We were given this company to work with they wanted to install the thermostat they have vs replacing our Nest. The way they wrote the document and follow up phone calls they think they are the warranty company and represent them vs stating if the item is functional and not functional.

To regular people and business I do not recommend them at all.

To Warranty and Insurance companies they will be great making claims impossible to get processed.

Do not recommend but we didn’t have a choice as it was the warranty companies choice.

Had Ben and Juan come out today for a second opinion on my downstairs heating unit. They were very thorough and professional. They were able to fix our unit with a simple fix, after we had been told conflicting things from another company. I highly recommend. They came out within 24 hrs of first contact.

Our AC stopped cooling so I called my home warranty on a Friday afternoon just after it happened. They contacted Ultra. I have a very sick husband and small dogs and I knew everyone would suffer if we were unable to get it repaired right away. We were assigned an appointment for the following Monday. I called Ultra’s office and told them my situation. They were able to send someone out the next day. Pilot came to our home, did an assessment and repaired the problem efficiently. He was compassionate in regards to our situation, professional in his manor and we are very grateful to have met him. Ultra is a GREAT company and I highly recommend them.

This company was sent out by my home warranty company. They showed up exactly on time (which I was surprised since they usually give you a time gap) and we’re very friendly and professional. Pilot and Ruben were awesome. They noticed that my issue was related to lack of maintenance and was an easy fix. They jumped right on the issue and resolved it, even though it (technically) wouldn’t be covered by home warranty. I would recommend this company and request them in the future with further issues. Thanks guys!

Home warranty call and the techs were able to troubleshoot and resolve our issue fast and efficiently. Highly recommended!!

If your home warranty sends out this company, force them to give a detailed report. Otherwise they will spend 20 min looking at the system and waste your time and not fix the issue (or claim nothing is wrong). Don't go direct to the company, make the the home warranty company deal with them. Eventually they will lose the business if they don't get their act together

Pilot came back to do a check up on my old A/C units. He was on time very professional and I felt like he was first a/c repair man I could trust. All the other a/c companies said my units had to be replaced because they use the old coolant. Pilot was honest and explained everything to me. His prices beat everyone I called but at least 20%. Would highly recommend

This is the second time my home warranty company has sent Ultra to my home (2 separate issues, 2 different units). This is the second time they sent Pilot as the technician. Just like the first time, he arrived on time and was SUPER professional and friendly. Both times he was able to identify the cause of my issue within minutes and fixed the problems quickly and thoroughly. (First time was a leak in the cooling system; second time was a blown fan motor.) When it's triple digit heat in the Las Vegas summer, this is exactly the kind of service you want. I recommend Ultra to everyone I know here, and will be using them for my routine maintenance. I'll definitely be asking for Pilot!

Assigned by my Home Warranty and called and said the tech would not walk across the 5 feet of roof tiles to reach the A/C unit on the roof. WHAT? The previous dozens of A/C techs never had an issue with my notorious roof tiles...

These reviews must be fake because we received the worst customer service from Ultra. Their web page says "reliable" and "exceeds customer expectations" but they did neither for us which left us without a/c in the high heat for a few nights with no sleep until we could get a better company in:(

We used our home warranty company and they used Ultra Heating and Cooling. We had Kris as our tech and he was amazing!! He went above and beyond to ensure our air conditioner started working again. He also had a great sense of humor! I truly recommend this company!!! Thank you guys!

This company was sent to our home to do only a diagnosis, following an unsatisfactory result from a former company--by our Homeowner Warranty Company.
Amazingly, Ben found the problem and simply.........fixed it!!
It's rare these days to find a company whose employees (he may have been the owner, I don't know) actually do 'the right thing'. Integrity for sure, will hire them again if needed. Huge thank you for restoring our A/C just in time before it gets hot here!!
Fast, got here same day, easy to work with, I can't imagine anything better.

