was very professional and helpful. He found the issue and had it repaired quickly. I was pleased with the overall service I received!

Antonio was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest about the issues with my A/C. He took care of the problems quickly. He is a great representative for the company!

Works in collaboration with home warranty company to deny claim. This company was dispatched to my residence and after their inspection the first words out of the technician was, “your part is defective and under a class action law suit.” This information is automatically denied. American Home Shield is the warranty company. The lawsuit was settled in 2015. This is the whole point of buying a warranty. I didn’t own the house when that issue was going on. The Air Conditioning company should have come out and informed the warranty that the coil was no longer working. Definitely a questionable relationship!!! Not trustworthy!!!

American Home Sheild sent another company. I was not happy with, so we requested new service with a new company (Ultra) a gentleman named Gabriel came out, walked me through the whole process, explained everything to me and fixed the issue. He was here all about 20 minutes, and was absolutely wonderful. I would highly recommend this company even the front desk lady I believe her name was Veronica was very very pleasant. This place is a 10 out of 10.

I highly recommend Ultra for you cooling and heating needs. My tech, Kris, was simply amazing. Very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and quite patient with me.