Hello, friends and neighbors... it's that time of year when you need to start thinking about your HVAC systems. Summer is coming very soon... I'm a long-time Las Vegas property owner and real estate investor. Having a standing relationship with a qualified full service HVAC company is vital for living in the desert - I recently replaced two rooftop HVAC systems (3&5-ton systems). My overall experience was exceptional with "Ultra" from start to finish, I strongly recommend them for all your residential and business "cooling" and "heating" needs in the greater Las Vegas area.

Veronica and Pilot are actual jokes. They sent a fraudulent technician named Luis to my home who took advantage of me and replaced parts he shouldn't have without any documentation and demanded pay under the table as the work was already done without approval. Called to inform them of their terrible unethical technician whom Veronica (office manager) immediately states "oh well he's been terminated so you're fine" no. I am not fine. I am forced to pay 4,000 now for a new unit bc he fried the one that was working fine. She then admits Luis' actions were not correct but she refuses to do anything to fix it. I now have to start a lawsuit just to make things right. Pilot, the general manager, calls me and proceeds to ARGUE with me over what happened as if he was there. Continuously cut me off and extremely rude with his "first of all" over and over. Pilot, I hope you learn some customer service skills. I will NEVER recommend this company.

AHS assigned Ultra H&C through my home warranty to look at my unit that was extremely loud. . Exceptional service, knowledge and kindness by technician Gabriel that fixed my blower wheel that came of shaft in less then 15 minutes. Thank you so much.
I definitely recommend this company and Gabriel to work on your A/C needs. Honest , reliable and won't sell you something you don't need...

This company was assigned to me by my home warranty provider. Stay far away from them. This company is a scam. I was having intermittent issues with my AC overheating, but it was still keeping my place cool.

When the technician arrived, he saw the AC was working and even commented on how cold it was inside my house. I explained that the AC was likely low on coolant, causing it to overheat occasionally. The technician went outside to check the AC unit, and a few minutes later, only hot air was coming inside. He had sabotaged my compressor, then came in to tell me it was dead and that it was never working and tried to sell me a new AC unit or a compressor replacement, which wasn't necessary before he arrived.

Now I have no AC. This company is a scam. If your warranty company assigns them, request a different provider immediately. I had a working AC before the technician arrived, and now it's completely non-functional.

I am so impressed by the service from Ultra and particularly their tech, Juan. This was the fastest response and most efficient repair that Ive ever had from any service. Veronica called me as soon as they were open and had Juan out to me same day! Problem diagnosed and repair completed in short order. I was so impressed that I signed up for their maintenance service. Thank you Ultra and Juan!

Kris Hobbs did a fantastic job on my spring air conditioning maintenance. Took the time to review the cooling system with me. What to look for when the system is starting to wear down. My system is 20 years old. He was here on time and very courteous.

Ultra Heating & Cooling was contracted through my home warranty when my heater stopped working. My heat stopped on Sunday and Ultra called Monday morning for a tech to come out the next morning. I feel that this was a very quick turn around on a home warranty claim. It turned out that the compressor on my heat pump/AC combo unit had went out. The tech explained to me that this was a fairly old unit (2003, which I knew) and it most likely should be replaced; however, he would submit to the home warranty his findings. Of course the home warranty just wanted to cover replacing the compressor and several of the costs were not covered (i.e. crane, most of the refrigerant, etc.) After getting the estimate of what it would cost me out of pocket to repair the aging unit vs. just replacing the unit on my own I decided to move forward with Ultra. Pilot (the tech) came back to my house after 5pm the next day to go through the process of applying for credit to cover the cost of the unit and install. The unit was ordered and installed the following week. All said and done I was without heat for under 2 weeks. The communication from Ultra was fantastic, the scheduling process was smooth, and overall I really feel cared about. It sucks when a major house system goes out but the communication and overall care provided made a difficult situation more tolerable.

After several attempts to rescue it, my AC died in the middle of summer. Ultra Heating sold me a new system, provided a portable AC to give me some comfort, and scheduled the replacement promptly. The install went smoothly and quick and I am very happy with my new system. Their team was friendly and did a great job, including cleaning up after themselves.
